This is a busy paint store with highly professional people working there. I went in for a quart of paint and was taken right away for my purchase. They even have a complimentary Keurig coffee machine so I was able to get my midday fix of French Vanilla coffee to go.!

Ive gone to this store only twice and will never go back! 1st time was quoted 1 price over the phone. Get there and price was way higher then discussed i just paid it to get the job done. Went back 2nd time cause they had a decent price on stain on thier website $180 for 5 gallon. Get there and they supposedly dont carry that anymore but i have a lesser quality product for 220 plus tax. Yeah no thanks will never go back to these price gougers! Home depot has just as good if not better for way cheaper!

Not a great experience. Brought in a huge 2ft x 2ft color sample from a drywall repair to color match and so I would think the paint experts could get the sheen right. I was unfortunately sold the wrong sheen in a gallon paint jug ($65 wasted). I admit that I should have waited until their spot paint fully dried but they were understaffed and other customers were waiting so I was not trying to be difficult. Unfortunately, on the wall the paint completely doesnt match. Its horrible! I definitely dont trust the expertise here.

I am doing a basement finish right now and have been in this store several times to look at paint options. The employees are so helpful! They are great at helping pick out paint colors and work fast when mixing paints.By contrast, when this store recently ran out of paint base for a sample I needed, I ended up at a different Sherwin-Williams and it was night and day different. Employee didn’t offer or care to help with paint colors and didn’t move with much urgency. Just a totally different vibe.Love the Broomfield Sherwin-Williams store!

Great experience. I knew the color number, ordered what I needed online. Within a couple of hours, was notified that my order was ready to be picked up. The sales associate saw to me almost immediately, and carried out and loaded my order into my car. Great service! Thanks!

Needed to match some paint to 6 year old builder’s grade Kwal. Associate offered tips on phone and in store staff went out of their way to ensure the results were perfect. Might seem like a small thing, but it meant a lot to me. Special thanks to Sean. Highly recommended.

This review is mainly for employee, Dom. His attitude and laziness are absolutely abysmal. I asked him to call another store to verify the sheen that I had previously purchased (we’re doing a huge remodel and have been to several Sherwin Williams locations where Every other employee has been more than helpfu). He walked away pretending to be on the phone where I couldn’t hear, then knowingly sold me the wrong paint. Bravo, Dom! You have now set the standard for the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

The store was clean and Sherwin Williams paints are high quality.

Had a line of people and phones were ringing plus new rigs were being dropped off but the lady Samantha really helped and kicked butt n got me out sooner than I thought, even though it was longer than I wanted.

Excellent! Samantha is a Master at her craft and keeps her associates up to par on customer service and product knowledge. Highly recommend when in need of paint and advice

The last two visits this store has been out of paint— first certain types of 5 gallon buckets and then ceiling paint. Alina and Sean are excellent and helpful, but the store inventory system obviously has issues.

Great paint products, knowledgeable staff, friendly service. Weve used Sherwin-Williams paints on several rooms in our house and the Broomfield store offers great service, a large line of products (paint, tape, rollers, etc.) and great paint.

Hands down worse paint ever! The service, the paint all of it is awful. If you want good paint go with Valspar. We have painted several rooms with Valspar and have used 1/2 the paint that Sherwin requires. The color is never consistent and does not go on smooth. Will never use it again!

In the past, Ive gone to Northside Paint for Benjamin Moore paint, and Home Depot. I had a two room paint project, and decided to try Sherwin-Williams because Id read it was a good quality paint, and they were having a good sale. I live closer to the store on Washington & 112th so went there for the first rooms project...But was definitely negatively impressed by their customer service. They only care about their contractors - if youre a homeowner, theyre not going to be very helpful. Not very friendly, either. I went there twice, thinking the 2nd visit might be better, but was not impressed both times (see my Google review on them). For my second room, I searched for more S-W dealers and found this store. Twice as far - but only by 3 miles, so I tried them. So glad I did! Granted, it wasnt very busy when I went in, but was greeted by a friendly, helpful clerk. I bought a sample to try to match my houses original off white, and realized the color I thought I wanted wasnt right at all, so took some swatches. Went back the next day to buy the color Id decided on, and the guy remembered me. I noticed they were friendly to EVERYbody - homeowners and contractors alike. I like S-Ws paint, they have good sales (comparing to Benjamin Moore) - and THIS store is friendly. If I have any more painting projects, this will be my Go To store!

Called ahead to get pain mixed. Lady sounded like I messed her day up. It was a gallon of paint. Showed up hours after it was going to be ready. Still had to wait, attitude still sucked.
