I usually shop at this store for all of my pets needs. Saturday was my Grandsons birthday and he really likes Tractor Supply. Everyone is alway friendly and very helpful. However, I asked two of the associates to do me a favor for my Grandson. Believe me, Amber and Jocelyn went above and beyond making this a special moment for him. So many thanks to them and this crew for all they do for us.

Love this store. Never go in with too much cash in your pocket! LOL.

Our TS is one of the best. The manager Samantha Harper is wonderful and I appreciate the experience we get when are there! We hold a Poultry and Small Animal Swap the every 3rd Saturday of the month. So glad to have this event at the Broken Arrow Tractor Supply!

We always buy chick feed here. They have a sign that says chicks are here. Twice I went in and they didnt have any, and when I asked about the sign they didnt really seems to care . So I went down to Atwoods and got some there.

Love this store!! They always have what I need for my ducks!! They have babies in the spring too which makes it irresistible to go home without adding to our flock in the spring time. They have a pretty legit clearance isle too!! Knowledgeable staff and always super friendly too!! My fave!!

Friendly staff (they know nothing about livestock.. or any animals really), the store set-up is easy to navigate, and theres a wide selection of products. It would be nice (if the staff was better informed and) there were more organic/healthy food selections for my canine and feline friends. No complaints otherwise!

Good store. Employees maybe need more training though. I walked in and asked where I could find a specific item. First employee told me we dont sell that I told her I had looked it up online and they do sell it. Second employee told me we dont have any of that in stock I told him you web site lists inventory currently in stock at this location he said well, we can go look, but Im pretty sure we are out unless some came yesterday. We found multiple bottles on the shelf. And, they had dust on them meaning they had been there for more than just 1 day. I got the impression that these employees are used to people just accepting we dont have that and the customer leaves so then the employee doesnt have to help them. If I hadnt looked up my item online first, I would have not known that they did actually have it. I would have gone in and said do you sell _____? They would nav told me no, and I would have left to go find it at another store.

They have the most unique stuff! We want the 4ft tall metal Rooster!

Excellent service, wide selection, and good prices! I have always received a friendly greeting on entry here and usually at least one staff person, at some point, asking if I needed help with anything. I get horse tack and supplies, fencing equipment and supplies, dog and cat toys and supplies, pet and livestock flea/fly sprays and first aid supplies, and the people list includes: outdoor work clothing, work and rain boots, socks, work gloves, camping equipment, books/magazines, etc... I even managed to finish out my Christmas shopping last year! And last, but not least, lets not forget the candy selection at the end caps of the check-out registers. I particularly like the old fashioned hard candies.

I live near here and buy all my dog food here. Only one issue with staff since they have been open. Ive been there at least 50 times. Store is well kept and clean. Employees have been helpful

TSC didnt have the lawn mower part we needed. They offered to order the part, checked store hours at a larger store and explained how to order online. Service above profit deserves my business.

I bought 10x10x6 panels for a dog pen. I was in a rental truck so I was in a hurry. All employees were busy so Jeremiah, the store manager, went out & loaded them for me. Fast, efficient, & friendly. A rarity in a big corporate world.

Good place to buy all kinds of things. I bought a paddle boat here and all kinds of dog food and items. There is alot of items here, for farm, home, or just fun, check for yourself.

I returned a product (with a receipt) that did not fit. They cheerfully credited me right away. Wonderful experience.

There is always something cool on sale. They have a great variety of pet foods and supplies. Staff has always been helpful and courteous.

Love this place but girl at counter needs better training. Took her 10 min to ring up some fire wood and still couldnt do it so i had to walk outside and carry it in for her so she could scan it. This was after I told her the price since I had been in there earlier that day. The whole thing was kinda sad.

We always get our dog food here and just recently bought a dog bed. Everything weve bought so far has been good quality. When weve needed help, the service has always been friendly and efficient. This location is convenient, has a good selection of products, and has great service.

Was told to go back to customer service and she would call someone to help me with my fencing questions.A young lady addressed me immediately and showed me the fence, T post in the different lengths and we went back inside where she got on the computer to look up gates as I was needing them also .This young lady passed on a phone call and told a associate to have another to handle it as she had a customer she was helping. She never left me untill all I had gone there for was taken care of. I dont do these comments usually but this young lady was an exception.She was professional, very knowledgeable, and very personable.I left there very satisfied but before I left I ask her name and it was Samantha and she gave me her card and if I returned she would be happy to help me.I never seen her before but I can say this young lady needs recognized by this company. This is where we get our dog food. We get store brand. Its high quality without the high price. Everyone that works there is always helpful and courteous.

So I have to make a shout out to the nice young lady that works at the tractor supply in broken arrow ( I think she was a manager) and the nice gentleman that changed my tire on my trailer Saturday morning. I was tired and emotionally drained and pulled in with trailer full of furniture and a ruined rim and tire and she took the time to help me find the right set and supplied the 4 way and he changed it. I tried to pay both of them and they refused to take money. I’m sure they thought I was crazy because I started crying. Did not get either of their names but he and his wife had a black pit bull and drove a pick up. I hope they know how much their act of kindness for a stranger meant that day. ❤️🥰

I love this store! Everything you need for farm and garden! I buy my catfood here great price and good food! Paws and claws is a good brand at a great price! Especially when you have alot of cats like I do! You can get a 36 lb bag for less than $20!

Great stores to visit if youre looking for farm tools. They also have poultry swat once a month. There are lots of nice chickens and rabbits to buy.

I’m first at front for checkout Woman comes ahead of me. I said I need help. He checks her out . He says go to customer service. Woman trying to help a guy for 20 minutes so I go back to help myself . Both of them finally help and I get quite a few things. A guy walks up to checkout. Here’s the killer. He checks him out before me. Terrible. I’m from Broken arrow but I will travel far to avoid this store
