I have had several cars repaired at Douglas. All of them were finished perfectly. I could not have been more pleased.

I went to the Range Rover dealer about my door not closing. I wasnt impressed on how they handled it but sent to a body shop in Wood Dale. I stopped by Douglas at lunchtime and the gentlemen(might be the owner) showed me the latch and as all his men were at lunch, went inside fixed it and didnt ask for anything in return. We will be bringing back our other car that the 16 year old banged up. Thank you for your customer service!!!

First it was too bad that I needed body work and paint but Douglas came recommended to me from my dealer. Professionalism A+ Work completed A+ I highly recommend this business to others who need work completed on their vehicle.

Excellent service and quality from start to finish. My family has been taking our cars to Douglas Auto Body since I was in high school and my wife and I will continue to take our vehicles there well into the future. Doug, Matt, and Jessica are all great and go above and beyond for their customers. They make the unpleasant experience of getting in an accident much easier to manage and hassle free, and theyre the only shop we would trust our cars to!

First and foremost, this shop does excellent work. Secondly, they are very accommodating and nice people. The reason I went to Douglas Auto Body in the first place was because Ive read all the positive reviews. Suffice to say, the reviews were spot-on. I would gladly do business with them again.
