I was recommended this shop from a friend, and Im glad my car went there. It was dropped off to fix the AC and check on my car, and by the end of the day AC ran smoothly and was a good price. It was quick, efficient, and really nice!

Was pretty good I dropped my car off with some pretty horrendous brakes the price you quoted me on the phone was about $300 less than I could find at a dealership and when I went to pay it was turn off exactly what they said it would be no added extras are having to find out they were placed something without asking and then charging me for it none of that good honest work

I havent had any work done yet, but I took my vehicle up there 4 wks ago to get looked at and they were able to get me in and tell me the issue at no charge I appreciated that so my review is soley based off of that.

I bought a car there and have to take it back every week. And I didnt have the car but 19 days and all they do is reset a button and not fix problem. And I keep telling them the check engine light is on again and they reset again

Kurt is very accommodating and very fair. We have sold a car to him for a fair price. He tells you exactly whats wrong with your vehicle and will fix it in a timely fashion.

Dropped our car off here after they looked at it, they said there were issues with the transmission. We didnt get it repaired here so he didnt even charge us for looking at it. Would definitely recommend and come again

First experience going there since I moved to Brown Deer. Just needed an oil change and tire rotation. Stopped in and talked to a guy in the shop. He said he could get me in next day and I told him what I needed. He wrote it down wrong on a scrap piece of paper, so I told him what I needed again. The day of service I told the same gentleman what I was there for and what I needed...an oil change and tire rotation. He took my keys and told me to stop back. I returned after work and they still weren’t done with my vehicle. I waited and they pulled it outside. I went to put my things in the car and noticed they DID NOT rotate the tires. I return inside and say something about the tire rotation and the same guy said “ yea I saw they could use a rotate”. These clowns are sub par at best. The shop looks like it’s still in the 80’s and the employees can’t do their jobs correctly or even act like they know what they are doing. Find somewhere else.
