What happened to the old manager Karen that was there for many years? She actually knew customer service and how to get the drinks out in a timely manner and always with a smile on her face. None of the workers there now know what they’re doing or how to make a drink. Every time I come here, they always mess it up horribly. And it takes 10 minutes for them to hand me my coffee, even when I’m the only person waiting in line. They’re all too busy talking to each other and hardly even acknowledge their customers.

This Starbucks is located inside of Hyvee and does NOT have a drive through. Once you get inside the store, it is right in the front through the doors. Also keep in mind that this location gets a lot of traffic being located in a strip mall and the parking lot gets quite packed. Would be nice if they were able to move to a bigger location. I have gotten a coffee from here a few times while I went shopping and havent had any issues with their service or the quality of the drinks. Because I am treating myself, I normally get a fancier type of coffee than just a regular cup of joe. I have also had the baristas make my girls a non caffenated drink similar to what I get and they are always super helpful in picking that out for them. I do feel that Starbucks is quite expensive so I save up gift cards and such from Verizon or other sources before deciding to stop in. This location always has some little tables and shelves set up with Starbucks items that are for sale as well. I think they have a decent menu. A little smaller than ones I have been to that are a stand alone shops, but enough options to find something tasty.

The baristas were very very slow and the drinks were not right.

They do not accept anything off the app except for scanning your card or taking BOGO. Even with their BOGO, they do not accept a lot of drinks that you would be able to get at any other Starbucks.

Sometimes the barista gives you five hundred dollars. Its never happened to me or anyone I know but its a big world its probably happened once.

A quick and easy process. Tons of new drinks. Can get almost any drink cold or hot. Has pastries. Kind of expensive.

I go to HyVee for groceries only. I do not spend the price for Starbucks. I make my cup at home with my Keurig.

Service was great! Drink was prepared quick, and was delicious!Keep in mind, this is a kiosk inside of the grocery store. While they can accept Starbucks Gift Cards as payment, they can NOT redeem rewards!!!! This is a Starbucks kiosk run by the Hy-Vee employees.

If youre looking for just a regular black cup of coffee, then this is NOT the place to go. Super watered down, with hardly any coffee flavor. Tonight I was reminded why I never go here for coffee. Just being honest!

I like that we do have a Starbucks in Brookings but wish we had a drive through. The staff is always friendly and do work pretty fast.

Prices are way too high, I got it HY Vee coffee for 1/4th the price with free fefills.

Service was fairly quick, but location in the HyVee is strange. Sunday morning visit at 10am, came in to see about 20 people waiting patiently, some with shopping carts partly blocking the grocery store entrance. Coffees were ready in about 10mins. Brookings needs a standalone Starbucks!
