I was pretty much done with Les Schwab after my last visit (not this location). Someone suggested this location so thought Id give it one more shot. Much better experience! Staff were friendly and I was in/out fairly quickly. Will go back for my next service.

Was in Denver for the week got a flat tire the morning we were supposed to leave back to MN the guys took care of me quickly even though they were very busy really appreciate the help!

I am 71. My sister in law had a flat. I took the tire off and took it to Les Schwab. They found the nail, removed it, and plugged the tire. I asked how much I owed and they said nothing. I will give them my business when I need tires. Great service. I highly recommend this store.

Had an emergency tire pressure situation (thought it was blown) and had to find a repair shop close to the my office in Broomfield. I stopped in at 9:15 and was back in the office by 10:00. The mechanics were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and QUICK. I knew my options and best/worst case scenarios before they started working on the car. By 9:45 a mechanic came in, told me I was good to go, and they didnt even charge me for tire pressure check/repair. FANTASTIC service, above expectations, and I didnt even have to pay for anything! Ill go back (although hopefully not too soon ;) )

Ive been here twice without an appointment and they have been able to take my car immediately after checking-in at the front desk.I suspect this place is not as busy as Discount Tire or Walmarts Auto Center because their prices can be usually around $20-$35 more expensive. But if you want to avoid hunting for an appointment or waiting 1hr as a walk-in, then this place is worth the customer experience and price of service.I ended-up having to buy one tire during my seasonal tires changeover, and Connor was very pleasant to deal with when giving me 3 price options for my tire. He did not up-sell and was very clear I could just buy one and I would be fine. Ill be coming back for matching tires.

Dan, the assistant manager, went above and beyond. I brought my AWD SUV here on 6/2. I knew I had a tire leaking air. I figured Id have to replace all 4 tires because of that.Dan came back and told me that my tire just had a nail in it. He said my tires still had good treads. it was easily fixed at no charge. I didnt have to spend $950+ on a set of tires. I appreciate his honesty & not pushing for the replacement of all 4. I will definitely return to this location.

I had new tires installed and an alignment performed at the Thornton Les Schwab. They did a poor job, so I came into this more local Les Schwab to have it corrected under warranty. I called last week and made an appointment today for 3pm. I know, as a prior mechanic, that an alignment check, and tire balance check doesn’t take 3 hours. But, here I am, just getting my truck back at nearly 6pm.This shop was unorganized, and poorly managed, at best. When I confronted the sales rep, they offered no solution, and seemed unconcerned that this job took 6 times longer than it could have. The tech who performed my alignment seemed unaware of what the alignment specs on the sheet actually meant, and when I questioned him about some technical details, he replied “this is the way we’ve always done it here”. I then watched him try to pull my truck out of the bay, except he couldn’t, because it was still suspended by a floor jack.This place is an embarrassment to professional mechanics, coming from a retired professional mechanic.

I went on Friday (7/2) because I was told I had a bubble in my tire and mirco-cracking. I had scheduled an appointment for a full set of new tires, but thankfully Daniel (the assistant manager) was working and assessed my tired before they took them back. He was so nice and told me I didnt need new tires, my tread looked fine, and that everything with my tires was wear and tear and no bubble! He even took the car back, rotated my tires, and fixed my rim that was misplaced by the previous place that aligned them. I will definitely be going back when I do need to new tires, and am thankful they were so honest with me!

Terrell can to my rescue when my tire went flat and literally came out to get my spare on to make it back to Les Schwab. He verified enough air on my spare to drive at the tire center. Great service and customer care. Thank you so much Terrell!

All the guys in this location are great to work with and know what they are talking about. They are lead by a great management team I enjoyed working with Dan and Arik. I will be back.

Truck started making an awful noise, which ended up being my wheels out of balance. Conner got me taken care of quick as a walk-in, and I was really happy with the service. Fast!

This was my first visit to Les Schwab and I honestly couldnt be more impressed. I brought my vehicle in for a couple of services then found that more work needed to be done. I was given a cost estimate and a wait time then shortly after, informed that more time was needed. At that point, I was given a courtesy ride home. The work was completed in just a couple of hours and I was then given a ride back to get my car. I was given a detailed explanation of the work completed as well. I honestly couldnt have asked for a better experience. Every employee I spoke to was kind and courteous and I really felt that my business was valued.

Everyone there was incredibly friendly. Very clean and organized. No pressure to buy tires I didnt need or want. I will definitely go back.

Went and got a pre-trip inspection I was told I had no issues with my suspension but yet 4 days later I had to take it to a mechanic shop where they found my right strut front and back were both leaking and thats the sway Link bar up front need to replace great job with my pre-trip inspection guys appreciate it. I even ask the employee that checked me out after the pre trip was done if I had any suspension issues specifically the front right and he said no everything was okay but it wasnt

This place is great! The assistant manager was super nice. Connor was a huge help in picking out the right tires for my car and completed the job efficiently! He explained everything to me and was very transparent. Highly recommend this location!

Dropped in around 4:30pm on a Monday because I had just gotten a screw in my tire. I had never been to a Les Schwab before so I started with the places I would usually go, but, they were too busy to accommodate a late drop-in.Not only was this Les Schwab able to accommodate me, they had me out the door in ~45 minutes and the repair was free! Super nice guys in there. Large and clean waiting room with ample seating. Seems like an awesome shop!

Highly recommend. Used to go to the other guys but after two times needing help quick, Im sticking with LS. On one occasion I got a flat a couple blocks from the shop right before close. My spare was rusted in place, tire not repairable. They found a used match in the back, mounted it, and sent me on my way without charge.

