We were treated so well here. And the sales woman absolutely helped my son and me find exactly what he wanted and was very patient and knowledgeable.

Honestly was pretty disappointed in the lack of options for clothes, and toys themselves. there was only one bear that wasnt from frozen or animal crossing, and dont get me wrong I love both, but the lack of selection caused me to just look elsewhere. theres nothing there except movie brand name toys :/

Who doesnt love Build-A-Bear... though this location has had limited or no stock on a few items. Call ahead if your looking for a specific bear. Also call ahead if your trying to take your little in for a birthday bear.

Build a bear-I had be building bears since i was 3.Over the years this place has still held its magic. You couldnt meet a better team of people. They always welcome you in with a warm smile and a great attitude.The Employees make each experience unique to each child.It can get a little pricey but in my opinion its worth it. You are creating a bear, dog, cat, horse or even a dino, that was custom made by you.It is a special memory that you will never forget.5 Stars to a wonderful store and a even better team.

I came by this Build-A-Bear Workshop with my niece who is a little over a year old and the entire staff was amazing! They were kind to my niece and I alike, and she had a wonderful experience. I made a bear myself and when they were out of stock, they allowed me to take the display and re-put a heart in it. Excellent customer service! Ill be returning in the future.

We went for my daughters first birthday to get their birthday, they were sold out of the bear. Very disappointing

The entire staff was warm and welcoming, but Sarah was exceptional when it came to customer service! To see kids dreams come to life because of the care put into each bear by this young lady was such a good way to start my Sunday at the mall!

Every time Ive gone sense covid I was not able to visit. I do not like there call system were they call you once its your turn. I only go to the mall for three stores in the whole mall. If I want to go Ill have to call once they open and basically make an appointment like going to the Dr. Iv missed out on multiple collection bears that I wanted. This is extremely inconsistent and not fair to anyone. I couldnt even go for my birthday. There salection has declined sense covid and so even If you go everything is over picked. Its making me not want to go to a build a bear ever again because I couldnt go anyways.

Pay your age day probably shouldnt happen again. No one was prepared and this location had 3 workers today. Hundreds and hundreds were in line and yet 3 workers were there working at 9am. The manager wasnt even on the floor at 9. I personally was there at 7:15am and by the time I was done shopping it was 12:20. It was nice to have a cheaper bear, dragon, and cat but waiting for stuffing the bears and then the one cashier was a bit much today. I think if you offer this again maybe start planning now because people tried to cut in lines and there were not enough officers or security. Also the vouchers you tried to offer were only 15$ off. That was no where near the deal for today for most people. Good try, but next time do better. Also get more employees to help or come in so that once you get your bear or whatever animal, you can pay for it quicker.

I just had my daughters party here . The employee who was handling our party was very nice in the beginning. As children do my youngest had a complete meltdown. She seem patient until we got to stuffing the bears. She would make rude remarks to my 4 year old WHO WAS THE BIRTHDAY GIRL. I really don’t think this employee should be doing parties. Her attitude kept going up and down. You work at a kids store. She really needs to learn patience. By the end when we were checking out she got upset with our transaction and started throwing her pen. I get it your fluster by Black Friday and this child’s party but that’s apart of your job. She made the experience a little unpleasant as a customer and for my whole family. Cat I think was her name

Our family LOVES Build-A-Bear. We come here almost every time we go to the mall. Whether or not we have enough money to buy anything. The store reps are always super friendly and welcoming, again, whether it not we but anything. Our Daughters have gotten one of your toys from santa every year since they were born. We always recommend this place to our friends when were asked for kid-friendly presents.

Thank you Build a Bear for making my little girls day after our dog ate the eyes out of her special one-of-a-kind bear! She was thrilled to be able to go in and pick out a new friend! You guys went above and beyond!

Awesome experience for toddler girls! Very helpful and playful staff, super animated and made the birth ceremony super fun(cant remember what they called it, heart ceremony maybe). Was a little skeptical about the whole process before going in, but everyone loved it!

This is such a fun experience for kiddos. Everything here is wayyyyyy overpriced. But I consider it all paying for the experience. And the staff are so great with kids.

Was a great experience today. The place was packed and found out they were doing a promotion when we showed up. They were very helpful and courteous the entire time and it didnt take long at all the were very efficient but made the kids enjoy the experience.

