Prices too high, worked for festival foods as well and managers don’t care for employees or their concerns overall don’t work or spend your money here ! ..

Has a similar vibe to a local or rural grocery store. Im a huge fan of their deli too; the workers are incredibly kind and I love the quality of everything they serve.

Clean store. Easy to get around and find what youre shopping for. Shelves are faced out. Nice layout to pick up your frozen and fragile bakery items last. Prices are higher but have some competitive prices. Watch the dates. Personal could apologize and thank the customer for taking an outdated return back.The last impression of a store a customer gets is at the checkout.

Usually have good produce and have good experiences with their deli and meat section. Their overall selection is good but their prices are too high to do regular grocery shopping here.

Since recently moving to Brooklyn Park, this has become our new grocery store. Always has what we need in stock, and there’s a great variety of fresh produce and deli food. Staff are friendly, store is always clean and never too busy when you need to make a quick stop.

Ive been driving by this store for years. I finally decided to go in and try some deli food. So glad I did! Ive tried a few things now and they are all fantastic. Way better then Cub. Goulash is awesome, chicken noodle salad is awesome, lasagna and everything Ive tried has been fantastic! Friendly staff as well.

The store is clean with great selections. There was a man in the bakery section who was kind and helpful. The front checkout staff was friendly and efficient.The deli staff seemed consistently annoyed to provide individual customer service. I stood in plain sight, one set of eyes glanced up, but no one approached until I flagged someome down. She appeared annoyed.There were no other customers.I asked for 1/4 lb of sliced meat. The women told me to look in the presliced packets she already made up. I had looked at the presliced packets, but did so again. There were no 1/4 lb packs. I was not buying for myself. She agreed to slice a 1/4 lb. Is this not a reasonable request Festival?I needed potato salad expecting to find it outside the case. There was none. I stood in plain sight again. A worker was chatting with friends then moved back behind the case to get their order when she saw me. Someone did eventually help me who was clearly annoyed. There were only two customers now. It was 10:15 am. My elderly friend who I was buying for said they are always like this. Rude and unwilling to slice small quantities. She goes there because the convenient location.I would not go back if I needed deli items for myself. It appears the staff is not taught to see customers as part of the reason they are working there. They were busy and stocking items, likely hoping no one asks them for anything, and it shows.

Went couple time Self checkout alway alarm 4 - 5 time scan again, bags need check those kind of stuff if youre minority make you feel like a criminals 🤔🤔🤔

Enjoy the location. Staff is excellent. Great place to grab pretty much anything you ever need.

Longtime customer, but over the last year or so, as the prices have steadily increased, the quality and selection have steadily decreased.Location, staff and store cleanliness are fine, but Cub and Wal-Mart are too nearby to ignore. Theyre both significantly better options for quality, selection and price - and they both have online shop and pickup available.Bye Festival...let me know when you step up your game.

While many prices are higher than the competition you can always find some items on sale. I love the convenience, as the store is close to my house. There are certain items I shop for specifically at Festival. They carry my favorite juice concentrates from Old Orchard, have a great selection of juice pops for hot summer days, and the store is large enough to offer a nice selection of all foods. A large freezer section, good bakery and some nice sales in the butcher dept all contribute to make the store a pleasant place to shop.

The people here are usually pretty nice. The prices are a little higher than some competitors in the area. The cashier forgot to ask what our preference was for bags, so we ended up with a bunch of plastic bags. Otherwise, this is a very well run store.

Great service... I was asked twice if I needed help finding something, plus other employees visible who I could have asked too. Thats not common at Cub. Pricey. Great for shorter grocery list.

I used to be a worker at the deli and they didn’t use gloves at all making the food and making the grab and go only when your in front of them they will put gloves on but just know everything your putting in your mouth someone hands been all over it which I always thought was disgusting. They will be making food and walk away from it and flies would be on.When food items has mold on it they will remove the items with the most mold and still serve it just be careful what you buy and put inside your body because they are extremely nasty and don’t care how they make things just as long as it looks good

They have good produce. The store is clean! They had the cutest things for Easter. Not only do they have good produce, they have wonderful terrarium pots and plants etc. too. They even had lovely hand creams and soaps.

Excellent place to shop. Clean, wide and bright aisles to go through, handicap accessible in ALL areas (Im disabled, so I checked.) And I was delighted to see that all Gluten free items are clearly marked and placed together in their departments and they even order gluten free items not on the shelf if you ask for them.Excellent place and VERY NICE and FRIENDLY folks working there including the Management!

2 years ago I posted awesome store their food is so great because they follow corporate recipes but the staff are pretty clueless, useless now. Also the containers they are using now for their own packaged food leaks terribly. wont go anymore now and its sad, they were awesome. store owner pay your staff better and invest in better supplies. well pay the increased prices.

I absolutely love the convenience of Festival. I live 2 minutes away, and if I need something quick Ill stop by here. I couldnt give them a full 5 stars because I have found their prices are higher than other grocery stores. I understand you pay for the convenience though. I havent had any concerns with the staff. Sure, not all of them are friendly, but they have been respectful. I can only think of one time out of 100 where I had a disrespectful and rude employee and he was a young high school kid. He no longer works there, and I can understand why. Other than that, the fruits and vegetables are fresh and I can always find what Im looking for.

