Just go to the one on Sheridan. This place is out of so much stuff every time I come here, so don’t waste time having to go to 2 stores.

I am so impressed with King Soopers Floral Department with Anna and Carol. I received one of the best bouquets for my birthday in mid December. This is the most well created white floral arrangement I have ever had, and it was delivered! The far right picture was taken 10 days later, it still looks amazing and it still blooming. I am so impressed and now I have found my new favorite floral shop. Thank you ladies, it blew away my expectations. We are still enjoying its beauty.

I love this store! Everyone’s always so helpful and friendly and it really makes you feel good. I’ve been shopping here almost everyday for the past year and I have nothing but good words to say. I would like to thank Josh and Brian for always being so kind when they check me out they never fail to make my day.. they are angels in disguise! Whenever I see either of them on a lane I always wait in line just to get to enjoy the experience of seeing them. As well as Kim, whenever I get something small and go to self checkout, she is always an angel. You guys hire the sweetest people ever. Thank you for what you guys do. THIS STORE IS AWESOME 😎

Management needs to review each department and put responsible folks who care about the customer’s experience in charge of each department. This location seems to be a dumping ground for sub-standard, clueless managers. We’ve watched this location steadily go downhill over the last 23 years. Not any more. It may not be convenient but we’ll go elsewhere for groceries. But, the pharmacy is exemplary and there are some employees in grocery who do care. Don’t throw out the baby with the bath water but Kroger corporate folks should take a serious look at how this location is perceived by its’ loyal customers.

I have nothing but positive words about this location. Everything is well-stocked and reasonably priced. Many of the senior staff seem like they have been there forever, which is always a good sign. The folks that work at this location are friendly and attentive. I am so grateful this is my neighborhood supermarket.

Unsanitary. This is my local Kroger and Ill be happy to change the review once they clean up their act at this location. Im on the verge of contacting Kroger corporate or the local health department regarding the looming public health disaster this store appears to be. I think they are about to undergo a remodel, but that is no excuse to fall below Krogers corporate expectations.

I don’t understand how every time I come to king soopers there is only 1 person working the deli and always 5 customer standing around. I just had to wait 25 min for chicken. You have this 1 lady working the deli and the hot food items when you have 3 guys working around her not doing anything but slowly moving. You need to cross train your employees so your customers who are spending hundreds of dollars don’t wait 25 minutes for sliced chicken.

Karen is always such a delight. Her smile shows even through her mask and her infectious energy leaves us with gratitude even for just going to our local king soopers. Karen you are a blessing in these times. Thank you!

It is understood that mask mandates are difficult to enforce. Anyone who goes to the store knows there is a fine line of enforcement and actually getting back to work to serve the people who shop at the store. However, when we were there and needed help at the customer service counter we were shocked. We waited in line behind one gentleman filling out a form. We were not in a hurry and only wanted a lottery ticket. (The vending machine was broken) There was nothing urgent about our need. We were wearing our masks and simply waiting in line. The lady behind the counter (approx. 6:30 pm on 10/16/2020) said, you can come right here to wait. She then pointed to a position within about a foot of the man in front of us (he was not wearing a mask). With all the courtesy she deserved we politely thanked her and lightly said: Thanks! We can wait, no problem...you know social distancing. It was kind and simple. The lady working the counter got visibly offended. She huffed and then said to the man: Be careful, social distancing for them. (Her tone was incredibly sarcastic.) She then rolled her eyes at the man in front of us, pointed at us and then glared. The man looked at us and glared. He mumbled and turned away saying horrible things about us!!This is unacceptable. If a customer doesnt want not violate the rules that help prevent the spread of a deadly virus, the customer does not have to. If the mandates and rules are inconvenient to the employees, dont come to work. Your job is to uphold the rules.There is another store near us. Rest assured we will go there. (Not a King Soopers)Too bad really, it never had to be that way.Do better.

I never complain about people that handle my food. But, you shouldnt hang a sign that lists the many ways you can have your deli meat sliced if you arent going to actually do it. Asked for thin sliced and got 1/4 thick slabs. Not the end of the world, just really lazy.

Every time I go shopping it’s a pleasant experience, but today the cashier was just rude. Maybe she was having a bad day, but that’s the thing about customer service. You give your best self every time. Diana, you should try being a bit more personable. You never know what other people may be going through. Being kind can go a long way.

Love it here! All the staff are very nice and friendly. We come often as we live close by and every experience has been great. Staff is helpful and pleasant to talk to. Quality of food and selection of meats are as expected. Veggies are always fresh and available. Once they ran out of green beans during Thanksgiving week but the next day they were fully stocked. Good place for groceries!

Selling old moldy bread does not seem like they are on top of their store. They could use some help in managment. I couldnt find a single manager either and tried looking.

