My wife, me, and our daughter - homeowners with NO background on building a deck, went (walk in) to visit Tony to ask his guidance on how to buy materials. Tony was so kind and gracious in receiving us and explaining everything about building a deck so patiently! Tony was the 3rd lumber store we visited and I felt like Tony really cared about true customer service compared to other lumber stores. I felt that the other lumber stores were all about making a sale without willingness to assist “if you want then buy - attitude without customer care”! On the other hand, Tony was not about just making a sale. Tony cared about us and treated us with great respect spending adequate time to explain things without being greedy on just making JUST a sale! He even explained why we shouldn’t buy the most expensive materials because the next step down is equally good and long lasting quality! We love Tony and his willingness to go that extra mile to care for his customers without discriminating. Because of that human touch and care, me and my wife are going back to Tony today to buy all our materials for building a Fiberon Composite deck - a long waited DREAM for an ordinary citizen of this proud nation. I called into place an order for. Big engineered beam for my deck, 6inby12inby20ft. Big heavy piece. Sales man said i will order it only if you all everything together like other deck supplies as well. I dont know why.

Worst place for lumber, people are not professional and will give you bad lumber and charge you full price.BE AWARE!!!

This is my go to place for anything lumber. Tony has always helped me over the years and his inventory is phenomenal. I believe the negative reviews are from people who may be better off going to Lowes or Home Depot. I highly recommend this place if youre a contractor or knowledgeable home owner.

They didnt meet the delivery date. Then, they were accommodating with the rescheduling.

Not the best customer service. But the best products and best prices.Not typical place for a home owner to be shopping. But ideal wareshouse set up for any contractors.

Tony is amazingly helpful, he gets shipments from Trex 3-4 times a week. No delay for shipping and his prices can’t be beat. I won’t shop any other home improvement lace before Richie Lumber.

Jeff worked with our framer to build our home and provided excellent service. Quick to deliver every time.

Tremendous difficulty in taking payment. Wont take CC over the phone or through my contractor in person because he lacked ID.Good prices but be prepared to pay cash to avoid a hassle.

Hahaha, Wow, I just witnessed this company dump lumber on the curb & sidewalk at my neighbors house, in the rain and then leave---for an obvious deck they are getting built. Seems they should have at least put the lumber in the back yard, rather than in the road. Terrible, lol. Looks so tacky and unprofessional.
