Me and my mom just got new phones and Tim at At&T was just fantastic. Hes a expert on the devices and made our switch very easy. Blessing that where served by him. Great experience

This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I dealt with the manager Abraham. I went into store to do a return. They refused to do the return even though I was within my 14 days. Phone was still in new condition. When I asked to speak to another manager was just told no. Manager made me feel like I was nothing. Was also told that even though the website and chat said there was no fee to return he was not going to honor it. When I called the corporate phone number they asked for his name and id number. He said you can read my name tag and that is all I am giving you. Will never visit store again and would tell everyone to avoid it.

The staff found a good deal for the services I needed. Everything they offered worked out well. Vaughn did the most, though other representatives were also helpful. Its been easy to follow up whenever I had questions.

I worked with Kyle and he was super helpful, professional and patient (as I am not so great with technology). I needed to contact him with a couple of questions after I left the store and he was very prompt and helpful with that as well.

Att has been the best service I’ve had. And Pepe (att employee) has been the best of the best! No matter how big or small your concerns is he will take care of you with such patience you will be pleased! Excellent job Pepe!

Went in to switch to AT&T from our current provider. We clearly stated we needed 4 lines and 1 Sim card only for a data only hot spot. Angel was our rep and didnt ask a lot of questions for what we were looking for and acted like he knew more than we did. Really did not like his demeanor throughout the whole process. In the end we got our 4 phones and got them all set up. Right before we were about to leave I asked where the Sim card was for the Hotspot. He stated we never talked about that. I said yes we did because we told you it was for our rv and only needed the Sim card. I even remember him saying we could use the phones as hot spots but I said no and liked having it separate. He then wanted to jack up the bill like another $50 a month. At this point we were to far into it to just walk out unless we wanted to lose hundreds of dollars. I will not be returning to this store again and will be switching providers once contract is up.

Pepe was my salesperson at AT&T today.I have to give him the maximum stars possible! He went thru my services andI am now bundled with services. He went thru my AT&T TV information. He explained all the specifics that i hav been wondering about. He went thru my cell phone and internet services for me. The service was super, very friendly and pleasant overall. Im only giving 4 stars though because the auto-pay machine wouldnt take cash and I had to sit and wait for about 10 minutes to pay my bill with a representative.

Amazing experience upgrading my internet to fiber and also getting the new AT&T tv. I worked with Teala, she was a huge help with the questions I had about the new tv service they offer. I also had a billing issue and she was the only one to get me the correct phone number to contact the billing department. I would definitely recommend this AT&T store then any other in the area! 💯

We have had nothing but problems with AT&T. I just got off a 2 hour phone call to fix another mistake they made. They never share with one another the notes when you constantly get transferred. We gave the pin to import another line it was never used but AT&T the original time (their mistake not ours). We have now paid for 2 phone lines because the phone did not work. I went into the store 3 times to fix the issue. I would not recommend.

Every time I had to stop at the store for any Issue needed to be fix or if I try to upgrade any of my lines I always ask to be help by (Pepe) I been a customer for many years and have walked out the door either with my issue solved or with a great deal for my and family needs and pocket.

My husband and I walked into AT&T and was greeted by Vaughn. He was very friendly and professional. I had a lot of questions regarding internet and the rates he answered them and explained the different plans. We had Spectrum and I explained to Vaughn that we had issues for awhile and thinking about changing to AT&T, he gave us the pros and cons for each and then talked to us about wireless service and was respectful of our decision. The day of the installation for internet he check in to see how it went and asked if we have any questions. He went above and beyond with making sure we were satisfied customers.

Was in this store twice within the last 2 weeks and to be honest, I never really felt welcomed by the staff and they most definitely weren’t enthusiastic to help me. They really just want to get you in and out of the store. I understand, I work in customer service myself. Although I truly had questions that I didn’t even bother to ask because I could tell the consultants could care less about meeting my needs. They were uninterested and unfriendly. I felt as if I asked questions they would have been annoyed/bothered just from the vibe that was given off. I’m not a demanding person and I am very patient and understanding. It’s safe to say that my visits weren’t welcoming and I will avoid this location in the near future.

I just had the most wonderful experience I’ve ever had at any AT&T store. This was the second location I went to after basically being ignored by two employees on Moreland. It’s like I was bothering them and they couldn’t wait for me to leave. I was the only person in the place. So I came to this location. Night and day! Dan was so helpful, personable, and answered all my questions. He wasn’t the least bit “salesy” which I appreciate. Thank you Dan for being awesome!!!

