The selection is nicely organized and easy to look through. The materials on hand were excellent. I found a perfect piece for the project I am working on. The person that helped me answered additional questions related to working with and finishing barn wood.

Great place to get Barnwood. First trip out found what we wanted. Got a good deal for what we needed. What makes it better is the people who own this place are really nice and engaging, seem to really care about what they do and the resulting projects. So...here is what I was able to make, absolutely perfect!

Very knowledgeable and helpful. We described our project and found exactly what we needed. Lots of ideas and helpful advice! Literally saved us $400 and hours of time!

We bought there wood and hired there contractor to put it up. He finished about 3/4 of it then ran out of wood. We agreed to get more wood and for 150.00 he would come back and finish it. Took maybe a we or two to get the wood. We spent the next year and a half trying to get him back to finish it. After several phone calls nothing. OK place to buy wood but I wouldnt hire there contractor. To update this reviewStay as far away as u can. After writing this review the owner says this is unacceptable and left his number, I called that number no answer so I left a message who I was and that I was the one that left the review and guess what no call back big surprise.

Tons of inventory. Friendly and very helpful customer service! We weren’t able to use any of their wood for our project but the gentleman working with us was still patient and really tried to help find a solution for us. Would recommend if you’re looking for a rustic piece of wood!

I stopped in this unique and wonderful store today. The owner, Rhonda, is so very friendly and extremely helpful. They have a huge selection and a lot of accessories. I could get lost in this store. I highly recommend it. Very unique and authentic pieces of wood.

I recently purchased wood beams at Rustic Revival for a project and they agreed to hold the beams until we started the project. We ended up going a different direction and no longer needed the beams. I reached out via several texts, email, and phone for a refund and have not received a reply. We were repeat customers having purchased distressed wood for a signature wall in our house. I am in the process of reaching out to the BBB and may need to get legal help. Very sad that I have to go down this road (first time I have ever actually written a review or complaint).

A very nice place to stop if your looking for old, rustic wood. The gal working was very kind and gave some free candy to my kids. They have an assortment of different styles and sizes of wood boards and hardware from barn and industrial settings. They also have electric scarred boards which are pretty neat!The only bummer is the cost, reclaimed wood is pretty expensive. Anywhere from 9-25$ a board foot. Their is also a disclaimer about the wood starting that it cannot be ensured to be safe for everyday use. It can contain mold, insects, latent chemicals etc due to the unknowable nature of where the wood came from. Definitely worth checking out if your a rustic enthusiast.

Went in the other day, just looking for ideas for open shelving idea and maybe a wood continuation of our quartz countertops. We had such an amazing experience. We were able to dig through all the wood and found exactly what we were looking for, for shelving. The wood counter that we decided on doing was the next step, we were in there for about an hour looking at samples and wood, I have to say everyone working helped find the perfect pieces of wood and were super excited to make our piece. Cant was to see the finished product. Will be back and will tell friends and family about this place.

We had a great time buying some pieces for decorating our new house and building a kitchen island. The selection was fantastic and they had items in all price ranges for projects big and small. The staff was friendly and helpful. Im sure I will be back for more sometime soon.

I have been to this store on multiple occasions and have never had a bad experience. I purchased several home decor items and had a custom mirror fabricated. The owner was more than willing to work with me until we got exactly what I was looking for and every employee there was more than willing to help. If you have a question, just ask, everything was very up front including pricing.

If you need to find a piece of legitimate barn wood, this should be the place you go. They do also custom make items out of their stock. They have a large store of many different kinds of wood, some pre-fabricated items, and hardware as well. Very cool place and the staff was friendly.
