Decent enough. Make sure to check prices on GameStops website, because they price match. Saved me about $20 on a couple off used switch games... And never but their bs protection plan, the regular warranty should be enough.

When I’m purchasing something they are very nice and helpful. But go in when it’s empty pretty much and they want nothing to do with you. I asked if there was anymore of an item on stock he just says no and looks a way I ask if he can check any other store he says I don’t know and and walks to the other end of the check out counter to the customer that walks through the door. Leaving me there not finished with my questions. I just walked out at that point.

Anthony is the best ever! Ran into some problems that took about 2 hours to finally resolve but he did everything he could to make sure I left satisfied and YES Im beyond satisfied thank you so much Anthony and Gamestop!!!

Have Marvel Avengers pre ordered, nobody called or reminded me. Yet I have games preordered at a few other gamestops snd in the past, they will call and remind me of nd let me know when i can get my copy. This is the only gamestop i have problems at all the time. Theres a reason why i havent been back since January 2020. They just arent friendly or welcoming

Good, they helped me get the game I was looking for quickly. Although I must say, some prices on very old titles were questionable to say the least. How is a 6 year old baseball game for the 360, 10 bucks. Cmon Gamestop youre better than that. Thats less than 5 bucks in my eyes.

I called the day before looking for an xbox one x. They were great as far as helping me out with that. They even put one aside for me to pick up the next morning.

This place gave me the worst experience today. Tried to trade in my Xbox and the controller didn’t work. The bald guy working till 9 on the 1st of November just laughed at me and kept saying no bueno. Then told me that I would have to pay him to take it. I went to another GameStop and they took it no problem. The guy explained nothing to me.

The big dude with glasses that smelled like weed wouldnt buy my PlayStations. So i just dumped them on the counter and left

Unfortunately I dont have my cashout slip,but I figure this review can still help the store. Came in to get some new Eevee plushies sadly they didnt have any the guy and a lady that cashed me out were kind enough to inform me to wait until next month and they will have them in stock hopefully then and Im cool with waiting. Though I really wish they had them in stock Ive been waiting years to finish my collection. Overall the service was great and the staff were fun to talk too. 10/10 reccomend.

I was looking to buy a nes classic today and the store manager told me and another customer that they are holding the two nes classics that were in his store for some other customer. I was informed at every store that nes classic will be on a first come first serve basis. Im sure the manager was saving it for himself or a friend. It was completely unprofessional and I will never buy another item for them again. Best Buy is down the street from this store I will buy my games from there.

I dont know about the rest of the staff, but the big guy that wears glasses, ruined the experience for me, I walk in the store, its empty, so I announce my presence, the big guy with glasses comes from the backroom, I spoke to him, he acts like he doesnt want to speak, he said something, which to me sounded like a growl, so whatever, I asked about a few games, he acted like I was bothering him, he was short with me, rude, gamestop I will never return to that store, thanks for ruining my experience.
