Cute local gift shop with plenty of Brooklyn themed merchandise. We were looking for Brooklyn specific clothing and there were plenty of options ranging from T-shirts, long sleeved shirts, sweatshirts, for both adults and children and even onesies. Most of the stuff was unisex with a nice variety of colors with some additional varied designs. They also had some park slope specific merchandise as well as NY general themed stuff. Besides clothing, there were other usual souvenirs you’d expect, so definitely check them out and shop local if you’re in the area.

Lovely store with great collection of souvenirs. Had everything I needed for a gift to send to my relatives from hats to cards to trinkets. Will definitely be coming back.

The real deal mom & pop style operation. Tiny, quirky. Theyve been in this same place a billion years, lots of good stuff--interesting eccentric gifts you wont necessarily find elsewhere. Owner kindly agreed to ship an item for me for the holiday even though I stupidly came in the middle of a weekend day in December when staff were already super busy. This made things a little frazzled, but my item shipped as promised the next day and arrived on time. If you have money to spend, please spend it here rather than online with you-know-who.

This shop is great, They sell lots of New York and Brooklyn related gifts but also a ton of other random stuff too. The prices for their souvenirs were really affordable compared to the souvenir shops in Manhattan hey sell shirts, kids toys, Russian nesting dolls, baby clothes, pens, magnets, books, jewelry and much more. They open pretty late on a Sunday too so its a good spot to checkout if you want unique gifts later at night.

It felt so good entering a shop like this even more so during the pandemic! I got some adorable birthday cards and saw lots of other unique items I may come back for soon. The woman who helped me was very nice and turns out is also owner, so refreshing in a world that is being dominated by greedy billionaires

I love this shop, I have been here several times. One time I forgot to put my mask on and they would not let me in. Luckily it was in my pocket. They also sell masks. This is a great shop for gifts and souvenirs. I am so Thankful they take COVID-19 seriously.

Gift Man is an amazing creation. The owners work really hard at finding new and creative gifts for their customers. They have a wide variety of merchandise and attract many tourists from all over the world. The shop is hip and rarely does anyone leave empty handed. They always brings new ideas and merchandise to the shop! I highly recommend it! You will not be disappointed. Service is excellent.

The person that works there does not wear a mask, and she talks on the phone incessantly.

I went to Brooklyn and felt like getting a souvenir and found this little gem of a store. The atmosphere is unique and you can can find pretty cool stuff there and the employee was very helpful in helping me find something I would like. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend it if youre ever in the area and feel like grabbing a unique souvenir or two.

So I went to new york with intents to find a jacket for my boyfriend, I got here about 30 minutes after closing, it took a lil crazy girl banging😭😂 But he let me in and the energy was amazing, i bought some sage a jacket and a hat all for only 60$ !! it made me feel so happy to be standing in my boyfriends hometown and meet such a sweet old man. He was a great help!

Once you get in, it is a world of curiosity and a pleasure to browse. I went looking for a Brooklyn t-shirt for myself and end up buying also a book and a toy for my little son who was delighted with the store. The owner and the lady who works there are as welcoming as the store itself. A family business from people who grow up, and are part of the neighborhood during all their life.

I wish zero stars were an option. I was shopping at this overpriced junk store for some last minute gift ideas for the kids when a store employee decided to swear in front of my kids (5 and 3-years old). They were playing with some of the toys that were on display and I was putting them back when all of a sudden this crazy woman pushed us out of the way to return them to their original position. When I told her that I clean up after my kids she ignored me and again took a toy train that my son had been showing to his sister and immediately put it back. I told the kids that we werent going to spend any money here and turned to leave. She immediately said, JESUS CHRIST! as if we had done something wrong.I returned the next day to discuss what happened. I walked in and said Id like to speak to a manager and...she called 911! I spoke in hushed tones, was respectful, and did nothing to deserve this. A cop came and wound up laughing about how crazy this woman was.Dont bring your kids here! And dont reward these people with your business when so many other options are readily available. This woman was horrible, and this matches a Yelp reviewers recent posting about falsely accusing someone of shoplifting.Stay away from this place! And to the lady who works there - get some counselling.***UPDATE: The owner flat-out lied in his response. No apology from the employee, no offer of a free anything. An apology wouldve put this thing to bed - some sort of acknowledgement that you dont behave this way in front of customers, especially kids.I wont list the other lies in his response, but I encourage everyone to read it. Notice the psychotic way he uses my name over and over and tries to attack me as a person and father! What kind of sick store owner decides that THAT is the right course of direction for his business?? This woman went off on my kids, screeched Jesus Christ! at them (which we dont let our kids say), and when I came back the next day to peacefully speak to a manager she called the cops! Again, look at this guys response! Prospective customers just need to read his own words. That is all the indictment that is needed! :)

Love this spot. I come here when trying to get gifts for people who reside outside of NYC and especially overseas. Theres an amazing variety to choose from with fairly affordable prices. From cards to keychain to caps and snowballs that all represent Brooklyn and NYC are found here. Theres socks, books, pens, magnets, wallets etc... I come here during gift season and have zero regrets!
