I had an issue with some off-road lights on my electrical system. The ladies working there were extremely helpful and directed me to a better battery which solved my problem immediately. I went back to get some battery cables cut for an overland trailer and their prices for those cables were better than any other auto parts store. Will definitely go there again.

If you need batteries of any kind. AA, AAA, 9V, car batteries, boat batteries, golf cart batteries, watch batteries, key fob batteries…. Whatever batteries you need, you’re making a mistake by not going to this Interstate Batteries location. They are awesome people. I will never go anywhere else.

It was my first experience and it was a great one. The staff was extremely friendly and fun to chat with while waiting for my new battery which was done in about 3 minutes. I would 100% recommend them and will be returning for all my battery needs.

Excellent service with knowledgeable folks. Had a one-of-a-kind powersport battery go bad within warranty period and they handled the replacement promptly and without question. So nice to find a place that provides great customer service.

I have an MG Midgit. It needed a battery. They were able to find the battery(an A-5 I think it is called). When I need import parts theyve been able to do my batteries for them plus refer me for parts. My prior import was a Fiore.

Ive gone in multiple times to have my smart trackers (Fitbit, heart rate monitor watch) batteries changed due to the small screws and they always do a great and speedy job!

Employees answered the phone when I called, and were quick and very kind. They were knowledgeable about other parts of my car like the starter and alternator and checked to make sure they were working well before I left. Car battery was cheap too.

December 28th or the 19th I purchase an interstate battery for my Jeep Patriot..!.. the local store at 61st and memorial is where I purchase a battery, and I called today on 1:11pm Rob told me he had my information logged in the computer they found me in the computer

If your busines model is to hyper focus on one product type and its variations, as a national retailer, your prices should be well below everyone else... waste of my time!

I was at the ribbon cutting and they made us feel important and they displayed knowledge, professionalism and service oriented. When I need a battery, I know where to go.

I believe it was Dustin Jackson that smiled and greeted me when I walked in the door to purchase a cell phone battery. My friends flip phone quit working, thinking it might need a new battery, I went to Interstate. Surprisingly, they had the battery for which I was looking. I appreciated that they checked first to see if the new battery fixed the problem (it didnt), which saved me from having to buy it.Before I left the store, I made an impulse purchase of a Nebo Just Flipit light; my Dad loves it.It was the EXCELLENT customer service and knowledge of their products that prompted me to keep shopping although I no longer needed the cell phone battery.Thanks Dustin.

This was my first visit to an interstate outlet. I was completely satisfied with the customer service and install.

NEVER take a fossil watch here they dont know what they are doing. There is a fossil store down the street in the mall.

Go to a mechanic that sells the batteries. If they break a lead, you are in trouble. Employee even chuckled that was the second one they broke that day. Pay the $5 extra and avoid the store. Left the store in worse shape than I arrived.
