Pretty cleaned out but found a couple of things I can use.

Good store to check for Halloween. Has another staff a little short due to people. Dont want to work but this spot. Has some good stuff.

Went looking for scary Halloween decorations. When we got there they had a limited supply of decorations. Workers were nice.

Bought a costume that didnt fit and I went to exchange it and they refused to do it for me Im very upset!!!!! Not to mention they dont have a lot of plus size costumes or anything really bigger than a large

Opens at 10 and was still locked. An employee finally showed up and said they’d open at 10:30. At 10:30, they said they opened at 11. Many customers came and went during that time including myself. Fix your scheduling issue or correct your door sign and Google info.

My 11 year old grandson, who has autism, had a major meltdown in the Westmister store. He wanted a Mandalorian costume with all his heart. I found the perfect one and he was beyond excited to try it on. It was a little snug and I asked him to take it off so we could either order or buy a size larger. He refused. I was hoping he would calm down on his own but he didn’t. He picked up a large hammer type thing and hit me. The store employees who had been watching this interaction were quick to step in at that point. I begged them not to call the police and promised he would calm down shortly. One of the employees, who’s name is Vince, was especially wonderful. He had me call my grandson’s father and suggested I wait behind an employee curtain until my son in-law arrived.All of the employees were amazing. They were very caring and kind. I can’t thank them enough. I felt terrible on so many levels. It’s terrifying to think how today could have escalated into a very difficult situation. Those wonderful young people deserve a medal for compassion. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate them. Thank you all for being the wonderful young people you are.

I visited on Sunday.Their selection is good,considering its only august. Prices could be better,but the quality is pretty good. Overall I really like this store...However..when i got in line to checkout, the cashiers were just gossiping and looking at their phones. Completely ignoring the customers. By the time it was finally my turn to pay,both cashiers acted like they didnt know what they were doing or how to even use the register. Hopefully they either properly train their employees or hire new ones...

Have you seen this place? It has everything spooky to offer with a wide range of costumes available for adults and children! The employee seam to be just as cought up in the spooky mood. Not only a great place to get everything for Halloween but enjoy the season to its fullest.

This is the best place to get Halloween costumes and decorations. They have awesome displays and everything is well organized. The staff is helpful and when I needed help knowing where stuff was the new store manager was there to help show me where I could find costumes.

Very friendly and helpful staff! They were very willing to check for a different costume size nearby and to even call to confirm it was there. The fitting room staff was also very friendly. Its a fun store to walk through with lots of fun Halloween energy. The products are all well organized and easy to browse.

Halloween is one of my favorite Holidays and this store has everything.We have gone there for dress up clothes for the little ones that provide countless hours of fun.They literally have costumes and accessories for EVERY occasion. They do get BUSY around Halloween time so plan accordingly if you are shopping there in September or October. Their costumes are worth the 10 minute wait in line.

The General Manager Tori has the worst attitude I have encountered in recent months. Not only in general, but especially for someone who is in a managerial position. I went to the counter to exchange or return a wig. Any reasonable person can understand that an exchange could be done, but not a refund for such iteam. A reasonable person could also communicate that with less attitude. You can exchange it but no refund thats a huge health risk, not in my store were her words, said with a hiss. Youre not representing your store well, and not setting a good example to the other team members by speaking to an unassuming customer that way.My advice, buy your wig off amazon.Save yourself a rather disappointing human interaction.

First time for me, and I loved it! I will definitely go sooner next year, so that I can spend more time in the store.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone drove here arrived at 7:15 to be told she closed at 7:00. It says open till 8:00 very dissatisfied poor customer service! Laziness at it’s finest 👎🏽

Decent selection of Halloween supplies. Be sure to hit this early before its overpicked. Or, wait until the end of October and get some killer deals on decor you can use next year.

Great place to visit annually for all of your Halloween needs. We went on a Saturday and the place was packed! It seemed they couldnt keep up and the place was messy and disorganized. I wont let that keep us from returning as long as they do.

Literally never has everything set up they always only have a part of the front theme.

This place is not kid-friendly at all! It was terrifying for my kids under the age of 10, and they’re not the timid sort. So many creepy animatronics, including bloody babies. Ick. We went only to look at children’s costumes, but we found the whole place so disturbing that we didn’t stay long.

Spirit Halloween is one of my favorite stores to go to, is has so many cool props and costumes

Fully stocked with every halloween item you could want, even quarts of fake blood haha.Animatronics, costumes galore, nick nacs, accessories, culter items like pennywise mugs, Michael myers flasks and other goofy things.Fun store for kids and adults alike, a bit cramped tho.