Bearded young man was rolling his eyes and saying things underneath his mask when I told him multiple times we didn’t need or want the promotions. Called him out on his eye rolling but no apologies to offer. Couldn’t be nice enough when he saw me scanning their customer service URL. Wish I would have just bought from Apple.

I received an IPhone from AppleCare cause my current phone stopped working. I went into my local AT&T store and Chris Paul worked with me for over 45 minutes helping me switch out my phones. He was super patient and extremely nice. I’m not the best with technology especially switching all my info over and he made it super easy for me. He did not get a sale from me which he knew would be the case right away and he still just sat with me. Highly recommend Chris Paul!

My son and I stopped at the AT&T store randomly on a Monday afternoon inquiring about switching over from another carrier. We were instantly greeted by Jesse who answered all of our questions and provided us with additional information! We set up an appointment for the next day and were again immediately helped. We ended up leaving with new phones and an exceptional overall experience. We couldn’t be happier! Thank-you!

Jesse was my sales rep during my visit at AT&T. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. He worked with me until I fully understood the products I purchased. I would highly recommend him for any assistance within AT&T. I will be back to see him for my future upgrades.

I would like to give the manager Ben at ATT Corporate store on Bluemound Rd. Brookfield WI a big THANK YOU. He went above and beyond in helping me on my account. The store was very busy and he stepped in to help out. This was really great because I am a retiree and it gets a little tricky getting all the answers and discounts on a retiree account. He is such an asset to ATT. I would promote him but then I would miss him when I go to the store. I hope his manager reads these reviews and knows what a great employee he has working for him. I went back to Ben to ask more questions on something my daughter did by going to another store. Ben once again was SO helpful. Never did I get the feeling that he felt I was taking up his time . He was so professional and helpful. He deserves a big bonus for Xmas this year!

Dan and the team working were AMAZING. We came from across the street because Verizon was treating my brother so terribly and the reps were so cold over there to us. We switched on the spot, and Dan made us feel welcome and in good hands. I GLADLY waited through trouble in the transfer process, because Dan made me feel like a valued customer. We visited Kyle at the bluemound store and he was immensely helpful. Kyle found us the right accessories we needed and even swapped them out on the phone for my husband. We will always drive the 30 plus miles to this store as the staff is the best in the area. Thank you Kyle for your expert advise and helpful polite manners. This is the best AT&T store in Milwaukee, hands down. With five phones on my plan Ive been in here a lot, and everybody Ive worked with has been great. Dan is usually my go to person. He always gets my needs taken care of quickly and takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions. I had a weird scenario with transferring a corporate owned line to a personal plan that had to be done that day. Dan wasnt there, but I worked with Sam, and he was also exceptional. He really knew the corporate transfer process and was able to get it taken care of, even though the corporate provider hadnt done the right stuff on their end. Highly recommended!

Great store front! Its a big store, very organized and clean and has a lot on display. The staff members I dealt with were excellent. Super friendly, took time to understand what I wanted and didnt try and sell me in anything I didnt want or need. Its refreshing to see sales associates who care more about customer satisfaction versus commissions earned. This particular store is fairly out of my way but I have no problem driving an extra 30 mins to get this type of service.

Just awful. If I wasn’t under a contract I’d cancel my service. The guy as this store was rude, uninterested in helping me and even cut me off when I was trying to explain my problem. Needless to say it was not resolved. Ask had an appointment and was put in the walk in list and had to wait.

Been to many other AT&Ts but this one has to be the best one out of the rest! From the the friendly customer service to openings the door when you walk in and walk out from the store makes you feel appreciated. Also very comfortable to know that Angel is bilingual and he is there to help my parents and me when we come into the store it is a very big help for them who only speak Spanish. My family always go in and leave satisfy knowing we were able to get great customer service.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Sam. He was very patient and understanding, as we’d brought our toddler with us to switch over and get new phones. Yesterday I walked in to this location in hopes of transferring my plan and upgrading my phone from a Samsung to an IPhone. Right when I walked in I was greeted by Sam. He was able to help me through the whole process and I walked out with a new IPhone 11 and a big smile on my face. The customer service I received from Sam was the best customer service I have received ever at an AT&T store. I was thrilled and very satisfied. I recommend this location and personally Sam as a representative for those looking for service and new phones.

