Broken spring on Saturday morning at 11:45, repaired before 1pm!I thought I was calling to make an appt for next week, but we’re SO tickled to have it fixed so quickly. Dennis was very nice and professional.

Called to get a quote on getting new garage doors for our 3 car garage doors.Kyle came over and was extremely rude to us. This is around a $3400 expense we will be making but it won’t be with these people 👎🏻

Found broken spring on my garage door Saturday morning around 10:00 am. Called for repair and was back in service before 1:00 pm. Great service and pricing. I highly recommend.

Our garage door had broken, the T-rail part, when the service guy got here he said he needed to come back tomorrow because he didn’t have the part. I told him we can’t do It tomorrow so he Quickly said, I can do it now I just need to go get the part. He said the part was $25-30 and I asked how much for the total job. He wouldn’t answer after I asked 2 or 3 times, he finally got frustrated and said ok, $180ish!!! That was way overpriced based on the time he was here and the price of the part. We will never recommend this company to anyone or use them again!

Have used them before to replace panels on a garage door we had in another house. While other garage door companies told us we had to buy complete doors, Jerald said that he had some panels in the warehouse that he could use to fix our garage door. He saved us about $1800 in doing so (had 2 garage doors of the same style but were no longer made - they needed to match).Bought a house and noticed that the garage door was sagging. Jerald came out to inspect it and said the builders grade door could not be repaired to our satisfaction. So we bought a new garage door from them. It is double steel and insulated.Yesterday it was installed by Greg and its just beautiful. Quiet as a mouse and all gaps sealed. A first class job!I recommend them to my friends for repair or to buy new. No one has said they have had a bad experience on my referrals. I have always been treated well and the work performed has been outstanding.

I recently moved into home that Pro Overhead Door had installed outside program panel to open garage door. I contacted a representative, he told me, there were to many different types of these panels and I could look it up on the web and it might be able to help me. When I question that they had put it in, he told me i could come out and take a look at, but it would be $85.00 service call.I would assume if they had looked up the address that panel was installed it would tell the type and info in how to program. I guess this was above this gentlemen PAY GRADE! or INTELLECT.i cannot comment on their pricing or installation, but their Customer Services Sucks!

Our company has 16 commercial overhead doors and Pro Overhead does all of our work and have for many years. When I needed a new door for my home I called them and I havent had a problem yet. They are great people and they never keep us waiting.I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Theyre not techie, but they do good work.They serviced our old door- and corrected problems the previous company had caused. When we finally replaced it they special ordered us a nice door and everything went quite well. Later we had them install a garage door opener. Always been very pleased.

The technician Pro Overhead door so proudly advertises as being so well trained installed our garage door wrong. He left out the bushing that stabilizes the shaft thru the tensions springs. As a result the shaft was cut in to over time like you had used a pipe cutter on it. Pro Overheads attitude was Thats to bad. I will never use them again and you would be foolish to have them install your door. Keep their well trained technicians away from your house.