I love this small King Soopers. Easy to navigate, especially for those little trips after work! Nicely merchandised, everythings easy to find and a great selection for such a small store. My BIG complaint is that theyre overemphasizing the self-checkout - feels a bit too much like Wal-Mart in that regard. The lines for cashiers can be RIDICULOUS here, depending on what time of day you visit. I wouldve given 4 stars except for this very thing.

This store is unaware of social distancing guidelines. Karen (front end manager?) and clerks get close enough you can feel them breathe on youBe safe, shop somewhere that cares if you catch covid or not!

Really great place to buy food! Super clean and lots of variation of food. I would recommend for your main shopping store. They have fresh food in the bakery and they make sure that it never gets old and moldy. Lots of parking space and a good place to shop

It would be nice to see the staff once in a while wipe down the self checkout machines. Walk into a whole foods and the staff is constantly cleaning and sanitizing everything.

Honestly King Soopers, I think this is your worst location. Produce is minimally stocked, store smells bad, this place needs updating.

Jamie Duncan, the assistant store manager, displayed incredible customer service to me. She helped me with an issue I had in store and went above and beyond to make it right. King Soopers is very lucky to have such a diligent, compassionate and hardworking assistant manager working for them! Thank you, Jamie, I will definitely be returning!

Karen and closing crew NEVER wear masks (at least at night time when management is gone and not looking, check your own cameras) but tonight they wanted to harass me about mine after I already informed Karen about my health condition! This was while employees were not wearing masks and females customers were not wearing masks yet nobody said anything to them?

Produce section is unappealing most of the time. Try to special order items and nobody is interested in helping. Floors are dirty. Hot food section looks like its from yesterday.

I dont work in the industry so I dont know this for sure, but 5:30 seems like peak shopping hours. That being said we have 2 registers open with lines 3 deep. Everyone else gets to go scan there own stuff while a SINGLE poor worker has to run around fixing everything on the self checkout. Hire real people.

Half of the self checkout lanes are closed for some reason. Also not enough cashiers open. There are often long lines here.

Its a grocery store

Literally just went and stood at the deli they say they are gonna help me I wait more then they help the guy that walked up after me extremely rude

I went there on December 17 at 530PM and they had a few registers open with a young rude bagger at one. He was more interested in calling me names and commenting on my looks. All I wanted was groceries after working all day. Employees like him should be replaced since they are the face of your company. There are many other people who would be happy to have his job and would appreciate it.

The selection at this store leaves something to be desired. I would rather deal with the crowd at the KS on Federal and get everything I need.

This is an awesome King Soopers. I worked with Danielle in self check out and they were wonderful at their job. Helpful, smart, and good with the jokes to remove any stress the customer might be feeling. Thank you for a stress free grocery experience!

This store isnt bad enough to be terrible but not helpful enough to be good. Average selection, pretty standard with not many specialty items. Regularly runs out of items that are on sale. Bakery is almost always out of donuts, service at deli counter is slow. Has a frustrating tendency to close all lanes except the self-scan if you go very early or late. Reliably good prices on milk. Decent produce section. A small handful of cashiers are super nice and friendly, but the rest couldnt care less about customer service. If you need anything from the service desk, dont go before 7 am because they will refuse to help you. The only reason I shop here regularly is because its a convenient location, but if I have time to spare, Ill drive the extra ten minutes to a better King Soopers.

Most of the people are nice and its a good store overall; however, they now have a problem overcharging people. King supers overcharged me on more than one occasion and they hope you dont notice and they just keep the extra cash.They used to have a policy of giving you the item for free if you caught them overcharging you. This gave them an incentive not to overcharge you. They no longer have that policy. Now they frequently overcharge and they hope you dont notice and they keep the extra money. When I caught them they gave me the difference back but they didnt correct the problem and kept overcharging everyone else who doesnt notice.I wonder how many times Ive been over charged and didnt notice. When you have a long list of grocery items, its hard to remember the price of everything and go through the receipt to double check everything.Now Im an unhappy customer. Last year when they had the policy of giving you the item for free when you discovered they overcharged, at least I knew it was an honest mistake and left the store happy. Now it just looks like their trying to rip people off.

This is a great grocery store for basic needs. I find that the selection is more limited than some of the other King Soopers close by (for instance, theyll only have 2 flavors of a product instead of all 6). The availability seems to vary as well, occasionally they run out of things youd expect them to have. For the most part though, its clean, the staff are always helpful, the prices are good, and its convenient!

Horrible customer service when I was there! I filed a complaint 3 weeks ago and still havent even got an acknowledgement.