On October 15th we took my 3 grandchildren here together for their birthdays. The staff here was exceptional with taking care of 3 very lively children. Every one of the staff took time with each child to make the bear building a very special occasion. I would highly recommend this Build-A-Bear location.

We went in for sound unit replacements, and the staff was superb. Very helpful, kind and patient with our children.We were also given a free fluff up on the stuffed animals because they were close to two years old.Definitely a recommend location.

The lady named meadow was amazing. She made our first visit to build a bear a real treat. My girls had a blast and absolutely love their bears.

It is a little child dream to build your own Bear, but it can get pricy with all of the clothing and accessories for the bears. Also be prepared to wait in line when they are running any type of special.

Super helpful and safe

Went here Wednesday July 3rd around 2:30 with my 1 year old daughter for her first time and had a horrible experience :( the young girl helping us was very bland and had no enthusiasm at all. It was very awkward and not a good first experience

I had never ever been treated in such a terrible way. Whoever was filling the bears today was rude to me, my wife and my two kids. The tone, words, attitude and looks were disrespectful and demeaning. Think better about training your staff when dealing with kids with special needs. The two stars are just because of the product and store quality.

We arrived on a Saturday which expected it to be a bit busy. We stood waiting for stuffing for about 25 mins. The lady that did the stuffing was very nice and very interactive with my 7 year old. We looked around but couldnt find a hoodie we had wanted so went to check out. Jacqueline was our cashier she was pleasant. Once I walked away I remembered to ask her a question about hoodie so turned back around to ask her. Jacqueline was helping the cashier with her customer so I waited patiently and waited She didnt acknowledge that I was standing there. Finally she paused so I said can I ask you a real quick question? And very rudely she said Im helping this customer right now didnt look at me. I was like wow nevermind. That should never happen. Even if I had rudely interrupted her she should be pleasant. I just stepped away from the cashier and made a purchase after being there for almost an hour being patient I would ask for a little more courtesy.

Went in to pick up a Jurassic World bear and was totally blown away by the fair price and super great staff. I cant recall the gal who helped me at the time but she was super informative and helpful to a 25 year old first-timer buying a stuffed raptor 😂😂

Never been to a Build A Bear & was not that impressed for all the hype Ive heard. They didnt have a regular brown bear. And were out of a lot of the other choices as well. We had no idea what we were doing and no one offered any directions or asked if needed help. For as much as we just paid for a teddy bear, i was expecting more.

My husband and I brought our 6 year old daughter to this store on 1/13/ 19 and we had a bad experience. First when we walked in my daughter picked the stuff animal she wanted and all was fine but after that our experience went down hill, there was only two young ladies working on the floor and both looked like they hated there jobs. When we asked how the sound box works the employee who was taking care of that area acted like we were bothering her by asking her that question. When it came time to stuff my daughters Unicorn the young lady again gave us a attitude and did not make stuffing the Unicorn fun for my daughter. Before we paid for the stuff animal I sat down with my daughter and filled out the stuff animals Birth Certificate We then went to the cash register were the lady there was not very nice either. The funny thing about all this is there was not that many people in the store so I am not sure why the employees felt that they need to hurry us along. When we got home I asked my husband were the Birth Certificate was and he said will I told the lady at the register I did not want a box for the stuff animal so I guess she did not give me a Birth Certificate for some reason. I then called the store to find out how we could get one and the lady who answered the phone said she could send it to me by mail, here it is almost two weeks since we have been there and I still have not received the birth certificate. I will not be tell my friends and family about this store I will from now on start going to the Colorado Mills mall or Park meadows mall if I want to make another Build a Bear.

Even though there was a birthday party, the staff was very attentive and an employee went out of her way to go into the back to see if they had any Girl Scout clothing left!

Had a blast building the bear for my new Grandson. Inexpensive and fun.

How they keep updating all the little animals and bears

Build a bear is a great thing, but its extremely overpriced when adding in outfits to personalize your bear. In a family with several small children, its just not feasible.

This place is every kids dream, but it does take a considerable amount of time to go from start to finish. Its pretty expensive as well, but youll do anything for your kids, am I right?

I hate this place because my daughter always swindles me to buy her stuff. But always friendly and great service

I went in with my two boys for our first b-a-b experience today at the Flatirons mall and it was a horrible experience. I spent $90 on 2 bears to have the worst customer service. I didnt know what to do and there was no one to help. The only employees were chatting up customers while a line was forming out the door. No one seemed to have any awareness of the situation in the store.
