Very helpful staff! They were able to change the price of an item when it said something different in the app. I love using the coupons and racking up my Walgreens cash. I also really like the recent updates theyve made to the stores. Now they carry some really great brands of SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER.
Sr. Pharmacy Tech Brandi doesnt need to be on the front lines. Her customer service is horrible. She talks down to customers in a condescending attitude. She shows her frustration in front of customers whether shes dealing with a customer on the phone or in person. I came here after making an appointment to get a covid-19 shot my appointment was for 9:15 a.m. they did not honor my appointment even though I showed them the confirmation number from the website. The only saving grace for this location was the pharmacist whom even though her workload was backed up still kept a smile on your face and then understanding listening attitude. Need to put Brandy in the background not dealing with customers.
Id add photos of the literally 10 cars in drive-thru and 9 people standing in line at the pharmacy as neither line seems to be moving but I see that as a violation of privacy. From my past experience as a Walgreens pharmacy tech, this usually happens when management skimps on appropriately staffing. There is literally one cashier taking care of the in-store and one cashier taking care of the drive-thru customers. It is 7:00PM; this isnt an abnormal rush at 3:45AM.
I dont even have the words to tell how disappointed I am in the pharmacy department. The rudeness and lack of customer service is appalling. This is not the first time this has happened with their pharmacy. Ive already switched pharmacies and am in the process of switching our kids prescriptions as well. No one deserves to be treated this way.
I struggle to review this pharmacy because most of the employees I interact with there are friendly and helpful. However, every once in an unlucky while, I am forced to deal with a woman who lacks all customer service etiquette. She is a pharmacist. She is abrupt, rude, impatient, accusatory and oddly argumentative. I can never figure out what Ive done to deserve her ire. When I see her at the counter, I have an internal freak out because I dont want to encounter this woman. Usually I just walk away and wait until a later time when I wont have to deal with her. I cannot imagine that Im the only customer who has to encounter her hatefulness every now and then. As a manager or authorized employer, I would think twice about having her there, daily bullying the shoppers and the other unfortunate pharmacy employees. Other than that, lovely people and they usually have what I need.
I am so thankful for the pharmacy workers today. My antibiotic was sent to a pharmacy that closed early. I called Walgreens on Lynn Lane and they switched it over and had it ready for me. They were so nice and helpful. So grateful for them and getting my much needed prescription.
This place is an absolute joke. The pharmacy to be specific. To be fair, it isnt just this location... it is all of them. The pharmacy techs are usually friendly, but the operation of this business absolutely makes me sick. I wonder everytime I have to go there for the medicine my body requires is worth living through the torment that is... Walgreens.
Refused to fill a prescription for a family member bc, you shouldnt be taking that. Literally wouldnt fill bc of personal opinion on treatment.
Wow, I just read all the reviews for this location and it appears that everyone is experiencing very similar things.First off, dont expect to EVER get your medicine the same day its sent over here, not even next day. Its not happened to my once in over a year. They are constantly out of stock for every med I fill here. When I ask how this always happens they just apologize. I just dont understand how thats possible. Some of our meds can not have gaps in between them and I can wait WEEKs before they have them back in stock. To have them back in stock and literally fill someone elses and have to wait another week. This place makes me want to cry, I get so angry. I would give the Pharmacy negative stars if I could. Im not sure if there are true limitations on how much they are allowed to order or whether they just have a horrible way of forecasting demand. Either way this place is the worst. If you need lifesaving medicine count this location out, please. This is the most unreliable location I have ever experience in my life.
Why are we advertising walk in Covid shots but when we get there we are told to make an appointment. The answer I got was Ummmm..
They have a lot of good staff but a lot of bad attitude staffers as well. They treat you like a criminal when you buy anything thats any type of medicine.
I been on the waiting list to answer my phone call for the past 1and half, keeps saying one person in front of me call, I dont think ONE person is going to take a freaking hour plus. Sorry
Drove up there after making an appointment for the Covid vaccine and they tell me that there are no more. Fix the appointment system or make sure you have enough for the appointments. The person in front of me called in medicine 4 hours previous and they still didn’t have that ready either. This location is slow and never care how they treat people.
Great friendly service from all staff.Brandon in the pharmacy is a rock star. He can actively help multiple customers, his friendly banter is comforting and makes you feel good. He has made rough days better on several occasions especially after a day of dealing with serious medical problems. I’m glad there are people like him in the world,
The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I needed three pictures printed from the kiosk and I waited 20 minutes this morning and there Was not a single customer in the store. The lady at the front cash register would not help me she sat there counting one dollar bills and called for help overhead for me twice and would not get anybody to help me. It was ridiculous. I had to leave and start somewhere else after wasting 40 minutes. I will never step foot in another Walgreens.
Promised time not met.
Always friendly, quick prescription pickup.
I have typed up multiple responses and deleted them. I had a traumatic experience that sent over the moon. Not caring that I waited 4 hours and drove back 30 min because I received a text my medication was ready but.., it wasn’t. Instead of taking responsibility and filling it immediately or even I’m sorry we made a mistake. It will be an hour after almost 5 and my driver couldn’t wait. If this was a first time or even a 4th time there was a problem it would have been fine. It’s not hard to say there was a screw up.