I had a nail in my tire, I was at a place up north from these guys and they were trying to sell me a new tires for my BMW. I went here instead, first time at Les Schwab.I am impressed with this service!! Quick, honest, awesome!!!

I got 4 new tires from them about 3 months ago, and wouldnt ya know it, I got a large screw lodged in one of em the other day. Les Schwab replaced the tire (which was unfixable) for free (warranty came w the 4 tire purchase) quickly, and with all the friendliness and smiles you could ask for. Little victories!

I got a flat tire just down the road, they came swapped the flat for my spare and I was able to go to work then pick up the fixed tire on my way home and they put it on. I was only 5 minutes late to work and they were extraordinarily helpful! Also, I was not charged for any of it! Incredible service!

Never used Les Schwab before and thought Id give them a try.Called first thing as they opened and spoke with Tyrell, explained I needed a specific Toyo tire asap because I just caught a screw in the sidewall. He said he would find one and call me back.1:15pm and I had to call back in to check what was going on. Got Tyrell on the phone and he had no clue who I was or what tire I needed. After I explained what I needed for a second time, he told me they dont have it and will see if they could order one.....I have a flat tire.I need a tire now.Poor experience.

Updated review (5 stars): the manager offered to make it up so I gave them another chance and Im glad I did. Turns out that I was in the wrong. The other place I compared them to actually did less than what I thought even though they told me it was equal, so the comparison wasnt apples to apples. When I came back to Les Schwab, they gave me a fantastic price for new premium ceramic brake pads for the front.Original review (1 star): Tried to overcharge me and didnt tell me that my front brakes were also in need of replacement.

I have been a long time customer of Les Schwab and I will continue to use this location as my default service center for anything tire related, including oil changes and alignments. Great service all around. My valve stem was damaged on my truck and causing a flat tire, I brought it in and they replaced the stem and checked the other tires for free. I found my new tire place!

Absolutely great service! My situation was a bit different than normal, but Arik and the other gentleman on staff were friendly and understanding and got me back on the road safely and timely. These guys were able to help me out with a stuck lug nut that Discount Tires couldnt handle. And it took like, 5 minutes. Awesome.

Nicole & Daniel were both extremely friendly and helpful in getting me a new set of tires for my car. It only took about an hour and they drive great! I feel confident that if I do run into any trouble with the tires Ill be able to return and have it resolved without issue.

Lackluster execution to say the least. I took my truck in for an oil change on July 17th, which they completed successfully. However once I got back in to my vehicle, I noticed that the steering wheel was grimy, and that there was a large slick spot all over my center counsel. I was running to my next appointment of the day, so I kept moving and didnt say anything at the time. Then, once I got home later in the day, I noticed that they had dumped/spilled oil all over my front end that was then dripping onto my driveway. Poor form. The building is new and was kept in a clean state, but when I bring my truck in for an oil change, I expect to have oil in the engine not all over the front end and in the interior of the vehicle.

Today was the first time I have ever been to a Les Schwab they way exceeded my expectations I now won’t go anywhere else! This place has it all I got my tires rotated, a oil change and they checked my breaks. Wow i ended up having to get new tires and they gave me 2 options that both worked for my budget. Then gave me a quote for my brakes and saved it under my phone number for next time. The staff was so friendly and helpful and worked on my car right away!! I most definitely will be back and I’m telling everyone to go to this location.

I went in with a flat tire, unsure if I needed a new tire or just a patch. Within 20 minutes, one of the gentleman patched my tire and sent me on my way with no charge! Next time I need new tires, I know where Im going.

I went and saw Arik initially at Les Schwab about some changes I was looking for on my truck! Arik was super knowledgeable and helpful and very honest about his opinions and experiences. The service was great and the outcome incredible! Later in the day Arik even reached out to me to see how I was liking the ride and what I thought of it. That’s not the actions of someone just looking for a quick transaction but rather someone in the business of caring for their customers. Hands down recommend them! Terrell I believe was my installer and also person who picked me up from home! Also very nice and knowledgeable!

No matter what location I go, their service is the BEST and the have the NICEST people! I was driving my mother to a doc appt. and her check tire light came on. We drove past a Les Schwab so I told her wed stop by on our way home. I told her I got my tires from the Lakeside location and I just LOVE them. They are the nicest people and I always get great service from them. We stopped at 116th and asked if they could check her tires. Both people behind the counter were super friendly, had me pull around to the bay. A very polite young man met me at the door, and started to check my tires. In less than 10 minutes pressure was checked and air topped off. I thought we would have to wait for a while, which was no problem. Their lounges are always very comfortable and clean. But no waiting. I asked how much and the young lady said nothing! and any time we need something checked to stop by. They really provide excellent customer service! Unless something really drastic happens, Les Schwab will always be my go to place!

Wow. Just wow. I had never been to a Les Schwab before tonight but I never want to go anywhere else again. I came in late, at 5:20, Iszack ran out to my car to greet me, changed my oil, rotated my tires, checked my battery and gave me a very reasonable quote to replace my brakes. Arik was awesome to talkto, very knowledgeable and had fresh popcorn and drinks forus.Thisplace is incredible, Thanks you Les Schwabthe customer service was beyond words.Thankyou Les Schwab!

Nobody here seemed to know very much about working on cars.. they told me they wouldn’t give me an alignment because my truck was a “rust bucket” and the tie rod was stuck. It has minor rust and I changed the other tie rod myself in my driveway 2 months ago. Didn’t seem like they tried very hard or cared very much. See ya never.

Had a service done there today and we had a dispute on some charges that I wasnt expecting. They made everything right, no argument at all. I will be back.