In 2019 its amazing that a large retail company like this has a POLICY not to match competitorspricing. I specifically asked the manager if that was exact item to exact item and he stated they will NEVER match pricing! Well, after this reduced purchase Im probably not going to come back. And I live a mile away.

I like our neighborhood Festival Foods. Great selection, friendly helpful staff, quality produce, organics, grocery order/pick up service. Not an overwhelmingly huge store. I like having my groceries bagged. Its a nice convenience.

Never had this probelm before there.6p.m. Friday order 6 pounds of chicken tenders and finished shopping. When i return they said the shut down the fryers and no chicken tenders.I have come in at 6pm in the past and order 6 pounds and always got them in the padst

Good grocery store. Excellent variety of items and often has the oddball item no other store might have. Their prices are a bit high, but not so much more that they arent worth a visit occasionally.

Did a quick stop at the deli for something hot after a long day. My day must have been too long as at 6:30 there was little left in the case. I ended up with a rotisserie chicken and paid more than I would have had I stopped at Cub or Hyvee. People were friendly and the chicken was good but I drive a little further next time.

I love the selection of products. Festival has a wonderful selection of foods for customers on a gluten free diet, as well as almost every vegan and dairy alternative there is. They have good sales and their bakery is very good. The produce section is nicely arranged with many unique items and the produce is very fresh.

I would give it 5 stars! But there prices are too high! Even sale prices tend to be the same regular price it would be at target or cub! Other than that no complaints at all! The staff there are friendly and helpful! Very respectful! There a few I tend to avoid when I go almost every day but you have that everywhere. Your not going to like every one! So if the prices were lower it would be the perfect grocery store!

Great staff. Small enough store to shop quickly, but find everything that I need. It’s always an ease to checkout. I travel to Festival, even though the competition is closer to me.

This place had a fire recently and has been renovated. I go there for the breakfast sausages. The produce area is always kept clean and tidy and is a good sign this company values its cleanliness.

Nice local grocery store. That happens to be real close to my house, so that makes it all the better. My kids always like that they tend to have samples to try most days.

Very nice store that was just recently updated due to a fire. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are more comparable to a Cub Foods or Hyvee. However, sometimes prices arent the most important things to consider when you realize that you are supporting a local business.

We purchased a block of cheese at this store and discovered when we got home that it was over two months past the expiration date. Several months later we bought some turkey meat and found it was three weeks past the expiration date at the time of sale. This is unacceptable from a customer satisfaction perspective, and the store should also be worried about these issues from a liability perspective.

Smaller, friendly, neighborhood grocery store supplies everything you need without the hassle. Excellent meat department. Try their homemade, Moms meatloaf.

I have been shopping at Festival Foods since they opened. I like the option of the smaller floor plan and quicker shopping time. Their fried chicken is a staple in our house. The staff is very friendly and quick to help.

This store has amazing selection, incredibly friendly staff, competitive pricing and a very homey atmosphere. Its significantly better than Cub Foods, which has all but lost its soul and has jacked its prices through the roof!!Ill be a regular customer here.

This is the closest grocery to me and I dont go unless its a last minute rush. The prices are more than cub and hyvee- to the point where it is more efficient to drive a few miles more. The produce isnt fresh and they almost never have more than one register open.A self service register would be helpful or even a open customer service counter.

Love the convenience and the food the have. As good as Lunds at a lot better price. Great selection of foods too.

Store was near. Clean, well lit. Was able to get in, find what I needed, and get waited on quickly at register. There was a person bagging my groceries that slowed me down, and the people behind me in line.

Spoil rotten meat. Happened a couple of time. Will not recommend shopping there. Cubs or hyvee from now on.

This chain originated in Wisconsin - insanely good deli counter - salads, meats, take home dishes, etc. Not expensive when you consider the quality and taste vs. Cub/Coborn and way more expensive at Kowalskis, Whole Food, etc. EXCELLENT home cooked food - watch the specials. Fresh meat awesome and for our rescue dogs - they always have extra packages in frozen meats that make great treats at low cost.

My favorite quick grab store that is near me. Their vegtebals and fruits are really fresh and I mean they are not bruised, not old, not half of the bunch is wilting and to throw away. Some of their prices are a bit high on some of the other stuff in the iles, but they have good perks program and they carry the only organic milk we like.

Nice and clean store - helpful employees, and they even bag your groceries for you. 😎 A little bit more money then the big stores, but far better service.

Its a neighborhood store that caters to the customers. BUT...... it makes it hard to stay loyal when prices are several $$$ higher for Items during the holidays. Example....prime rib, HyVee-7.98 lb vs. 9.98 lb at Festival. Same with crab legs.

Service is usually great and the selection is good. Its a nice stop when you dont want to have to go through aisles and aisles of stuff to find one thing but they carry almost everything you need for a weekly grocery trip.
