Prices are very unpredictable, and their produce selection is hit or miss when it comes to freshness or stock. Employees are great, and have really come through the pandemic with a better positivity than I would have ever expected. Managers are great, and you can always have someone help you out.

Had never been to Hy Vee before and had to get a prescription filled here. WOW!! What an amazing experience! Great employees, wonderful service, and a store that has everything that you could possibly want. Ill definitely be checking this out again!

This particular Hy-Vee is one of the good ones: organized, well-stocked, attractively displayed. Love shopping there, especially during the waiting period after my Covid booster.

Hands down the best grocery store there is. This place has lots of options to choose from and some. They always have fresh fruits & fresh meats in the market area. They will never let you down!

Good enough store, regularly have had terrible service at the counters. Today was enough to get me to stop going there. Went there for their Chinese at 10:50am before watching an 11:00 game. Stood at the counter for a couple minutes while a kid was on his phone, occasionally looking up at me. Im overly patient. He finally walked up to me, and pointed to the sign showing that they opened at 11:00am. My bad, not a big deal. While standing back, an elderly man walked up and tried to get his attention while the kid was on this phone. The kid walked up again and emphatically pointed at the hours open sign, which confused the man a bit. He eventually got it, and walked away. For another 4-5 minutes, the kid stood there on his phone, occasionally looking up at me in frustration. I was there for one thing, and didnt mind waiting. He finally walked to the backroom while still on his phone at 10:58am. Just then, a manager noticed me and asked if I had been helped. I said that they dont open for a couple minutes, and he said no problem, and helped me. It was really appreciated, and restored my faith in them. The kid went and made it worse by quickly walking out of the backroom while the manager was finishing my order, and saying, sorry, there wasnt anyone out here earlier. Just straight up lied. Appreciate the manager, but Cub Foods is closer to me anyways, and its close to a Panda Express that I always forget about. Wont need to come here again.

If you are shopping in store this is a great store to go to. If you are using their delivery or pick-up option use the Spring Lake Park store if you can. The manager at this store is very helpful. The staff picking the order is another story. Even with a written request to text about substitutions I frequently have no communication or poor communication. I had to use this store today as it is on our way home from out of town and I was disappointed again with the lack of communication. Hopefully all the items I need are in my order when I get it.

This location is pretty good. They have electric car charging stations outside, as do most Hy-Vees. They selected and signed was pretty nice and large. The management cannot seem to figure out how to search for orders online though. I called looking for a certain ice cream and they did not go out of their way to walk down and look for it until I asked a few times. Many of the other locations that I call immediately went and looked for what I had asked. Overall, its a decent store.

Awesome grocery store and more, if your hungry right there and then, you have many little side cafés that you can get your food from and eat, love everything about Hy-Vee

I like Hy-Vee. I wish I could love it. It seems that there are too many brands, but not enough variety within those brands of product. I dont need 6 choices of the same thing, Id prefer 3, with 3 other varieties. Prices are a little high. It seems like theyve gone from a good neighborhood grocery store to a place where the hip, yuppie types shop.

Staff is fantastic. The fresh food/grill selection and quality are top notch. I find myself not only getting groceries here, but grabbing a bite to eat frequently. Everything ive had has been good but the calzones from Mias are fantastic and a great price. I wont go anywhere else locally after my experiences here!

The young man that helped me in seafood department was very nice,same at the meat counter. Liquor store cashier very nice! All of them smiled and had great attitudes was and all around very pleasant shopping experience today!

No one working check out counter by deli. Several customer there, waited, and left. Overhead page, no response. Arrived in plenty of time to order food before booster shot. Looks like eating somewhere else. Disappointed, I have had good service at other Hy-Vees.

I love there cakes. I asked for a simple galaxy cake with I love you writing on the top. This cake was so beautiful. It was a baby cake (5 inches) for $9.99. I say worth the money.

Really nice store. Remodels are nice. Spacious aisles. Nice selection. LOVED finding my favorite Spumoni ice cream in March! 😁

Bakery section is always fun to browse around. Fair selections. We usually get the salted caramel bar or some sort but today had one with a small piece of cardboard that was baked into the bar 🤨. Took a big bite without noticing it. Giving 2 stars for poor overlook from bakery team.

This place is always good to me. The one thing that I find is when they pack stuff they dont always pay attention and usually squish bread every time. Their meat section is amazing with lots of selections. Would love if they had more sparkling water on the shelf but every time its empty when I go there.

Okay, I love me some Hy-Vee, but lately theyve been slipping. I stopped by to pick up a few things and folks didnt seem as friendly and the produce wasnt as vibrant as I would like. My husband loves the croissant doughnuts, and theyve been out for the last couple of weeks. Dont sell something you cant keep in stock. UGH!!! You set the expectations....

