Small coffee and sandwich shop that still feels cozy at the same time. The scorched pig sandwich was amazing with little to no heat even though some of the ingredients had me thinking otherwise. They also serve ice cream from MC2 that has different flavors each week.

Stopped in one morning. Their menu is simple but stupendous. Their oatmeal bowl with four toppings was delicious (strawberries, banana, walnuts and Colorado honey) also ordered Avocado toast and bagel and cream cheese. They did not skimp on the toppings. Really a great place to visit.

Unfortunately did get to eat here but the tea and coffee was very good. And the food looked really good this was our morning spot during our stay.

Decent cold brew, but a bit disappointed by the Scorched Pig. Normally if your food description includes “ghost pepper” and “scorched”, you’re not messing around. People have certain expectations. This, however, was a case of false advertising—there was no heat whatsoever.

Overall the sandwich was good. Nice location and decor. They have an eclectic selection of ice cream, which was a surprise. My only complaint is I was told their sandwiches are premade, so while they can onions off, the sandwich will still taste like onions. Not a huge deterrent from this places, definitely limits the offering.

Been here 3 times now. Every single time has been a great experience. Great food, service, parking, outdoor seating, spacious inside arrangement, Covid precautions, etc. One of the best spots in the area.

I don’t often give 5 stars but the Arista definitely earned this. Awesome place. I have been to sandwich shops all over the world. Wow, the Scorched Pig and the Caprese sandwiches were DELISH. And the ice cream is great. Cool vibe and great service.

Was looking for a privately owned and cheaper alternative to Starbucks- this place delivers in spades. The staff are super nice, they have an awesome selection of food and drinks. I love their matcha.

8/3/20: They’re open for dine in, but the whole time I was there they never cleaned any tables as people came and went. 👎🏻🦠The BLT was good but the spicy chai tea was spicy spicy (like I needed water between sips). Too spicy for me but some people might like it.

We drove over for ice cream seeing that they were going for record setting number of flavors. They had five flavors and no cones. They may be great for other things but not at ice cream.

Nice vibe - brought several of my staff for ice cream and coffee. Was not busy while we were there, 4pm on a weekday. Staff friendly. Great ice cream.

What an amazing place! Both sandwiches we had (the caprese and the scorched pig) were DELICIOUS and oh man THE ICE CREAM!!!!! Every flavor was so good and the employees were just so lovely. Definitely will come back whenever possible!!

The food was delicious. My son rated the spicy pig sandwich as the best sandwich hes eaten in a long time.It was easy to place a pick up order online although there was no place for special order notes. We ordered online and 20 minutes after the predicted ready time it still didnt show as ready. We had an order for 7 so it was a big order. It seemed like only one guy there working hard.We would recommend this deli especially if you have time to plan ahead.

I love this place. Ive been living in the neighborhood for 5 years and have been hoping for something like this to open so bad! I feel a bit bad Ive waited so long to give a review, but I must say Ive never had a bad experience! The bagels are insane, the carry my favorite tea, and the ice cream flavors are always interesting. Not just things like cookies and cream- really fun stuff like honey, vegetable, and CBD infused. Not only is the product great but the crew who works here is amazing. Im a bit shy so Ive not yet gotten to know their names, but big shout out to young blonde man and woman 🥰, as well as blonde man with beard. Sometimes I simply need the pick me up of a friendly face and you are always there with smiles. Also their rewards system is excellent you barely have to spend anything for a free coffee!

Açaí bowl was kind of terrible. They premade the açaí base with apple juice and it was way too sweet.Bagel was good, but nothing to write home about.

We normally have a decent experience here. Today was a complete joke. 25+ minutes for a 2 bagel sandwich’s, that came out completely wrong. Was told an additional 10 minutes was needed to fix what we ordered. Asked for money back and they were not able to do that either. We even have a tip on top of the bill. I don’t understand this complete transformation in business.Update: 38 minutes later still no remedy of situation. I am going to walk out now with 0 sandwiches that I’ve paid for.Update: 47 minutes later. I am finally getting 1 açaí bowl, after ordering 2 bagel sandwiches. Apparently they have lost power I’ve been told.

Even with some slight glitches in our order, everything was very tasty. Savory breakfast was yummy and frozen fruit bowls were divine!! Can wait to go back for lunch and ice cream 😁

Wonderful breakfast bagel sandwiches. The gluten free bagel was a lot better than I expected as well. However, there was only one guy working in there so it took almost 10 minutes to prepare our coffee and bagels. The woman behind us waited a bit until they could even put in their order. Having another employee there would have made this a 5 star review!

