Went in to get my engine light diagnostic. The staff was fast and friendly! They printed off the diagnostic and answered my questions.

Do they hire people with same skills as McDonalds? Even for the simplest items they look at the computer and ask if its 4WD? No knowledge of cars whatsoever; might as well as me if I want to super-sized my spark plugs. Lol

The staff here are the best! I came in for a battery and alternator test, and they gave me a very detailed explanation of the results. I had already purchased a battery and they let me use all of their tools to install it, and even gave me a hand. Cap off to these guys for being so friendly.

Employee here named Daniel was a tremendous help, knowledgeable about a part that had been discontinued but I had previously purchased under warranty. He was able to get me the part regardless of it not showing up in the computer system, which had deterred an employee at another location. He went the extra mile, and I appreciated it greatly!!

Just another chain box stores selling trinkets. Went in for some trailer parts and they only had one option- wrong size lug bolts, that didnt help. They might have been able to order some stuff but I needed it now.
