They are open way past 11AM like your page says. But they dont close at 11PM. I think they close at 9:45, because I went there tonight thinking they close at 10PM, and they wouldnt let me in

Me and my sister went in today to be greeted and we grab our stuff and we met the most polite cashier woman who’s name was like sandy or something with an S and she was amazing give her a raise. I’m going to call later so I can get her name. Best woman ever she’s way too good for 7/11

I am writing this review as my first step to begin the process of 7-Eleven upgrading a store. The store in question is Brookfield Road and Capitol Drive in Brookfield Wisconsin. When this station was built it was the pinnacle convenient store of its kind in the area. Now it looks no better than something that is in a dilapidated old town where nobody seems to matter what the displays look like, the bathrooms are atrocious. And I mean it’s not that they were missed last night being cleaned there’s crust and stuff all over the place. You would be better shutting down the store and keeping it open. I would 7-Eleven needs to look into it. The clientele out here expect better than this. And the 7-Eleven should be able to take it vantage of the clientele that are out here

When it’s actually open it’s a nice place to stop for gas. However, I am extremely upset about the 24 hour posted hours. I only had cash, an almost empty tank of gas, and had to drive home on hopes and dreams my car would make it because there was no one working there to take my money. Don’t post 24 hours unless you’re actually fully open for 24 hours. Most of us know pumps work outside normal business hours 24 hours if you have a card. Change this!

Friendly, helpful staff. The store is normally well stocked and clean. The coffee is hot and fresh, and plenty of good specials from 7/11(I normally stop in the morning)

I stopped here on my lunch break today my two co workers (are Hispanic), and the lady working on 05/10/18 @ around 1 p.m was nothing but rude and disrespectful to my co workers about there accents. They have frequented this business multiple time and this is how she treats them every time. I was across the store and could understand every word my co workers were saying and I dont speak Spanish. I dont like leaving bad reviews but I feel this is something to be addressed.

Not open any late hours. Advertised 24hr store

Use to be my go to gas station... I would go out of my way just to go to this particular location... recently however (though there is nothing wrong with the location or building itself) the staff had been horrible. Most of them are rude and completely disconnected. The other day I stood at the counter for 5 minutes, just to buy a soda, while the woman behind the counter was eating a pizza. She looked at me, and then continued to eat. When she was finished she came over and cashed me out. The only thing she said to me was my total.

I showed up at 11:30 pm and the lights are on with music playing outside but there arent any employees here and the store is locked. Not exactly open 24 hours

I stop here today around 1:16 pm the person that was working was a Red hair girl! She was very very Rude! I said hello to her she said nothing! Those kinda people shouldn’t work in the public you have to deal with all race of people!

FILTHY!!!! For something this dirty you would think its in the inner city NOT Brookfield!!!! If I could post pictures I WOULD!!!! SHAME ON the management!!!!!
