Wasnt impressed at all. Went in to get price and availability of a side by side that I am looking to purchase. I asked for an out the door quote, the salesman had a hard time understanding that, it seemed. He wanted to put the price on the back of his business card. Unlike your competitors that give you a unit info sheet of what the cost is for. Went to another competitor didnt have any issue getting a quote sheet. Much more friendly, as well. Definitely lost a sale with me.

Didn’t actually end up getting a bike from them but wanted to leave a good rating regardless, based on my experience. I worked with Chad (the owner if I’m not mistaken) who was super helpful and made sure I had the bike I wanted at the price I wanted. The only reason I didn’t walk away with it was out of personal convenience. I’m not from Tulsa so it would have been hard to pull off, logistically speaking.

Do not purchase a Peloris nor take your current peloris to these guys for service. We dropped our Ranger off in Dec 2020 and it was still not completed by March of 2021. Indeed it is still not completed and the last status update indicated they still needed to order parts.I won’t purchase another Peloris product as this is the closest Peloris dealer and I won’t deal with them again.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. Took a day just to fly in from L.A. Miles (My Guy), Eric and Chad were nothing but AMAZING. Chad picked me up from the Airport. James was the most down to earth Finance manager. Gave me a steal of a deal on a the bike. Love Staff, Love the Bike. Actually stayed a little bit longer after the deal, just having conversation with the staff. Very personable and would most definitely do this type of deal again with them.Thanks

My wife called the service department about our daughters quad which was purchased there. She specifically stated that the transmission is making noises and she was not sure what the issue is and that we needed them to diagnose the issue.Once in the shop, the service department said that it was a chain and sprocket issue. Great! That sounded plausible to us so she asked them to also service and change the fluids since it was in there.Once they installed the new parts, serviced and changed the fluids they notified her that the transmission is shot and would need to be replaced. This is a 110 so its not worth replacing the transmission, its basically totaled. But they still charged her for all the unneeded work, parts and fluids.This would have been a great thing to know before they did all the work. I know there still needs to be a diagnostic/troubleshooting fee. However, charging her for work that should never have been done is shady. I wonder if they would have done this if I had been the one dealing with them?Woman beware?

I happened to find a used Harley Davidson here that I really like. My plan was to first visit all the dealerships in town and then select my bike. I stopped in here and Miles showed me the bikes in my price range as well as the particular bike I had seen online, no pressure. it was already late so I asked him to call me with a fair price and I left. He called me about 20 mins later with the price. I shopped all the other stores in town and my wife and I decided we liked the bike at 5th gear the most. it was around 3:30 when I called Miles and told him I wanted to purchase the bike. We got back there around 4 filled out the finance paperwork ( finance manager was awesome and made it easy) I took a test drive and we were outta there by 5:30 (after they had closed) An hour and a half to buy a bike and test drive is pretty good time in my opinion especially after hours. Bought my bike from 5thGear and brought it for every service. The buying experience was good, but not so much for service! 2nd service for basic oil change took 2 days! also noticed after a while I was missing tools from my tool kit, tried to ask them to replace what I was missing and they refused! I never took my bike for service anywhere else, but I will definitely recommend to look elsewhere for service.

I bought a bike from here over a year ago. Since then, I have had a couple issues with the bike, aftermarket things not stock. But they typically affect the bike as a whole. Anyway, Brennan is Im guessing one of the main service guys. If not he should be. This guy will spend any amount of time with the customer needed to figure out their issue. I have been on the phone with him for a half hour talking back and forth trying to figure things out. Very knowledgeable guy and very kind. He gives amazing customer service! Also the entire shop is good too! All very nice people and very knowledgeable in their fields! Love this shop!

Please take the time to read this if your considering on buying a motorcycle or other off-road vehicle. I never do reviews on anything but I figured I would for this company. Im like most of you, going into a place where Im expecting to be screwed over and cheated on a financing deal. Not here. I cant speak for every salesman here but Erick Croke was beyond helpful and not pushy whatsoever. I found my dream bike and my experience was so great I went in and bought it the very next day. The process was super easy and straight forward. I did spend about 5 hours there but the reason was because the Finance Manager, Jeff Samples, was working with banks to get me the best deal. He told me the first couple bank offers he didnt feel like it was the greatest deal I could get it so he kept trying and found me the best one. I am now a proud owner of a 2017 Victory Gunner which by the way was my very first bike!! I highly recommend this place. Work with Erick!

Chad kept me updated on the assembly process through the factory and all the way to his shop. He didnt even seem to mind me bugging him about it...Delivery was great.
