Once we arrived to the dealership, Dan greeted us and quickly got us out the door for our test drive, once we returned Josh had our paperwork ready for us to review and sign. I was super-impressed with the customer service at the Chris Nikel dealership. I had my eyes on a pre-owned vehicle there from an online ad/website, and the vehicle was there as they told me when I arrived — sticker price as advertised with no BS.Sales Associate Matt Clark was great — he showed me the vehicle and test-drive with no hassle and no pressure, answered all my questions. He even had a few minor things fixed same-day before I drove off the lot. Very bad experience, long waiting time. And when I went to pick up my car, it turns out that my tire was completely out of air and I didnt deliver it like that, and it took them 3 hours to check it and they said no, nothing, but when I took it home all the air was gone. Well I said its my tire. And I took the car to change the tire and the result was that it was the sensor that they changed, and another mechanic only took 5 minutes to tell me the problem, and it was their mistake, andsupposedly one pays more because you are specialists, and now to be left without a car again, and the worst thing because today there is no one to check it, and the worst thing is that it is my daughters car,she uses a wheel chair and she missed an apointment.:(
This is a decent place to shop for a vehicle. They took time to help me look for a truck even though it was late in the evening. Mark was patient and friendly as well.

We traded for a used vehicle and while the initial negotiation did not suit us and we planned on leaving without making a trade, Thomas (pre-owned manager) came out to introduce himself as we were getting our keys to leave. We got to talking and we sat down and he listened to our side of the story as to why we felt the numbers we had were right vs what they wanted to offer on our trade in and what they wanted to sell their car for. After some discussion, Thomas reworked the deal and we all met in the middle - as a good deal should be. After that, it was all downhill and was a super easy process. Thomas did his best to simply listen and understand our point of view while explaining theirs. Thats how it should go. Would definitely return based on our experience. Its about sitting down and coming to an agreement so both sides feel right and thats how Thomas handled it - well done!

Me and my husband just traded my 2014 Chevy Cruze for a 2019 Kia Sorento here at Chris Nikel. From beginning to end Matt Causey was a great salesman to work with. They gave us a deal we couldn’t refuse for the trade-in on my car, and very fairly priced the Sorento. I love that Chris Nikel doesn’t add any random fees on top of the sales price besides the Doc Fees, which are the cheapest I had seen out of 3 other dealerships. Ray Ortiz made our experience buying a Jeep amazing. He made it so easy and quick, and even offered to drive the car to us, about 40 minutes away. We also received top dollar for our trade in, where other dealerships said they would only give us a couple hundred for it. Found a car i wanted online. Filled out the online application and worked with them to get them the needed info and set an appointment to test drive the car and hopefully go home with it. At this point my interaction with them had been great! The process up to this point was easy and straight forward. I was excited as i had been looking for this car with this trim and options and the price was right. The morning of the day of my appointment i am told they sold the car the previous day. This is after they did a hard credit check. So now I have no car and a small hit to my credit for nothing. If I could recommend one thing i would either hold the car until the set time of the appointment or make sure the buyer is aware the car is not being held and could still sale in the interim.
I was extremely pleased with my experience all the way through the process. My salesman, Blue, was knowledgeable and friendly and I received an acceptable offer on my trade in without having to try to negotiate a better price. The process was quick and easy. I purchased my vehicle here five years ago the buying experience was OK. I returned recently for service and the pandemic must’ve hit them hard because they are trying to screw everybody that walks in the door. My jeep was running like a top no issues except for an engine light but it was purring like a kitten and yet they quoted me at $1600 just to get to the bottom of it. I for one will never purchase here again and will tell all of my friends to purchase their vehicles elsewhere

