My painter sent me to that store and the employee helping me was Mitch. He has a great eye for color and knows his products very well.

The Broken Arrow location is very well run.The store manager, Barry, is extremely accommodating and does an amazing job of expediting orders out efficiently and correctly.The inside sales team is knowledgeable and friendly.My business is successful in part to the amazing job these guys do!

My wife and were in this store at around 3:30 this afternoon, 9/7/2017 only seen one other customer in the store, a contactor I would assume.No customer service what so ever. only one of the men in the entire place even spoke and the it was as if we were a bother. After standing at the counter for around 10 to 15 minutes or and being completely ignored by the entire staff we walked out. Worse customer service Ive ever encountered anywhere. Sad part is we were ready to make a purchase of paint and primer. If this is the type of service Kelly-Moore provides at all its outlets I cant under stand how they have lasted this long.
