This company was very professional by phone and in person. The lady answering the phones was able to address all of my questions and made me feel at ease with their company. She was very personable and understood the timeliness of the repair that was needing to be completed. The technicians were always on time and let me know when they were on their way and who was coming (even included a photo of the technician). The technicians cleaned up any mess made with the removal of the broken windows and the installation of the new window. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Residential Window Service will be my go to for all my home glass repair needs. I am extremely happy with the service and products they provided.

Got a number of crazy quotes but this company was highly recommended by a Tulsa business executive who I admire. They were very professional did the job in less time than they estimated and it looks perfect. Cleaned the job site immaculately.

I have an old sliding glass door divided by a strip of metal in which the bottom panel was broken. They came out and gave an estimate which was very through. When the guys came out to install the new glass they cleaned out the tracks, washed down all the glass (double sliding glass doors) and were very careful to replace one panel without damaging the other panel, which saved me money! They were very professional and answered all my questions, explaining things so I understood. They left everything cleaner and better than it was before. Great job!!

Keeping customers updated from start to finish, their scheduling system sends you texts and emails to keep you updated on project details. When the appointment is made you get a text, then a reminder about the appointment. When the technician is on his way, you receive another text to let you know they are coming. We were pleasantly surprised at this level of technology being incorporated by a local business.Steve did a great job getting our project measured, estimated and installed. We had a number of large curved top windows that needed extra care and scaffolding to install. It all went well, and even when there was a problem with one of the panes cracking, Steve took care of it and got it all taken care of in a reasonable time. We love our new windows. The Low E glass reduces the heat in our west facing rooms, so we expect an improved efficiency in our electric bill. Also, he replaced all of the sash balances in every window. Now our 30 year old windows open and close smoothly and it is great to have nice, like new windows. Replacing the glass and sash balances on our existing windows was a fraction of the cost of window replacement.We are pleased with the way our project went from start to finish. Steve is a reliable window expert who has decades of experience. At the beginning we felt we could trust him and he proved to be trustworthy.

The glass unit replacement in one of our large fixed glass windows was done in a timely and fairly priced manner. The technicians were very polite and considerate of our household. They thoroughly cleaned and removed all debris that was created during the replaement process.

We have a large two story home. Several windows needed either new glass or locks/sash, etc. After paying several thousand dollars (over 5k) we are left with old windows that were left dirty around the frame and have had recurrent problems like the window falls down. Again, they worked on about 40% of our windows. We felt that we could have replaced those windows with new ones for about the same cost as them repairing them and replacing a few glass panes. We got a bid from thermal windows and another window firm. It makes no sense to use them as their prices to repair existing windows are too high relative to replacing them with new ones. Once they are paid they are not easy to get a hold of for warranty work. Its hard to reach them as they use voicemail a lot and our messages dont get returned or in a timely manner. I believe had they done work on all the windows, it would have been almost the same price as replacing the windows with new ones. Very bad value in my view and your left with old dirty windows after repairs. Consider replacing window with new ones or maybe call established glass companies like Robinson glass or City Glass.

Great price and the service person was skilled professional but their communication with customers needs work: I paid my deposit on January 19th and had to call to remind them about my service several times. Each time they promised to call but never did. Finally got service on March 4th. Overall, a good experience, just wish theyd been a little more proactive.

I needed someone to help me with stuck windows in the middle of this pandemic. This company was amazing! I even had one window stuck open that I couldnt close. The office scheduled a free estimate for sooner than I expected. Steve came right on time and explained what was causing my problems. Closed the open window and determined what parts I needed. Parts came in about 20 days which I thought was really fast. Steve installed all the parts. He caulked a window that was leaking. Most of my windows have plantation shutters which had to be removed and then reinstalled. He did an exceptional job with all of it. Made sure I could open and close my windows again. Steve and his RWS team did a great job on our window glass replacements. All though it took longer than expected for RWS to get the replacement glass from his supplier, it was worth the wait. RWS came the day I called. After a quick measurement, they promised to take care of at least three issues I was having. They did. Their work is perfect. They are incredibly nice and helpful. I hope I dont need their services again but if I do, I will call them immediately.

I have used this company several times previously, along with my mother, brother in law and his parents.I have always recommended residential window company to everyone.Today will be my last time I ever contact them.I called later part of last week to schedule a time to replace two windows in a rental property.They were suppose to contact my tenant to schedule an appointment for Friday mid afternoon.I called today because my tenant haven’t heard from them and the lady over the phone apologized and said they left and message and that spot for Friday was no longer available.I asked why wasn’t I contacted or made aware and I was told “we don’t have time to track customers down.”I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and to be told they don’t have time means they don’t need my money any more!Steve is a great guy but his staff needs some training.

This company is great. I had a double pane window above my garage that a bird hit and broke the outside pane. I called around to window companies and the prices to replace the window were 6-7 hundred dollars. RWS gave me an estimate that was half the price of the other companies. I was a bit skeptical at first but the guy that gave me my estimate was nice so I went with them......best decision. My window came in when they said it would, they installed it on the day they said they would, they were very clean, and the price didn’t change. If I ever need window or glass repair I’m using RWS.

I had no complaints until the end. My original timeslot was rained out, so they were squeezing me in. At the end, when the installer told me he was done - I looked up and there was a 5 arching streak across one of the panes. I thought it was a crack, the installer said it was a smudge, then asked me to sign for the installation. The window was installed on 2nd story accessed by roof - he was indicating I was to climb up on the roof to clean it. I would not sign - he huffed out and got on his ladder and spent 5-10 minutes cleaning the pane. It was caulk. I could not believe that the installer did not clean the panes after installing and expected me to climb up there after he left and do it. Would not recommend a company that didnt just jump and say you are correct, that shouldnt be there - I will fix it. He only did it after I refused to sign completion of the job.

Had to custom order a window to fit our door which took nearly 2 months (RWS told us it could take that long), but once the window arrived, they called, set up an install time the next week, showed up on time and did a great job! Would use them again.