I really love this location. their scan and go process is really great! You can download the scan and go app to your phone along with the king soopers app and scan your items from your phone. pay from your phone. to avoid all the crazy lines. The staff is incredibly helpful and are always available to assist you when in need. Their management staff is informative and very nice. I specifically go out of my way to go to this location. Thanks for being my favorite place to shop!

Been coming to this store for YEARS. Always friendly employees, items easy to find, usually quick lines. People here tend to abuse the 15 items or less lane and love to bring their shopping cart full of stuff to the self check out. But a good store all around.

Almost always a pleasant experience and I probably comes here 5x every week for some reason. The only thing I think it needs is an affordable salad bar. Nobody wants to pay $25 at Whole Foods for a dag salad!

The people are great always willing to help. Good clean bass station and great Deli (made to order sandwiches). Best place to stop on your lunch break get you and the car fueled .

Good prices, love the Kroger Brand everything. My kids love the donuts which makes me love shopping. I always check the app for coupons. We save alot of money, plus fuel points!!

Employee at the customer service desk has no customer service skills. I walked up to ask a question and before I could say a word she said Im closing!

No complaints just a typical King Soopers. The layout is a little different from other stores but it is easy to get used to.

I shop here every week and it is always something I dread.A lot of times they are out of food I want, the lines are usually long, and the check-out process in general is painful. I rated 4 stars because its the typical grocery experience, no better, no worse. It is convenient, and they do have a large selection of food for good prices.

It’s an older store that’s a little run down. The produce department is subpar compared to other stores. They always have plenty of checkers and baggers especially compared to other King Soopers stores. If you are buying produce it’s not the best but otherwise it’s a great store to get in and out quickly.

Easily the best grocery store around. Tom the meat manager was very nice in helping me select the best products and the rest of the king soopers team is always so kind and helpful.

We come here often and it seems that INFANT TYLENOL is never in stock. Please start ordering more!! I hate having to go to a different store just for this--may stop coming to Kings all together.

Ive been coming to this king soopers for 20 years and have always been happy with it, until lately. The last time I came in the young man at the checkout Was more concerned about visiting with a friend then helping me. He walked off to the side with him and left me standing there waiting for him to come back and finish the transaction. This time I had to listen to cashers around me complaining about not having had a break, its the 21st of December and very busy. Also it doesnt matter whether you use the self check out or not, you will be bagging your own groceries.

Had everything on the holiday list. Store has pricing accuracy issues and is dirty. Cashier very nice.

They need baggers. Nothing is worse than to spend hundreds of dollars and then bag your own food.

Large parking lot, not enough handicap parking. Store is easy to get around. Normal grocery items. Has seasonal aisle. Friendly and helpful employees.

My favorite store. Great selection, reasonable prices and lots of convenience.

My only real problem is that they should stock shelves at night when they are not busy not during the day when people are shopping. I know that there will always be some stocking that has to be done but not every isle needs to be blocked by pallets and boxes when you are looking for items.

Chicken ready but no sides till 11 am. Fried chicken sitting for over an hour in warmer before served for lunch.

Are you still like the store more, but they have been cutting back on the amount of organic products that they carry. That was one of the real advantages to shopping at King Soopers was that they would carry a fair selection of organic products, but it looks like that has changed as of late.

Good basic grocery. Not a lot of specialty items, ok deli and bakery. Reasonable pride. No sushi.

Lady at the customer service kimberly i think her name was she was racist my husband and I were standing their and hes dark she took a look at us and turn her head and waited till the other lady helped us she then helped the other couple. they then started a big conversation loudly about how being white is good and everyone should be white and on and on I dont appreciate that as a white women that my husband or anyone gets discriminated against....

The people posting these reviews must be employees. This is the WORST King Soopers I have been to in Colorado. Deli food looks disgusting, staff are rude, store is dirty, and there are never enough baggers or checkers. Expect a long line and than to have to bag your own groceries. I live less than three blocks from this store and avoid it at all costs. This is where all the employees that no other King Soopers wants are sent to work. Shopper beware! Would give no stars but not an option.

My dear dad went in to order flowers for my mom, who just lost her sister. The person helping him said they could not make the order with no address. I would think that there would have been an offer to help an elderly person who does not have a phone with access to the internet. This address could have EASILY been looked up. I did the ordering for them. Disappointed! I will be calling the store. My parents have been regular customers for many years.

Pleasant and they have these bigger self checkout stands to put your groceries than other king Soopers.Seems like limited selection in Asian stuff compared to ones in boulder though, annoying, havnt found black bean garlic sauce among other ingredients.

Very clean restrooms . Shelves stocked well, friendly associates. Customer service desk associate was very efficient with providing customer service during a busy time and greeted each customer with a smile . She was able to meet the customers needs quickly and efficiently
