Popped in looking for a supplement to classic energy drinks and I was pleasantly surprised to find that and so much more! They have shakes for every diet, and energy boosting teas to compliment. The staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful finding a tea that fit my needs. I’m so glad to have found a nutrition spot close to my home, I will definitely be coming back for more!

I love this place!! The shakes are amazing and the fact that I can take things home is so convenient. I also get two teas for less than the price of one here if you get the concentrate to take home. The flavors are delicious and they even make custom items on request! Since I have been coming here the weight has literally been falling off! The staff is friendly and helpful. I will keep coming back because good service is hard to find!

Unbelievably tasty shakes and tea. The Black Widow Tea and any of the shakes... awesome.The OPEN times are: 6:30am - 7:30pm. So go in and grab a meal replacement that tastes great and is better for you than pretty much anything from the “shake” place close by.You will totally love this place and get fit in the process.

I love the nutrition stores, but this one is gorgeous! Comfortable interior, clean, easily accessible. I loaded up on teas as I was unavailable to get over there throughout the week, and they make it super easy, always delicious.

I went here for the first time today and loved it. I had a coupon for a free shake and energy drink and the lady was super helpful because I didn’t know what I’d really like, and I loved her suggestions. Definitely plan to come back and try more things.

I got tested for Rona and went here bc of no mask policy and turns out I had the virus so maybe y’all should require masks bc someone may have it

Poor approach to the deadly pandemic. Best avoided if this is their approach to health. Masks should be very much required.