I have a 2020 JLU Sahara. It’s completely stock with 30k miles, and we bought it new.About 10k miles ago, I noticed a minor wobble getting increasingly worse. It wasn’t a full-on death wobble, but it was enough concern for me to take it in before it got dangerous. Chris Nikel in BA replaced the steering dampener. I assumed this was just a bandaid repair, but the dealer insisted that was the fix. I still had a while left on warranty at this point, so I just moved on.A few weeks ago, the death wobble returned but in full, violent fashion. A few times at high speed that wouldn’t quit until I stopped on the highway, and a few times at lower speeds. This time I did more research and learned of the lawsuits (including bandaid steering dampener repairs) and veiled steering gearbox solution.I brought the Jeep back to Chris Nikel. On the first day, they said they couldn’t duplicate the issue and wanted me to drive it with them (this was an intermittent issue at this point, and I couldn’t identify a pattern that initiated it). They wouldn’t fix anything if they couldn’t duplicate the issue, which I could generally accept if this weren’t a blatantly common and dangerous issue with this vehicle. Since they didn’t want to do anything with it, I asked about opening a “Star Case” because I didn’t want to put my family back in this death trap. The service manager said that I have to call Jeep Wave and initiate the Star Case myself. When the service advisor asked the service manager for the phone number, his answer was “Google it”… I immediately called Jeep Wave who informed me that this was also incorrect…only the dealer can initiate the Star Case. After going back in with Jeep Wave on the phone, the service manager finally obliged. After a week of arguing with Chris Nikel and Jeep Wave that ‘they couldn’t find anything wrong’, they finally did the steering gear box replacement.We picked it up on Monday (short drive home), then on Tuesday the violent death wobble returned worse than when I dropped it off, so we drove it straight back to Chris Nikel. They can never duplicate the problem themselves, and the only thing they’ve done this time is balance and rotate my tires because ‘one of the front tires was slightly out of balance’. They also stated that everything else is ‘absolutely perfect’ and there are ‘zero problems’.Of course, ‘absolutely perfect’ was completely untrue as the death wobble is still persistent. Each time the dealer has spoken to me like I’m lying about the death wobble since they can’t duplicate the problem by driving over a 2x4. They literally asked me to record video of it while it’s happening, as if it isn’t frightening and dangerous enough already.I should also note that I have not been returning my Jeep to Chris Nikel by choice. They’ve failed to help on other issues (like telling me the One-Touch roof is ‘operating as designed’ when it occasionally binds up then snaps loudly and rattles relentlessly when retracted). However, other local dealerships suggested I return to them instead since they ‘fixed’ it the first time.This experience has done nothing but waste my time and left me with a more dangerous vehicle than when I dropped it off. My wife and three year old ride in this vehicle, and Chris Nikel clearly has no concern for their safety by letting this dangerous Jeep back out on the road…again and again.

I worked with Bobby and he was great. I am 60 years old and I have owned a lot of cars but Bobby was the best salesmen I have ever worked with and the dealership treated me with respect and honor. I did read the other comments and I will say those are one sided and unwarranted. Cars are mechanical devices and regardless of how well you try to make sure thy are perfect its never the case. What a wonderful buying experience. First,, Colt the new car sales manager was so wonderful to work with over the phone as I was out of state. Once I got to town he had one of his sales persons come all the way the Glenpool where I was staying at a hotel to pick us up and take us to the dealership. That’s when we met our Sales Person (Blue). I can’t say enough about this guy, he was so great to work with and we had a great time hanging out with him and picking out the perfect Dodge Challenger. It was so funny we even ran out of gas during our test drive and I mean he was there within 3 minutes to rescue us. That gave us even more time to fall in love with the car LOL. After a full tank of gas meeting the finance manager we left feeling great about our experience. I will never buy a car at another dealership ship again, even if we are out of state. I purchase a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit a year ago from this dealership. The sales team was great, but that’s where it ends. I’ve had to bring the vehicle in twice for rattles. I also decided to get an oil change the second time. When I dropped it off I told them if nothing gets fixed I at least need the oil change done. They have had my vehicle for four days and haven’t called me once with an update. I called on the third day and my service advisor, Abel told me that they hadn’t gotten to the oil change and that the tech was having problems fixing the rattle with the sunroof shade. The sunroof shade rattle was only one of three rattles. He told me that everything should be taken care of Saturday (the 4th day). I hadn’t heard anything by 1pm so I decided to go to the dealership to find out how much longer it was going to be. Abel had left for the day, so I had another service advisor help me, and he tells me that nothing had been done, but that he could go ahead and get the oil change done and it would take about an hour. First, the oil change should have been the first thing done, second, if it takes an hour to do an oil change then you need to hire new technicians, and third, the service department shouldn’t schedule appointments if they aren’t going to be able to do anything with the vehicle that day. I didn’t expect everything to be done on the first day, but I did expect communication and at least something be done within four days. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your vehicle to this location for service. Mainly because they do not communicate with you. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because my buying experience a year ago was good.

