Easy set up good price for unit size. Office was always helpful. only gripe I have is units are not weatherproof so everything got pretty dusty over the course of a year. so make sure your stuff is covered

Property is clean and well maintained but they recently increased my rent by almost $50. Not that good of a price anymore. You can find better for the same price.

Really great customer service and clean units! The manager, Leslie was so friendly and sweet and made the whole process super easy for us! The unit were renting was really clean and had no moldy or mildewy smell which was surprising since its an outdoor unit and most other storage units Ive rented from other companies had that funky smell.

Beware cubesmart pricing scamCubesmart central reservations sucks you in with deceptive pricing. You get a confirmation of quoted rent, but when you sign up, they force an overpriced insurance payment of $12 to $36 a month, with no practical way out. Local operators have no way around it. And the central support line is just a maze of automatic responses, so you’ll never get assistance. Be ready or go elsewhere.

Unit/facility are well kept and secure. Had no issues at all.

Low cost, Easy access. Nothing exceptional but for the price I was pleased.

Incompetent and unprofessional. Had my storage unit broken into and very expensive items stolen. I was not notified until several days later. When I asked for further details weeks after the incident, they still did not know when the theft happened, or seem bothered to investigate. I was then told that the insurance I purchased through them would not cover the stolen items. The gate at the front has been broken for weeks and sits wide open for anyone to enter. There are many better storage options in the area with better rates and better management.

The moment I walked into the door, Kathy was sweet and helpful in helping me set up my storage! I have used multiple storage units at other places but never felt as welcomed as I did here. The set up didn’t take long and they showed me multiple units so I could decide for myself which one i would like to rent. Would recommend as they seem to care about people and taking care of them!

Unit is clean, dry, and well secured. Staff has been helpful with all my questions and straightforward. The security is good, a coded gate and individual locks and only the people you grant access to your unit have access so you can be comfortable in the security.

The manager here is incredible! We were moving from across the country and the movers tried to get out of doing what they were supposed to. The property manager helped us deal with them and went out of her way to help us and make the storage process easy, even though the moving process wasn’t.

I liked that when I took the lock off and I got a call from the manager.

Diane and Warren are great managers of the Extra Spaces storage units. They are alway so helpful and kind and nice. I appreciate their service so much. Theyve bent over backward to make sure I have what I need. Its like renting from my family. The units are the best price in town and clean. They also didnt get damaged at all by the 1,000-year flood we just had! Im grateful as I have some family heirlooms in my units.I highly recommend this storage facility. Just know that you cant bring very large moving trucks in. They cant maneuver well around the corners. But, I havent ever found a storage facility that could accommodate large trucks well. If you have a normal truck or small moving truck, youll be fine.

Shaeyla was the nicest and most helpful person I have ever met! She helped us find a storage place that works for us. She has offered to help us from beginning to end, throughout everything. She is so nice at customer service, I see why she works there. Nothing but a pleasant experience.

This place has been an absolute nightmare. If I could give zero stars I would. And I had a u it there for 7 or 8 years, so I know the place very well. Everything was fine until CubeSmart bought it, and then the trouble began..... To be completed when I ha e time to enumerate the list of problems - its so long!

Great place! Diane is so helpful and was understanding when I had problems with my credit card. The grounds are well maintained and very convenient. I only needed storage for 4 months and moving in and closing out were so easy. Highly recommended.

I work for a highly reputable and well liked moving company and today we were to move a customers things to this storage center. When we arrived the lady working immediately told us that our company had been banned due to an incident she claimed happened years ago that no one could actually remember. She was extremely rude and was intentionally trying to make it difficult or impossible our customer -who had already bought the storage unit- to actually get her stuff in to storage, something which would have been incredibly easy and quick and have caused no problems for anyone. Instead this company insisted on creating a problem. I would absolutely recommend against using this location

I have used Extra Spaces two times in the last 10 years. I have always had a wonderful customer experience when in the office or online. The gate has always worked, the area is always very clean. I just rented a storage unit from Diane and Warren, the on-site managers, and was compelled to write this review, which is my first ever. It is hard to find honesty, friendliness, security and affordability all in one package, but I found it at this location in Broomfield. I have rented many storage units in the past and in 3 different states, so I can say I have seen it all. I have dealt with bad customer service, theft, access issues...you name it. Diane and Warren have restored my faith that there are decent people that still exist in this world. When first walking in the door to inquire about a unit, I was met with two wonderful people who made me feel comfortable immediately (Diane and Warren). I was frazzled from moving and had a bad experience I was dealing with at U-Haul and the pods I had my possessions in at the time. I was concerned about what size unit I needed to ensure my items would fit, and Warren was quick to offer to show me 2 different sizes. I picked the 10x15 at the great price of $150/month (others ran $60 more). The unit was clean and dry which was great considering this was right after the biblical flooding we had. I did not need the unit until the following week, so I was nervous that it may be gone by then, but Diane took the time to tell me how to go about reserving it on-line, which was a breeze. Also that first day I met them, Warren called the owner when I was there to ask if the delivery of the pods could be accommodated and be dropped off right by my unit. By the time I drove 3 minutes home, I got my answer that YES, the owner said not a problem. Moving can be so tedious and stressful, but trust me, you will have no reservations once you meet Diane and Warren. The price is excellent, unit and property is very clean and secure, and I have a piece of mind knowing that there are 2 managers that really care about your property like it is there own.

Up till maybe a week ago I would have given this place 5 stars but the way I was treated when I moved out of my unit was horrible! I received a call from warren telling me he had checked my unit after I moved out and it was still dirty and I needed to come back and clean it. Or I needed to lock it back up. I knew I cleaned it out. And I sent an email back stating this well Diane then sent an email stating I could use there broom trash can and dust pan to remove the dirt and debris or I would be getting a $50 cleaning charge. I went up and double checked the unit and its clean I took pictures to prove it. Told them I will not clean it and wont be back. So I received another email from Diane saying they would put a note on my file refusing to to clean and I have a week to do it. Well the unit is clean why do I need to come back. I highly would not recommend this place unless you plan on scrubbing the unit clean with a mop or they will threaten to charge you as well.

Super easy and fast to get in and out. The whole process of finding a unit and moving it went by super quickly.

I had looked around and browsed reviews of storage centers, and when I came around to this one it seemed that people had nothing but great things to say. And when I went in expectations were met!This was my first time ever purchasing a unit, and it couldnt have gone any better!The process was quick and painless and overall took only about 20 minutes between the time I walked in and the time I walked out with a unit of my own. They have the lowest prices Ive found in the area, and I personally feel like any unit here is a steal. Ive heard a lot of nightmare stories of storage centers luring people with low rates then increasing the rent within the next month. My rate here has stayed the same from the moment I bought it, which is courteous and honest, hard to find in my opinion these days.Not to mention coming in is always a pleasure as the owners are very kind and always engage in conversation with me, making me feel welcome every time!Extremely happy with Extra Spaces!!!

These units are filthy, the managers are lazy, and they will do anything they can to make sure they charge you a fee when you move out. When I returned to my unit, all of my stuff was covered in dust and dirt, which I cleaned out of the unit. They claim that some of the dirt was left in front of the unit ... but where was am I supposed to take this dirt? With me?I paid up everything on time and Ive never had an issue with any other storage facility I have rented from, especially when it came to cleaning up after I left.These two are a couple of scam artists.