Great shopping experience specially for someone with disabilities always have the electric cart available and charged great customer service always helpful good shopping experience overall will go there again if need be plus they have a gas station what else could you ask for

Skillet was very good, pancakes tasted fine they had a crust on them as if they were under heat lamps too long. The restaurant was almost empty yet our food took a long time to come out to is. This was a Tuesday morning.

Clean. Bathrooms could use a bit of sprucing up. Varietal. Good CS! Hadnt my sons birthday cake ready even though I ordered it 2 days ahead....that was a shocker for my 1st time visit....

The variety of different things you can buy is amazing. They carry things I never would have thought of trying before but absolutely love. Its so clean. The produce section is really nice and well taken care of. Love the multiple single bathrooms. The fresh meals already portioned out for a person is hands down one of my favorite things... There is so much to choose from.

Stll open. Wasnt busy. Staff was helpfull and friendly. Lots of smiles. Prices were great. Actually only bought some running shoes. Very satisfied!

I had an excellent experience here, I recently moved to the area and was in need of some specific groceries, not only did they carry everything but one of the people in the seafood department went out of their way to help with questions I had and was extremely happy to do so. I don’t write many reviews but the service I received was wonderful

Some beautiful departments, but they post special sales in produce and the non sale price rings up (organic Fuji apples). This seems to happen frequently at HyVee.

HyVee is the best grocery store hands down! My step daughter is Autistic, non-verbal and has an epileptic disorder. The Carolines carts there help us all take her shopping with us and she loves it too. Shes comfortable, has our attention and likes to buckle herself up. Their customer service is top of the line...I never have to search for a store associate to assist me in finding something. They usually ask me if I need help before I even start looking for help! They are Fantastic!!

Hy-Vee offers a good menu at very competitive prices. The restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere that is quiet and you will not feel rushed. This is our favorite breakfast location.

It is a fine shopping experience. Found what I needed that no one else had. Being that sort of store, prices are higher, but that must be expected...

Hy-Vee has everything and seems to stay competitive on prices. The bakery is highend but mid range prices. Whether I shop for prepared foods or shelf stable staples, I have never been dissatisfied with my experience at Hy-Vee. My only complaint about Hy-Vee is that the nearest one is 40 mins from Forest Lake. Please move closer.

Excellent cakes and donuts. F&F clothing store have good quality clothes and style. Great deals on clearance items. Best to go eat at Market Grille when there is a buffet style offering.

Hyvees are great but a little high priced. Always crowded too.

The HV on 610, is far better than the one in New Hope and far better than the one that opened a few months ago in Spring Lake Park.

This store started out strong when it opened and has consistently fallen off since then with quality and customer service.

This Hy-Vee is great but can get busy on the weekend. Some how check-out line seem to go by fast(their is self check-out). They seem to have good cuts of meat on display and pre cook food. Only down side is some time the vegetables gets kind of old and need to be toss out.

Jake in the seafood market area is amazing. His customer service is on the level of when Hy-Vee first opened in the area. Remember that? All those warm greetings yelled over a distance throughout the store? You get the opposite of that now with the rudest employees behind the customer service counter. But Jake in Seafood makes up for it, and I will always buy my seafood here. Im giving 5 stars for my Seafood shopping experience which is all I buy at Hy-Vee now.

Prices high, manager was nice. He addressed slow cashier who rang up items I did not buy by giving me a gift card instead of figuring the mess out, got me on my way!

Went in there this morning with my two kids and there was no employee at the host stand. I had to hunt down a manager to see if they were serving breakfast.My kids and I was seated by the manager. Sat there for about 20 mins waiting to be greeted and for our order to be taken but no service was provided. I looked around and saw 3 tables being served with elders seated in them. As I was walking off with my kids, I see the server wiping down a table. I made a complaint and left!This place don’t understand what customer service means nor how the restaurant business runs. I get it that it’s the 4th of July weekend but proper training is necessary! Literally wasted an hour with having to drive to this place and then not provided service!

I had a bad experience in the bakery department. I stood there for over 10 minutes asking the Asian lady for help and she literally ignored me to the point I thought she didnt speak english, but then a caucasian man and his daughter walked up and she happily talked and helped them. When I tried to get her attention again she still ignored me. I just left the store upset. One of the many bad experiences Ive had at this hy-vee. Definitely will not be going here again! Very ignorant and rude.

This is the best location, in the Twin Cities! Their meat department is second to none! I am always greeted with a smile from their friendly staff, no matter the day or time I decide to pop up! Well done Hy-Vee BP!

Selection is decent, big fan of the meat and fresh fruit and vegetable. But it has really gone downhill. They barely have any actual cashiers. I get that with covid things are different but if Im buying hundreds of dollars in groceries, I am not spending 30 minutes in the self checkout line. Guess Ill be going back to Cub

Came in at 7pm to get a birthday cake. Asked the young lady by the name of Jamecia working in the sweets section to write “happy birthday” on the cake. She tells me “yeah if you want it to be messy our decorator is gone”. I found that response very unprofessional and unacceptable. I even asked to write it myself and was told no. Why have someone working in the cake department if they can’t accommodate customers?