Difficult to get new car paperwork from this company. The buying experience up to this point has been okay, but now nearing my 30 days to play TTL and still no paperwork after calling for several days.
When we decided to buy another vehicle we of course went to chris nikel in broken arrow. We could see from the highway they had a pretty good selection of vehicles. The nicest most helpful gentleman named Blue was able to get us the right car for the right price and we were able to get a good amount for our trade in too! We hope next time we need another vehicle Blue will still be there to help!

I was looking for a vehicle for my parents after there’s had totaled out. I went to Chris Nikel and found a sales man named Blue. He did an amazing job finding them a vehicle in there price range.Thank you Blue for taking care of my parents.
I made my appointment online and when I got to the dealership I waited for just a few minutes to pull into the bay. As soon as we pulled in we notice it looked like half the staff in the service department didnt have on a mask. I have a picture of one and his customer who does not have one. The sign walking in clearly stated masks are required. So we get it set up to be serviced with Abel, got my rental car from enterprise and they were super nice and quick. When we got the call to pick up the jeep got there no issue returned the car and started to leave when we noticed my passenger seat has been totally moved and there was mud on my passenger door. I stopped in the parking lot and threw it in reverse. Asked Abel why would there be mud or whatever on my inside door panel. His answer was we didnt open ur passenger door, I said well then why is the seat moved inside. He stated well they might have opened the glove box to check the cabin filter, which means they opened my passenger door, and he said will ofcourse to get to it. Right after he said they didnt open it at all. Then he had to get a manager just to tell him he can clean that side down. After I got on the road I noticed my oil change sticker. I asked him how many miles would my full synthetic oil change get before I had to get it change get again. He said at the counter 10k miles, my tag in my window says 5k.. I have had it serviced only at dealerships and no one has the same answer how long the oil change lasts, some have said 5k on my sticker, some put 3500 miles and this one said 10k but put on my sticker 5k. So honestly I can tell the dealerships are not consistent on their info and this one has no concern for following city rules or enforcing employees to obey their own rules about public health safety.
We purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee in August of 2018. Our salesman was great! He found my wife the jeep she wanted in Arkansas and they went and got it. Within a month or two of having it we started having trouble with it and brought it in for service. The Service manager at that time was super helpful and after a couple of visits it was determined that it needed a new transmission. Last summer we were on vacation and right before we got on the highway the engine just shutoff and we coasted into a parking lot. The car started after a couple of times of trying. We finished the trip with no problems, but we took it straight to CN to be looked at. They decided to do an oil consumption test. They said we may need a new engine. We did the first part of the test, but failed to get into the get in by 1500 miles to have them check it so we started the test over again. During the second leg (of the second test) we started having trouble with it again so we took it in. I let the service guy know how unsatisfied I was with this vehicle and he said its not a mortgage you can get rid of it at anytime. That rubbed me the wrong way and after 3 days of them having it, I went and picked it up and traded it in on a new car from another dealership. Ever since they began the remodel of the facility the level of service has dropped in my opinion. The old service manager would have never said what this guy said to me. I will say that the Enterprise people have always been very helpful (Enterprise is basically getting the star, not Chris Nikel.)

