We purchased Mathis brothers adjustable base and the first one stopped working 3 times I had to fight to get a replacement cause I only had it 2 months… now as of last night my replacement went out again. I have done everything like surge protectors etc that they recommend and I am not satisfied at all!!!!!!!! So again my head is stuck up

If you are shopping for a new mattress, this is the place to go. Dont bother with the big store. They put the mattresses in the very back and harass you the whole time you are there. At the sleep center, it is a no hassle visit. They are knowledgeable and easy to work with. They wont harass you while you look but will help with any questions you might have. Plus this store is never very busy so most of the time you will have the whole store to yourself. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with the purchase of a box spring for a bed I purchased recently. I was treated very politely and the sales person was friendly and helpful. I will get my merchandise in 2 days! Great service.

My only complaint is that I had to wait 10 days for my second pillow because they only had one pillow I don’t understand how you let your stock get that low. Sales people were very courteous and seemed knowledgeable.

Just visited today, and ended up leaving with 2 mattress sets and frames. The salesman was charming, was very clear and helpful, didn’t jerk us around and wasn’t pushy at all. My wife and I were in and out with our purchase in about 15 minutes and bought exactly what we wanted.

When we entered the store we entered with the mindset that we were just looking. We wanted to go to other mattress stores and compare. We certainly had no thoughts about spending $6000 for a completely new bed. Darin was so patient with us, even when another couple came in he gave them his attention and at the same time kept working with us. After what seemed to be quite a while we made our decision and $6000 later we had an entirely new sleeping experience. And with a 25 yr expected lifespan, it may just be the last mattress we buy. Excellent customer service

I have filed a claim with the claims center in regards to the Americana Mattress I purchased from the sleep center in Broken Arrow in 2018. I purchased a mattress cover to ensure the warranty for a clean no stain mattress. My mattress is stained due to liquid spills and the mattress cover failed to keep it stain free. Our mattress is also dipping in the middle. I received a call back from customer service saying they’d be sending someone out to look at after I initiated the claim. Nearly two months later, they have yet to send someone out to evaluate my mattress. I just contacted the claim department once again so I will update again if my issue is resolved.

Bit pricey but got my purple mattress here. the mattress is wonderful, jsit not excited about the no money back guarantee, which the purple website has.Delivery was on time.and very fast setup. The mattresses is super comfortable and cool

Bob was extremely helpful and we are super excited to get our mattress delivered and start sleeping better.

When it came time for the delivery, no one had told us their policy on picking up the old mattress. My husband, thinking he would be helpful for the delivery people, set the box springs outside on the driveway an hour before delivery. When the delivery people arrived, they would not take the box springs because they were outside the house. Trying to do a good deed for others cost us a trip to the garbage dump to dispose of them and the fee associated with the trip. Not very happy with the customer service.

I recently visited the Mathis Sleep Center in Broken Arrow to just get information and try their beds. I had the nicest salesman who sold me a new mattress and adjustable bed. The experience was fun, informative and the pricing was better than other places I had checked. I ended up buying the bed and my delivery was scheduled for the next day. The delivery went of so smoothly with the nicest young men setting up the bed. We are now the proud owners of a split king, adjustable bed and loved our first night on it last night. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Mathis Brothers from the point of sale to the delivery.

Logan was great. I called him earlier in the day on Wednesday to ask a few questions, he was very helpful and when we went in the same evening, he followed through with everything we discussed on the phone. I am extremely happy with my bed and pillow. I will say when I walked in and Josh the salesman asked the price range I was looking to pay he started showing me beds that were twice what I had said my budget was. Luckily some other customer walked in he had to tend to and another salesman helped me find my perfect bed. His name is Brent he listened to me and was so helpful. I would ask for his help and advice to help me if I ever need another bed!

Love the mattress. Didn’t like the “membership” option. Also delivery costs were pretty high. We picked up. The gentleman who loaded and tied down merchandise was great.

We went in to mattress shop. We had the intention of going a few places and looking for the best deals. After speaking with the gentlemen here and trying the mattress out, my husband and I got back in the car. I turned and asked do you feel the need to go anywhere else? The following weekend I went in and bought our new mattress. They delivered it that very same day. The delivery crew was a tad behind schedule but they kept in contact with me, let me know how far out they were and eta. They were very quick and efficient. Every part of my Mathis experience was great. Highly recommend.

Josh was very knowledgeable about the product and spent over 45 minutes making sure we were matched to a bed we could afford and met our sleeping needs as well. Just an outstanding young man. I was also very impressed with the two young men who delivered our mattress and set it up. Friendly greeting when entered the store. Was given a minute to look things over and then a very informative person named Kathy helped us through the mattress testing process. We were given several options and were asked about our sleeping habits. Left the store happy about the mattress choice, sale price, delivery date and the ease of getting through the whole process.

Bought a new mattress from this location and I was much happier to visit the mattress center instead of going to the big location. I went to get a bed frame and ended up with the wrong one and had to bring it back. The one I needed was at a different store. Normally I would be very aggravated however Travis was great. And took care of everything and sincerely apologized. And the one I needed ended up be a little cheaper in price! Thanks for making what would normally be a nightmare for me a great experience.

We bought a sleep number about two months ago, thank goodness it had a 100 day return policy because it has been a very horrible experience with sleep number. We walked into the store and was greeted by Logan Marler. He was fantastic! He was not pushy whatsoever, was great to talk to and was very patient with us. Never asked us any of those pushy salesmen questions and when we said we were going to get something to eat and come back he didnt try to talk us into buying before we left, which made us feel super comfortable and willing to come back. He gave us such a great deal and we are suuuuper happy about our purchase! We got a Serta mattress, moveable base and 4 pillows for just a few pennies over what we paid for the sleep number, and it is by far the best bed Im going to own! Thank you Logan for being so great and super helpful!!

At first, the transaction was smooth. A delivery date was told to me from the salesman. Three days later on the delivery date, after hearing nothing, we called to find out where our mattress was. They then told us that the bed had to come from OKC and we would not get it until Thursday, 5 days later. Thursday, still no bed. Called again and was told it would not be delivered until Friday. After talking to a salesman to complain about the situation, I was told a manager would be contacting me the next day. 4 days later, and still no phone call. If we had known it was going to take over a week to get the bed, we would have bought elsewhere. There are far too many mattress stores that can deliver on their sales without giving customers the run around. My advice would be to find another place to shop.

We’ve gotten three mattresses with the help of Travis and we never consider any other mattress store anymore. Very nice, and knowledgeable.

I would give 5 stars but the sales man was very rude and told me he would cancell my order if I didnt want to purchase the bed and I could just leave after I asked about a pillow. Then he got even more rude about the fact that he wasnt going to make any money off of my purchase. I could have gone to another store and got the same item for half the price but I had already been Through enough trouble to get what I wanted with this company. Ive spent thousands of dollars with this company but probably wont be returning.

After hours of searching and just about every other store in the area visited, we ended up here, and were so thankful! Great customer service, outstanding quality mattresses, and best of all, the most affordable we could find for top quality products.

Do not buy Lady Americana. Our mattress is less than 5 years old and is about 2 inches higher in the middle than on each side. When trying to get it covered under warranty, they make is so difficult that you just give up.