This Walgreens is one of the best. We go in there fairly often to get drinks and the staff is always very friendly. If we can’t find something they will stop what they are doing to help you find it. The pharmacist always calls us a couple of days after a new prescription to make sure everything is going ok and that we didn’t have any additional questions.
From start to finish, on the phone and going to this store pharmacy the next day to get the new shingles shot, I had the best customer service I have ever received. Can highly recommend this pharmacy if youre looking for employees that truly care about providing the best customer service possible!
Tamara (I think was her name) at the Pharmacy was so helpful in getting my fiancé the prescriptions he needed before going out of town! They ran out so they called it into another store for me and let me know how much it was going to be and went above and beyond! Thank you so much to Tamara for keeping me updated and helping me find a solution!
The manager was was so RUDE and unprofessional I left. There was NO way I was giving that store my business. Managers like them give companies like Walgreens TERRIBLE names. I went in Sunday around 1:00 pm. The manager, Donelle, I believe is what she said, was getting in to it with the young cashier for literally 15 straight minutes. And she was so loud that I could tell you why she was getting in trouble from clear in the back of the store. RUDE RUDE RUDE. No constructive criticism, yet alone, ethical manners what so ever.
Ive spent thousands at this store over the years. Ive had merchandise break same day(their tools are worthless) and didnt try to get a refund. Today I tried to return two small items totaling less than $15 without a receipt and Im told that management decided they wont accept returns without a receipt older than 30 days, yet didnt post any signage about it. I moved and have no idea where the receipts are. The other item was bought maybe a week ago but because it was from midtown in Tulsa they cant look it up and refused that return as well. Neither item was even opened. Im not sure why each store even decides to carry the same Walgreens name if you cant return items anywhere but at the store you bought it from. Its not even worth the drive for me to go over there to return one of the two items. Every other major retailer handles their customers better and at least offers store credit. They said I might have stolen the items or bought it at Walmart. It says Walgreens on the back! I will NOT be returning.
I have been in and out if this store over the last week due to ongoing sickness at our house. I really needed some help and had questions about drug interactions. Every time I asked for help there was always a nice pharmacy staff person to help me. It was such a relief to be able to talk to a knowledgable concerned person. Even though they were obviously very busy every person who helped me took the necessary time to help. Thank you to everyone!
The pharmacy is the slowest in town. And that’s if you do get your medication. Sometimes the pharmacist won’t fill it. There are some mom and pop shops that provide cheaper prescriptions. I’m also not sure if a pharmacist has the right to withhold medicine that the doctor has written a prescription for (for chronic back pain) if someone is actually hurting and relies on belbuca (non narcotic) for example. How is it right to keep them from relief just because of personal beliefs. It’s sad to see that veterans have issues getting medication even when the said pain is due to fighting for your freedoms-not to mention the prescription was validated by doctor van Doren. I would much rather support a local pharmacy. (I’m not the injured party in this complaint) I just don’t see the right in that.
My favorite Walgreens. Love the crew here, they are like my second family. Especially Daeja J. She should get a promotion. She will make an amazing manager one day!
Went in here looking for a specific product brand. This specific store didnt stock it, but the girl at the counter and the manager were both extremely helpful in looking through their computer systems to find the closest Walgreens store that carried exactly what I was looking for. I had an overall positive impression of this store and wouldnt hesitate to shop here again.
Worst Walgreens ever! Told prescription would be ready at 6 and when I went at 8 they told me it might not even get done that night. Dont waste your time on this location!
Came to this Walgreens at 7am to get Zrytec and Sudafed. Pharmacist refused to sell the Sudafed until Her tech comes in at 8am. Really frustrating that the only 24hr pharmacy over here would have that policy. Some people have to get work early thats why we have a 24hr pharmacy.
Dont bother using GoodRx for narcotics.....they want full price!! Cheaper on the streets!! Sorry LEGAL dope pushers!!! Standing there in pain with a broke hand and a bike wallet....no help WHATSOEVER!!!
I always use this Walgreens to get photos printed, theyre always on time & never had an issue!
The employees are always helpful and friendly, also the store has a large inventory
Just had surgery. The wait times for prescriptions was ridiculous. Had all the cigarettes in the world but no dip.
The photo department is a disaster. I ordered one order online and paid online and received an email receipt for the order but when I arrived they made me pay again. I had to get the photos for mothers day so I paid. They double charged me and it was horrible to get a refund. The second order I placed online I did not pay online but when I went to pick up the photos they said we had stolen the pictures from our photographer and would not give us the pictures. The pictures were taken by a friend and were not copyrighted but the store demanded documentation for a copyright release.
I love Walgreens. Always a smile on everyones face and they care always so eager to help you.
The last few times weve tried to get prescriptions filled they are never ready when they say they will be. I just sat in line for 45 after I received a call saying my prescription was ready, only to find out that it wasnt ready.
Terrible experience! Ordered photos online and received a confirmation email to pick them up and when we arrived they had not even began to process our photos. Photo center in this walgreens is unprofessional. Will never use any walgreens photo center based on this terrible experience.
FReaking on hold all day waiting for the pharmacy. Terrible
The people were nice
My favorite Walgreens. Open 24 hours.
Really nice employees.
Never have my medication on time. Always loosing stuff. Last time l tried to get my refill, they were a week late. Kept telling me to come back tomorrow.
The worst customer service!!
Worst and slowest Walgreen Ive ever been to!
This is my Favorite Walgreens location. Friendly staff.
Customer service is great