I went here when it first opened, back then it was great! I loved the produce section! Unfortunately this last time was such a disappointment 😞 produce sections was like going to cub, the bakery, which first visit was excellent with such a huge selection, this time it was dirty, average selection, and bakery staff were annoyed because they had to do their job. The store is hard to navigate. I will not go out of my way to shop here again

I love Hy-Vee. Their deli area is amazing and the bakery selection is great. Their meat market is also really good with great variety. I do miss that that arent 24 hours anymore but I understand from a business standpoint.

They dont carry open pit all year long,only find it in late spring & summer.Dont carry Lee Ann Chin sauces at all,and I cant find Montreal steak, steak sauce at all anywhere!McCormic must not make it anymore.

Over the last 4 years this store has gone from AMAZING, to just the worst. I used to do all my personal shopping and catering for work at this location and in the last 6 moths have watch online aisle, the gas station and even the bakery just go down hill to the point where I will no longer spend a dime in this store or any other of the newly opening ones in the area. They were so service orientated and hard working and it is terrible to see. Honestly, Id rather do Walmart than this Hy-vee location-which says a ton as I hate big box stores and would prefer my dollars go to a more locally, employed owned store.

I brought some sushi from hy-vee the sushi taste terrible rice was cold and hard! Worse sushi I ever ate I end up throwing it away! Such a waste of money and disappointing, I will never buy again. They need to re stock their food fresh.

All the Hy-Vee brand items/generics have high fructose corn syrup. They do realize its 2021 right? One of the worst places to shop in Minnesota for groceries.

The biggest HyVee I have ever been in. So many deli items and premade meals that looked better than homecooked meals at least you wouldnt miss home as much. So many different kinds if produce like golden berries and exotic fruit. So many things to choose from marinated shrimp on skewers to any cut of meat you would want for a bbq. The candy aisle had so many different jelly beans and gourmet chocolate bars. I also saw something called death coffee I guess its the worlds strongest coffee I was tempted to try it but at $17 a lb Ill save that for a special occasion of an all-nighter at the drive in. The store was exceptionally clean and the staff were very helpful when I couldnt locate something.

Hyvee, you walk into their store and come out with more then was on your shopping list. They have everything. Start by filling up at their gas station and grab a car wash while you are at it. Then get sucked into there deli sections with tons of options from bbq, Asian, pizza, sushi, smoothy and juice bar. Don’t get me started on the awesome selection of desserts and cakes. Hyvee is literally a one stop shop. They even have a pharmacy and liquor store.

Hy-Vee is my go to grocery store. Unfortunately I dont get there often enough, because its a 20 mile drive from my house. It has everything you need, plus more. And unlike Walmart (what a dump) its clean, inviting, and the shelves are ALWAYS stocked! And last, but not least, the employees are all friendly, and always willing to help the customers.

As expected. Everything is worth it even on this raining summer day. I’m posting a lot of pictures for those new to Hyvee and I will need to post more the next time I stop in since there is so much in the store. I only went thru half the store or more like a quarter or a third of the store. Always clean and always fresh food. The sushi is buy one get one for a dollar! Say hi to mark walburg! The cakes and donut section will get you stuck buying dozens of sweets and it’s right in front of the store so you’ll end up spending half an hour without even realizing it. I always get the bagels because they’re made fresh daily and the roasted red pepper cream cheese are to die for. I highly recommend Hy-Vee to those that are skeptic of the store.

Used to love shopping here, but now it feels so cramped. 1 person stopped in an aisle can cause traffic jams. Not sure why they had to cram soany aisles and shrink down the open space.You throw in that this place is usually quite busy, it makes for an unpleasant shopping experience.Only 4 manned registers and not enough people watching all the self checkouts. We had to wait for a decent amount of time for an issue to be resolved.Still has good sales and their deli counter staff were very friendly.

Online order over a week ago- fruit platter and pastry box. Paid for and pick up between 5-8. In the store for over an hour - no one knew where are items were. Found the pastries- no fruit. Gave us a fruit tray half of what we ordered. We bought $20 more fruit to go home and makeover. Manager was terrible & rude. I will never order again!

I love this place! It is a cross between a regular grocery shopping location and a whole foods market offering many(!) healthy-minded products throughout the entire store.

Wonderful Staff with and Array of cooked foods, a Wine selection, A sit down grill, Delicious Bakery, gas station A One Stop Shop and They Have A Post office

Its like a mall in the store. To bad theres never enough people to man all the stations.

It was insanely busy, the team members were handling it very well IMO. It was good overall.

I love the new layout of hyvee off of hwy 610. Love their seafood selections staff is very helpful. I like that their are many different healthy options to choose from.