Food was good, but not the reason for my review. I wasnt a good customer today; I have my excuses - thats neither here nor there. I received excellent service despite my being a terrible human at the time. I called back and apologized, but Im still impressed. Thanks for dealing with me today.

Kind staff, but this is far from an açaí bowl. I didn’t hear or see any blenders so that threw me off a bit. Instead this tastes like a pre-made açaí mix you can buy at a market. It’s not a smoothie bowl, overly sweet and was a solid block at the bottom of my bowl. This unfortunately was disappointing.

I am typically one to offer second chances but, I am sad to say I don’t think this is a scenario in which I will. I ordered a coffee and an açai bowl. As far as the coffee goes I think that the brand they endorse and carry would be very sad to hear that they are brewing it like water and serving it at room temperature. I worked in craft coffee shops for years and I think Folgers might actually top what ever it is that I received. As far as the bowl I ordered, I gave it a chance I did. But all in all, it was inedible. It was so incredibly sweet and, they certainly do not try to dress up the generic Jiff peanut butter or stale granola, or rockhard frozen mango the bowl was topped with. Finally, the probably, entire half cup of honey that was on top that made the entire bowl unbearably sweet and I just could not eat it. Despite the overpowering volume of honey that was poured on top of this bowl, a few bites and I can certainly tell that whatever açai base they use is likely a frozen concentrate or artificial packet also, just not good.

Terrible service. I think all the employees are stoned.will never go back there again.

Its a nice little breakfast/lunch place thats around AMLI Arista Apartments so its super nice for people in these apartments. Convenient. Employees are always nice, service is always quick.

Nice place well priced and most importantly coffee tasted good.

Staff is very friendly and kind. I ordered dragon fruit bowl. It was great, however, they put a wrong topping on it and it had gone bad. So the taste of it the topping was not good at all. Everyone can make mistakes so I didnt make it a problem. Next time, Ill be checking my toppings for sure.

Extremely unsanitary. Workers must think the gloves are to protect their hands, not customers. They leave them on for handling money and cleaning.One guy was moving furniture and picking up trash with gloves on, then making sandwiches right afterwards.

Combo locks on the bathroom doors? What are you so afraid of?Staff was rude. I tried to sit on the patio to eat, but the chairs were wet and dirty. Seems like theyd wipe those down once in a while.I will not be back, and would not recommend this place.

The new sandwich and salad menu is great. The Turkey Bacon Avocado is great and so is the ham panini. Glad to see a change in the menu and an uptick in people going to this place.

Would be nice if they explained the breakfast bowl. I was confused and thought I was getting oatmeal and instead ended up with a small portion of $9 frozen blended fruit in a bowl. The menu is confusing. I wanted their “fancy toast” but they were out of the ingredients. Pricey.

The panini are great and so is the coffee. Special kudos for staying open during current events.

Completely ignored while standing at the counter ready to spend money. Visited at 3:30 on 3/7/2020. Two guys behind the counter. They knew I was there. Won’t be back.The response … We were very busy with the event… is nonsense and insulting. I was alone at the counter. I waited for a few minutes. There was no line to order. There were only a few people in the place. Two people behind the counter simply walked away from me.

I got the steel cut oats with three toppings. Definitely over priced for food that is not fresh and really dry. Then for oatmeal tea coffee etc they do not have any milk or cream sitting out, so you have to go to the counter and ask them to pour you some every time. The people there were very nice and helpful, though, which was the only redeeming quality.

I ordered the golden glow smoothie and was so disappointed! The smoothie came out with huge ice chunks that didnt get blended in, and tasted like water! No flavor whatsoever. $7 absolutely wasted.

Excellent! My daughter has a dairy allergy and there were many healthy options for her here. Also the Lavender coffee is the best Ive ever had! Staff is friendly and prompt. Although you should expect a bit of a wait since each bowl is made individually. Atmosphere is peaceful, comfy, and clean. I enjoyed a savory quinoa bowl with avacado and chokecherry vinaigrette, while my daughter had a sweet and fresh bowl of oatmeal.

Really good food for a breakfast shop. Its place is also conveniently right next to a RTD park and ride. :3

I only tried a regular cup of drip, it was awful, really bad, wasnt going to spend more money so idk how everything else is, but the place is clean and hip so the more expensive food is probably better. The base level coffee served says a lot about a place, to me....

Located right around the corner from the Broomfield park-n-ride, down the street from 1st Bank Center, this place is so convenient for me in the morning when I need a healthy breakfast thatll keep me full. The staff have always been friendly in helping me decide what to choose. Thanks, guys!
