Above and beyond customer service. The manager, Dusty is nothing but welcoming and easy going. He is very knowledgeable about the products he sells and doesn’t push you to buy something. He was extremely helpful on recommending me the best protein powder based on my needs, I can’t wait to return and try other products.

I went into this place for the first time last week, I will definitely be back! The GM was working that morning & was so helpful & knowledgeable. It was quite refreshing. They have wonderful products & offer amazing discounts that not all GNCs offer. I highly recommend this place!

Give it a B for having products i like. Give it a solid F minus for the dudes in there trying to push products on me. “What multivitamin you tsking? What creatine are you taking? What test boost are you taking? We have this and this and this!” Bro i came in for a can of amino energy.....thats IT!!!!! Also........dont try to sell me a product and say how great it is, if you clearly haven’t used it because you’ve probably never been in a gym!!!! Done with GNC for good!!!

My favorite place in Broken Arrow. These guys know their stuff and I love that they have products you can get anywhere else. My whole family benefits from the supplements at this GNC.

Great place to buy good tasting protein, and other shakes but the car salesman mentality is a bit ridiculous at times. Employees constantly try to shovel merchandise at people, do your OWN research before purchasing anything to not only make sure the stuff works but also to make sure youre not getting price gouged.

Customer service was excellent! And so much has changed, they offer more than just work out nutrition.

They usually have what Im looking for, but the staff at this location is so incredibly pushy towards their products even when you explain you have no interest. Went in to buy a tub of pre workout, knew exactly what I wanted and where it was and it took over 15 min to finally get checked out and out of the store with noone else in there. I will usually drive a few miles further to the one at 101st and Elm to avoid going into this one.