I just had a great experience at the ATT store in Brookfield WI !! Dan helped me change my services to a newer lower cost plan with more data and features at a lower cost. Teala also was a huge help in signing up for the new ATT TV services. I’ve been coming to this exact store fir years ... bar none, it’s the best ATT store in the area. I had multiple problems with my online order and Chris was outstanding with his helpfulness and knowing how to fix my problem.I went to the 76th St store first and they were not helpful at all. I would recommend that if you need to go to a corporate store that you go here. Much more knowledgeable and just plain nice.

I finally found time to upgrade my iPhone. Teala and Kyle were great! They were knowledgeable about the different plans and offered recommendations based off of my usage.

Honestly I’ve gone to many places to get what I need and a good plan that goes along with it, and I was usually met with very pushy people telling me I need this this this and tried shoving to much on me and it was really irritating. When I came here I expected the same thing but I was used to it, and then I met angel he was very nice and listen to what I want he didnt push on the most expensive product they had, or trying to get me to add to many things to my plan. He just helped me get exactly what I wanted. I was in and out so fast I couldn’t believe it. I gotta say it was top notch service

Always above and beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Chris and Angel in particular, however never been upset when Ive left regardless of whats helping me. Personable, not pushy, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure youre set up and ready before moving to the next customer.

I have been with A&T for over 20 years, but the experience I had today just out of line and disappointed. I would like to see the customer service tell their customers that they can’t solve the problem than give them hope and play with people valuable time. From that I am not sure the lack of knowledge was from customer service personnel on line or at the store, but in general, it is bad. I hope somebody from the cooperate store can call me to explain.

Just left AT&T and we were super impressed with Chris! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional! We had a lot of questions and phone account changes we needed done. Im a very relaxed person, I try to make sure Im always in low pressure scenarios whenever its possible. If youre like me and you hate feeling like just another number waiting in line to be herded into unnecessary plans and payments then I couldnt recommend this store more.Upon entering you are always greeted by the very friendly staff and are checked in promptly to be seen as soon as possible. Instead of waiting in a small area for your name to be called, you are free to browse about their diverse selection of devices or have a seat in front of their TVs displayed(always a great option during the sports season).Once available, the associates will introduce themselves and take the time needed to find out exactly what youre looking for that day and how they can best suit your needs.When my fiancee and I were in the market for a mobile plan for the two of us, we were recommended this store by a friend of ours. We were greeted by an ATT associate named Angel upon entering the store who was very friendly and professional with both of us. After rattling off a few things we were looking for in a phone plan Angel gave us the full breakdown of what service plans were offered and which ones seemed to fit the criteria we were after. He also told of us of any current deals or specials available at that time, but didnt push us to upgrade into additional bundles or packages. If we said we werent interested at that time we moved onto the next step in the process. By the end of our time there my fiancee and I both left the store with new phones and a plan that we felt fit our needs in both perks and price.Needless to say, my personal experience has made me a big fan of this store and I will continue to visit it for any of my future needs.

Today I find out my AT&T store works Im on part and part salary. They were still very helpful and answered all of my questions which are more than what most people ask.

I can’t speak highly enough of Sam! He offered excellent customer service each time we visited the store. He’s very knowledgeable and really takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable with your products before you leave!

Came in to switch phone number off of family plan onto its own plan Alex was extremely helpful with plan options and explaining the features of of the different phones i was looking at then sat down to help me transfer everything from my old phone to my new one and setting up new phone how i wanted

The employee dan asked me “are mommy and daddy going to be upset with me and call if I sell you this phone” I am an authorized order placer on the account for a reason. He treated me like an absolute child and it was uncalled for. The cleaning lady also yelled at me through the glass that it was 5 minutes before you opened when I just wanted to be added to the waiting list to get a place in line. Very unprofessional business and I went here because it is considered a “corporate store” but they did not hold up to the expectations a corporate store should have.

We went there to check plans for iPhone pro 11 but ended up getting one .. thanks to excellent customer service by Angel.. He is really great guy!! He made the whole experience a awesome one !!

My wife Kathy and I came in today to upgrade her phone from Verizon to AT&T. We worked with Teala who did a great job getting us setup with a new Samsung S20, transferring all Kathys info from her old LG phone to the new S20. Everything went flawlessly. Teala did some training with Kathy and had her going in no time. A great experience! I have been an AT&T fan since 1988 and have learned to expect nothing but the best!

Angel explained how my Roku stick works with AT&TNOW. Really enjoyed my experience. Love that he is bilingual. If you have any questions Angel is the man to go to.
