Dela is the sweetest and most helpful person you could ever work with. Made the process of taking my inquiry over the phone so painless and easy that I had to make the drive down just to thank her in person. Seriously, a one of a kind experience to work with. I wouldn’t ever buy a mattress a different way now.

We came in knowing we needed a mattress soon, but afraid to go in knowing how sales people are. We walked in and were greeted immediately, but he didnt hover. Marlon answered all of our questions, was never pushy, and just let us meander through the store searching for what we wanted. In the end, we did actually decide to purchase the mattress that we fell in love with and he helped assist us in getting a good deal on it without breaking the bank. Thank you so much for not being a typical sales person and being so helpful!

Salesman Marlon was awesome, i went to pick up my mattress and had a less than pleasant experience with the warehouse workers. All of my purchases were handled well but customer service could have been better. I felt rushed and spoken down to.

Mattress Firm in BA off of Lynn Lane is the absolute best. Amelia has helped us purchase multiple mattress sets, and ALWAYS takes great care of us. I highly suggest that, if you need a great quality mattress set, give her a visit.

Amelia in the Broken Arrow store was amazing to work with! She answered every single question I had. More importantly, she didn’t try to “sell“ me a mattress. Instead, she listened to what type of mattress I was looking for and then showed me the various options that were out there. Very pleasant experience!

Great service in the store and with our purchase. Very friendly staff. However, Im only giving a three star rating because I feel there is room for improvement for customer service after purchase. This is due to the trouble we encountered trying to get a replacement remote for the bed, but the store did make sure we got the replacement needed.

My wife and I visited the BA location Saturday afternoon and came away completely satisfied with the experience. Samantha was our salesperson and the manager, Marlon, was also involved in the process. They both were generous with their time and went out of their way to help us find the right mattress. We ended up choosing the Beautyrest Hybrid Plush King which will be delivered next Tuesday. Samantha did a great job of answering our questions and brought a lot of information to our attention which we were not previously aware of. A new mattress is something weve needed for a while now but kept pushing it off to avoid going through the hassle. We shouldve acted sooner. The whole experience was super easy and stress free. We want to thank both Samantha and Marlon for their kindness and expertise. If you are in the market for a new mattress you should swing by this location on Lynn Lane as I dont think you will leave disappointed.Side Note: If safety is a concern during these strange times you can shop with confidence at this location. Free masks (mandatory), sanitizers and pillow covers are all provided. They also strictly adhered to a set limit of customers being allowed on the showroom at a given time. When people were asked to wait before entering it was done so in a kind, compassionate manner. Marlon has that place running like a well oiled machine. FYI

Very helpful staff and reasonable prices. We were looking for a “big boy” bed for our son, they talked us through all the options, pros and cons of all and made sure we felt good about our choice. You could save a few bucks online, but happy to pay a little more for good customer service and a knowledgeable staff.

Didnt like the customer service I got. We went here and chose the bed for our 2 year old and was ready to check out. There was difficulty with the guy that was helping us in the beginning. It seemed as if he was more interested in customers looking for the big money beds.. his demeanor changed fast when i told him my ideal spending (works off commission Im guessing). Well, im buying for a 2 year old, Im not tossing money down the drain obviously. He helped us in the end, but the problem was the delivery options. It was a $400 bed and we wanted the same day or an extra day or 2. Well, he quoted 1 week, no other options. He let me walk out the door when I was saying Ill just go elsewhere to a competitor.. didnt try to look at all for quicker services. Sooo I drove 9 miles away to another Mattress Firm (one Ive been to before). They had the upgraded product from what I was trying to get (for the same price), was greeted and helped step by step, AND next day delivery cause they called and checked options. Im hauling a 2 year old and 4 year old around in 95 degree weather, why couldnt you take care of this stuff yourself? Its obvious that I wont be coming back to this store. I recommend going to the bigger store on 71st. MUCH nicer people and MUCH better service. I am a Mattress Firm person, I do recommend your product. Just not this store..
