Worst parts department in Tulsa. cant ever get ahold of them. I call and call and call and no one answers. I spend an hour every time i try to call. listening to the phone ring. they need to fire who ever is in charge and re staff its ridiculous.

Neeeeevvveerrrr answers the phone, when you leave a message they never call back..... I have been on hold before for 35 min. LOL Better off to call the dealership

Been trying to get ahold of someone over there for the past few weeks. When someone would actually answer the phone, they would instantly hang up without saying anything.

Bought a Turbo here for my 2011 F350, since it went out, which seems to be a common problem. I bought a refurbished one but they assured me that it was the newer redesigned turbo. After install the Turbo immediately started making a noise and the bearing went out just like the old one, soon after causing my engine to fail along with it. Knowing they wouldnt repair my engine I simply asked just for my money back for the Turbo and I would even uninstall and return it. They told me to go through Ford but Ford wouldnt intervene with their policies so I told them this which led to them just saying sorry there is nothing we can do we only do exchanges. So now even though the part technically had a warranty Im out 2000 for the turbo and 12000 for a new engine.
