Clint is great. Some of the pharmacy staff is awesome and have been there awhile, the new ones are often less than stellar.

I called the pharmacy to make sure they were going to call my doctor for a prior authorization. I called at 3:47 on 10-18-21 and a woman named Linda answered the phone and said “Thank you for calling Walmart Pharmacy, how may I help you?”, so I explained the situation. And then she proceeded to laugh at me and said in a rude and annoyed tone, “Well I don’t know who you are so I can’t help you. What’s your name and date of birth?”I was left speechless and then I asked to speak to someone who wouldn’t laugh at me.“Linda” didn’t ask for my name and date of birth when she answered the phone. She asked how she could help me. If she wants my name and date of birth immediately, then she should ask for it and not LAUGH at a customer.Extremely rude and extremely unprofessional.Never had a bad experience at this pharmacy until now.

Great pharmacy and great customer service

Absolutely horrible. My 11 month daughter is sick and urgent care sent in the prescription around 5:40pm we went in around 7:00pm. I waited in the car with my daughter while my wife went to run in and grab the prescription since their drive up was closed. I waited 40 minutes before getting my daughter out of the car going in and finding out that my wife was told it would just a minute and waiting while several people came in and got their prescriptions and left. Our dinner was ruined as it was sitting for almost an hour. We ended up leaving without the medicine for my sick baby girl cause people at this pharmacy are disorganized. Thanks for completely ruining our night, Walmart Pharmacy.

Everytime I’ve gone through the drive through for prescriptions it takes such an excessive amount of time. For example, in half an hour one car has finished out of both drive through lanes.

This is the worst Walmart pharmacy Ive ever been to. I will be switching to CVS today bc Im done playing their games. They saymy refill will be ready at a certain time and I go 2 hrs after it was supposed to be ready and its never ready!!!! EVER. Sorry Walmart pharmacy but you lost another customer
