I made 3 or 4 phone calls, I needed a catylitic converter, and they hung up on me each time I called back, very poor customer service. So I called Rainbow Muffler in Maples Heigts, Ohio, and Don the manager, took care of me with prompt custom service.

Treated like an idiot, wasnt quoted a price for the part I asked. Just told To take my car to a professionalCalled and gave them my make, model, year, doors, and engine. I waited for them to put the information in.Then I asked them to quote a price on an EVAP canister and a gas cap. The man on the phone asked if I needed an emission test. I told him that I do. (Obviously)He proceeded to tell me that there are tons of other parts that could fail instead of that. And I should really just take it to a personal shop. Instead of just throwing money at my car. He wouldnt give me a part cost or tell me if it was in stock.I understand that response if I didnt know what engine I have. Maybe even then maybe ask if I know what Im doing. Warn me that may not fix it. Then sell me what i asked for. Thats your job.I bought my EVAP canister elsewar and fixed it.How did I know it would? Because I am a mechanic and checked it with my code reader. But Im not explaining myself to be sold someing.
