Very poor pharmacy department. Not sure if they are just short staffed, but they really need help running things and doing their job. Bottom line, bc of their very poor customer service, we get our meds now at Metro Market. They actually are cheaper and they caught something that CVS Pharmacy didnt which was a mistake made by the doctor calling in the wrong prescription. CVS was just going to fill it and didnt do their job to check this. I guess CVS prides themselves on being a pharmacy rather than being actual pharmacists that help patients.

Will put you on hold forever even if you are calling from the Drs office.Poor service!

Hmm, ok.. SO everyone thinking of getting their prescriptions filled here (or at any CVS) just know they now have telemarketers.Sorry CVS but I won’t be filling any future prescriptions through you now because I’m not about that annoying telemarketing call life. Buhh-Bye now. 💁🏼‍♀️

Had to transfer a few Rx from out of state. The tech and pharmacist were easy to work with. They pulled up the items and in a few minutes had the meds in hand.The inside store is a little dated but they have almost everything you’d be looking for. Staff seem friendly. Not many customers but it’s better than Walmart!

Went here and had photos sent to be printed and was told by the clerk that they ran out of photo paper due to a very large order of (500+) that was placed minutes before mine. She always was vocal to me that she was personally irritated that their store runs out of photo paper all the time. Very frustrated. Photos still havent been finished to date and they were submitted Friday.

Be VERY careful with filling an RX here. They tried to charge me $291 for an Rx the Pharmacist said they ran through insurance but my carrier confirmed was never submitted. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

The women and men at the drive-through pharmacy window have always been really pleasant to deal with and I very much appreciate that. A pharmacist has always been available when I’ve needed one.

Literally love this Cvs EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE IS NICE. I’m a couponer and they are very patient and understanding of me doing multiple transactions. I will drive 20+ minutes just to come to this location.

A rude person processed me at the flu shot counter. There were no people besides me. She then told me it would be a 15 minute wait and there was nobody there. I said it looks like I beat the crowd. She said not always. I thought that was a weird response when I was the only person there. Get another job and quit effecting CVSs customers negatively. The person that gave me the shot was wonderful.

Dont like limited pharmacy hours, curt attitude of pharmacy techs. Not very helpful in resolving issues or contacting Dr.s office for refills.

My meds have all been correct. I appreciate they grouped them so I have one stop per month.

My first experience here was also my last. Gouging people for 50% markup due to not yet having your loyalty card is not a way to attract customers. Refunding customers the sale price rather than the actual paid price will just infuriate them. Still waiting (weeks later) for the correction that they agreed to do via their customer service phone line. At least theyre friendly. Thats about all I can say.
