Hands down a must stop! The gentleman working this evening..... AMAZING customer service! Never seen my kids so entertained waiting for ANYTHING a day in their life! Made sure to do the kids first and all! We have never seen ice cream made this way. (I got no whip cream and the kids tore into theirs to fast for me to get a picture)

This place is amazing!!!! Ive never seen something this crazy and fun in a mall. The family that owns the shop is SO sweet, and put on a whole show making it for me! SO delicious, so many fun toppings, definitely going to be back!!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Most terrible customer service ever. My family and I asked for 4 #1’s which all of these were taken out of the freezer. These had no flavor whatsoever the ice cream was dull. The women in charge was completely rude as well as the boy rolling the ice cream when asked why was it from the freezer. He completely lied to my face saying he had just made the ice cream a minute ago, when I saw him not make ant of them at all. Totally will NOT be coming here again.
