Hands down Marcus was the best!! He was so patient with my niece and I when we came in for some upgrades on new iPhones!!! There was some issues with the phone that I was trading in not quite sure what the issue is or was but he did everything possible to help me and try and get it figured out! Unfortunately we didn’t get it figured out but I still walked out with my phone I wanted and my niece still got her phone!!! He was so kind and told me if I fixed the issue with this one bring it back in and he will still use it as a trade in for me!! He was super awesome and did everything possible to help me out like I said...him and the younger kid whoever was on shift with Marcus the evening on 3/8/21 went above and beyond trying to help! I was there past closing that’s right he even waited for me to get back because I had to run home at 6:30pm to get something and come back I left everything there literally everything even my new activated phone (it was not yet paid for lol) and everything and he stayed and waited for me still very patient this whole time!! We always shop at this location since switching to Verizon 2 years ago. Today we worked with Desirea she was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure to work within our budget set up everything up for us transferred all our information from the old phones to the new (most stores send you home with a paper to do it yourself) Im very grateful she took the time to do all of this for us to ensure we didnt lose anything! I bought an iPhone from this location about two years ago. While paying for my phone, I was coaxed into paying an additional $80 for a plan which I was told included free glass repair for the lifetime of the phone. I repeatedly asked the woman who sold me the phone if she meant free screen protectors or if she meant actual phone glass replacement to which she assured me she meant the latter. Now, when I went to redeem what I had paid for, they tell me that the plan actually included three glass screen protectors which I couldn’t redeem because two years had passed. They did not verbally specify that “lifetime of the device” meant two years - that was in the fine print. Though it was ultimately my responsibility to read that fine print before signing, I feel as though I was exploited and coerced through false advertising. The manager at this location was very dismissive of my dilemma and likely threw my info in the trash as soon as I left. Go Wireless is a scam and I shudder to think how many innocent customers have been exploited by this company.

I was in the Verizon store on 2/15/2019. Store manager DJ was amazing, he was very knowledgeable, and provided the best customer service Ive ever had. He was able to save us money on what we purchased. I didnt feel rushed, and he took his time. I would most definitely return to the Ridge Park Sq location, he was also very personable. Arin and Mickey greeted me as soon as I came in. Very helpful, kind, fun to talk to. I upgraded my phone and it didnt take very long at all. Despite being busy helping me it did not hinder them at all to help every other customer that came in that day with the same amount of kindness and respect that I received. Worst experience ever. If I could give negative star reviews this would be the first Id leave. The customer service took forever for the associates and management to even be logical and use common sense. Ive returned what they would allow but to say the least Ive lost close to 300$ from doing one simple transaction with these incompetent, scamming company. Will never return and will make sure none of my many connections shops at this location or any GO Wireless location.

Went in to get my phone switched over and was told Id have to pay a $20 transfer fee even though I bought my phone at another GoWireless store. I asked if they could look up the account to prove Id purchased it at a GoWireless and they said it didnt matter Id still have to pay the fee, which is not true. If I bought it at a GoWireless I can then transfer the phone for free at any GoWireless with the receipt which they can look up. Do not go in, they were curt and rude and did not even try to help me, never mind the obvious outright lying.

Desirea was my hero today! Screen protector needed replaced, I have an early flight tomorrow and after a full day of errands didnt want to trek to another GoWireless location for the screen protector. She got creative and came up with an authorization code that worked via the RQ support team. She explained the situation and how things normally go, and didnt let that stop her. What a relief to know Ill be covered for this trip and didnt have to figure it out on my own. Thank you, Desirea!

Ridiculously pushy, to a bizarre degree.I didnt even get to see the phone charger she grabbed off the wall before she tried to ring me up for $50. I left at that point.Chick is too hyped; on adderall or something.Calm down.I bought a charger and base elsewhere for $46 and I even got to pick it out--what a novelty.

Absolutely Horrible. My wife and I went into this store to upgrade our phones. We wanted to know how much it would cost, and what we needed to do to get everything done. The lady asked which phones we wanted. Replied with the Samsung Note 8s/ They were on BOGO. She explained that there was a Free Promo deal with the note 8s we would get a free Samsung tab E for only a $20 a month access fee for the data. I responded with lets wait and see where we are with the total, asked how much the phones were going to cost me. She responded with I cant tell you until we see how much the trade ins are worth...umm ok. I can see that. Then proceeds to have a clear our Iphones before still telling us the total. She then responds with we will give you $40/Each for your Iphone. Ok, acceptable they were pretty beat up. She then asks if we want screen protectors or cases....umm well I want to know how much this is going to cost me first? oh well we havent finished the set up to give me a accurate number yet she replied. ok. Well lets find out before we move forward. Next thing I know she says it is only going to raise your bill $80 a month for adding one line, plus the cost of one of the note 8s and the tablet. Because they were on bogo. Sure ok we can do that. $80 a month isnt a bad deal to add a line, the payment on one phone and the tablet. Excellent. Next thing I know she puts the screen protectors on with out asking. Ok Ill bite what ever. At this point still didnt seem to bad. Then She tells me I have to pay the tax on my phone. Ok Understandable, But then tells me its $168ish dollars. umm doesnt sound right but now we have been here for over and hour and I just want to get out. So I pay up and we leave. Get home that evening to check my bill, and it has raised it over $300 A month, the free tablet was a $50 a month payment with $20 a month access fee for what i could but at best buy for $144. She had my BOGO deal set up to be a second monthly payment not my second free phone, charged me a access fee on the original line that I was already paying (it wasnt a new line) but then I was paying twice, taxes on the Free tablet taxes on my free second note 8 and basically screwed me. I called Verizon they adjusted it to a fair enough point and asked me to return the tablet. Which I did. Then that evening the crappy free replacement screen cover she puts on my phone falls off....FALL OFF!.....FALL THE FFFF OFF!!!! Causing me to drop my phone. We go back in the next day (about 2-3pm) she replaces the screen protector. Wake up the next morning grab my phone and the screen protector FALL THE FFFF OFF again, a second time now, causing me to drop a phone I am paying $1000 FOR! FALLS THE FFFFF OFFF!!! Furious don;t do business with ese people. I spoke to Verizon. They said they were known hustlers because they work off commission, they will jack it up and let Verizon have to try to sort it out. Over all they got paid, i got screwed, verizon still makes their money but has to sort out the b.s.