After a few not so great experiences with other local dealerships, I was a bit apprehensive about buying my BMW from Chris Nikel, but Ray Ortiz and Bill Lee set ALL my fears to rest and provided THE BEST car buying experience EVER! They were both so chill and all about what I wanted...I couldnt have been more pleased! To add icing on the cake, Ray has followed up post sale thru my 90 day anniversary of owning my car. Came in to check out a renegade. They only had 1. Was told I couldnt get it with out a co-signer which I figured but told them I would check on a co-signer. You figured if you wanted to sell someone a car you would have followed up with them. Nope never heard anything. Went somewhere else got a better deal and better model and an all over better experience.
This gentleman made the experience a delight Reynaldo Ortiz made it fun and easy. I cant wait to buy again and I know Im going where he goes.

I wish I could give negative stars! We bought a beautiful used car a 2020 Highlander Monday 4/5 it seemed to be a great easy buying experience super happy when we left was told everything in the car was perfect and checked from top to bottom and that the took it for a car wash before we got it which we know isn’t true! We drive off the lot and stop to the car wash since it was so dirty and we wanted to show the family a clean car and it starts leaking water on us. So we get it home and check it out and call the dealership no response then we call them the next day and they tell us that there is nothing they can or will do and that we need to go to Toyota and go through our warranty so we take it in 4/12 only got to drive the car one week had to pay for the tags since they were due and now Toyota is going to possibility have to total the car because the leak is at the main support of the roof. It is now 5/6 one month since I bought the car and have only driven it one week and had to buy tags for a car that I can’t drive and chris nickels doesn’t care! I will NEVER buy a car from them again and I’m just hoping the manufacturer makes it right!
Chris Nikel is an honest dealership. I found that the pics posted on line are a true representation of the vehicle. Very quick to respond with either texts or emails. My salesman was very friendly and easy to talk to. He gave me as much time as I needed to inspect the vehicles. Purchase time was very fast as well. Just 1 thing they can improve on. While I was waiting for the final purchase paperwork they let another couple drive my Jeep. I said to the other salesman that I am purchasing that Jeep. I was told that until I sign the final papers they could sell the car out from under me. That made me angry. I was fortunate that nothing happened to the car while they test drove it.
They were very knowledgeable about the Vehicles plus they’re not pushy. They also listen to what the customer is looking for and wants.
Walter Buford was a huge help. Wasnt sure if I wanted a new vehicle, but with his help and guidance I got a new ride.

We had an excellent experience here at Chris Nikel. They fix my wife’s air conditioner. And then we bought a 2021 Durango from them today. They had basically all the leg work done. All we had to do was sign some paperwork and pick up the Durango. Thanks to Dean as well as Dave for making this experience so good. It was smooth and painless. I would recommend them over any other dealership.

Service department is great! We bring both of our vehicles here to keep them maintained. I have not purchased a vehicle on this lot since it was Expressway Dodge though. Bought a brand new truck last year and went in practically begging for them to just meet the price I had found and they couldnt get there. I have to make big purchases with my families best interest in mind. I will give them the opportunity, again, next time.

We came in after a bad situation. I had a passing in the family, we had to fly down from where my husband was stationed to retrieve a vehicle that was in my name but I didn’t want while my daily driver would repossessed because it was in the persons name who had passed. I dreaded coming in, not a lot of hope of getting what I wanted and having to deal with pushy salespeople trying to get a sale. Drove up and was greeted by Bobby. He was sympathetic to the situation and made sure to only show us what we wanted. No time was wasted to push anything. Took a couple test drives and in what seemed like a blink we were driving off the lot with my dream car, even in my color I wanted. I’ve never been in a more friendly dealership that wanted to work to try and save you money. I love the straight forward pricing on the cars, no guessing or haggling. The paperwork was clearly explained in finance. All in all I highly recommend this place. My dad recommended it and that’s the only place he buys his trucks from. Very happy with the experience, thank you for my super sweet 2020 Dodge Challenger RT!
