First off the price was great. Then to make it better they came out very quickly to replace my 1950s broken garage door. The installer eat very professional. I would highly highly recommend them. As a contractor myself I cant speak highly enough about this company.

I bought door openers a few months ago, and the had new garage doors installed yesterday. The people who installed both were amazing. Both knowledge and polite. The show up on time and cleanup is spotless. Harold came out and discussed the options and he was so knowledgeable about each option. The ladies in the office are super kind and courteous. They kept me up to date on delivery and installation. I can’t say anything bad at all. Fabulous work 👏

After having a terrible customer service experience with Overhead Door Company in Tulsa. I decided to give Superior a shot. I called and asked if i could buy some track pieces to install a overhead door that was removed from one building and install it on a new building. I was told that I would have to speak to a tech. So I drove over a few days later and spoke to John DeVary. I explained that what I wanted to purchase (standard 2 track) and he said he needed the panel weight, opening height/width, etc....I reiterated that I just wanted to purchase the track, but insisted he had to quote a whole new track, mounting assembly, drums, wire, etc. I said okay and sent him all the necessary info only to get a response after calling back in two times that they cant help unless I have them install a new door. Wasted hours of my time and gas. Thanks!

Great punctual service, fairly priced. Arrived at the appointed time, worked efficiently and professionally and left a clean workspace. Couldn’t ask for more.But wait, there’s more. Previously overhead door company told me the seals on the bottom of the garage doors were not replaceable. However, Superior Overhead technician, Houston, informed me of an easy solution we now have air tight, water tight seals at the bottom of the 3 garage doors.Superior Overhead is now the only door company found in my contact list.

I needed garage opener repair related to my wiring. I called Superior b/c I’d been unhappy with my previous interaction with a garage door company. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating. Houston came out and was friendly, professional, personable and competent. He fixed the wiring while explaining to me why and what he was doing. He also did a maintenance check of both doors, and made an adjustment to the garage door opener that wasn’t giving me problems. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

I had a slight issue with my 2-car door. I called Superior Overhead Door on Wednesday, they sent a tech out on Friday morning to take care of the issue. After 36 years, our much-loved all-wooden garage door died when the left spring broke & wrecked the windowed upper section of door! Superior has a nice shop in Broken Arrow and can customize anything you want! They stock doors of two major brands, as well as parts. We selected one of their best-valued doors. R=13.45, but not too expensive. Should be much nicer in those cold winter months!

After looking at several different brands of doors, I selected a HAAS metal door with faux wood stain. Superior worked with me through every step... from choosing the style, material, color, hardware and options to final installation that met our expectations. And when one of the door panels had a small blemish, Superior worked with the manufacturer to promptly replace that panel. They installed my garage door opener about a year ago and they were very quick and low cost. I really liked the guy that came out and installed it. Now my entire garage door needs replaced because of structure fractures on the door its self. I checked around for prices and again there price plus installation is about the same cost as all the others at the cost of the garage door. I had to replace my fifty-year-old door the other day....These guys were so professional, the salesman came out and gave me a no-hassle price for a new door and opener (my opener died too). The installer did a GREAT job; when I came home from work it was like I never had a different door...no trace of the old door, no trash, nothing!
