If we can rate them a 0 we would. We scheduled an appointment for tires mount and balance on our new van that we just bought. They stated that it would take 2-3 hours, it took them 6 HOURS to do this. Not to mention we found marks/scratches on our van that was not there before. When we brought it up to them, they stated that they need their manager to see it but he was on vacation and wont be back till next week. They also mentioned that corporate will have to investigate which can take up to 2 months. Dont go to this place unless you want to waste your whole day and get some messed up scratches on your car. Will never go to this place ever again!
We had a tire that was giving us trouble and losing air. We live very close to Tires Plus in Brown Deer. We took our Subaru to Tires Plus and we were there at 9:00 a.m. when they opened on Sunday morning.Service writer Erich Anderson greeted us and took care of us in a kind and professional manner. After writing our car up he said that they would give us a call when they would be done. My husband and I went home and received a call a short time later and said that they found the problem and they were able to fix it. We went back up to Tires Plus and picked up our car- were very pleased at the price and the quick manner that our vehicle was done. Thank you Erich and staff for the wonderful job you did in taking care of us&fixing our tire. We truly appreciate you all and we will be seeing you again with any of our other cars needs as they come up!

I want to give an updated review although the customer service wasn’t the best and I felt my needs were handled very carelessly, I think it was because they were extremely busy at the time. When I went home and decided to pick up my car the next day (was going to wait with the car) the service was much better and it went much smoother when I went to pick up my vehicle and communication was much better as well.
I made an appointment, was taken care of quickly, and got out in an hour. I went in for 2 new tires and to repair a bad tire. The service was great from everyone. Very friendly and helpful. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I KNOW they tried to upsell me.When I made my appointment, I put that I wanted the cheapest tire option that was on there ~$112/each. I get to Tires Plus and I’m told the online inventory is off. Understandable. I used to work retail. I get it. So they try to offer me the $200/each tire instead. My car is a piece of junk, and I’m not willing to spend that much on it. I politely declined and opted to fix the air leak in my one bad winter tire. I had the intention of coming back once they had the cheap all season tires in stock. The moment I said I’d just get the $30 patch, they “somehow” found 2 of the exact $112 tires I initially came in for. Sounds fishy to me. After this mishap, I was out in an hour. Glue job on the tires aren’t the best, but hopefully it’ll hold up.Due to this “out of stock but not” tire issue, I’m hesitant to trust them, especially when they came to recommend me of other services my car apparently needs. I’ll definitely be getting a quote from another mechanic.

Wow what an amazing team. From time I arrived today to the time I left, my car had multiple could be this or that issues, literally when it rains it pours type of vibe for me. Communication was constant, always professional, gave me future things to keep in mind and fixed the odd issue which was occurring causing me so much chaos and issues. I will be bringing my car back in for the next synthetic oil change and any other issues that pop up. The place Ive been going to since moving here has done multiple shady things I literally caught them red handed on and will not be returning there. The customer service st that dump combined with their hustling they did on me which were problems THEY created cost me money and earnings I didnt need to spend. I will NEVER go back to this place. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Rather than ask me for my key to my locking lug nuts, the mechanic broke them off and replaced them with random ones (kinda defeats the purpose of buying locking lugs). Then when it was time to pay, the manager OVER CHARGED ME!! I pointed out the sign in the window that states the discount I was eligible for and he kept trying to insist it didn’t apply to me.This is the worst place to go for auto repair. There are so many more garages out there where the mechanics are actually tryptophan provide you with good service. Don’t waste your time or money!

I brought my vehicle in at 10 o’clock in the morning to get a oil change, new tires, and alignment. I didn’t get my vehicle back till almost 7:00 PM. When I spoke with the night shift manager he mentioned to me that it was a miscommunication and that on the ticket it says the vehicle was supposed to be done at 5 o’clock. What I’m not understanding is there were four or five mechanics during the day shift, There was only one mechanic at night and the mechanic was only working on a white Chevy car and not prioritizing and making sure that our vehicle was done at a proper time very disappointed
I bought tires well over a year ago from here, one just flew out on the highway, I’m in another state and Eric was extremely Helpful. He called around to other shops to find out my warranty, he spoke with me for a while on the deal that I had purchased and what my options were. Overall very helpful

Normally not a big fan of this place. But my tire got a nail in it and i had the warranty. They quickly took care of it even though they were busy. I left the tire over night and i was riding on it the next day.
Too bad zero starts is not an option. I had an appointment for 5PM. Arrived at 4:30. New tires were to be installed. My husband picked me up and drove me home while they worked on it. Or so I thought. I knew they were supposed to close at 8PM. At 7:55, my husband walked into our home and said that they werent able to work on it. Short staffed. I got on the phone and told them that I was coming in to get my car. When I arrived, I was told that it would be done by noon the next day, despite my 5PM appointment! No apologies, nothing. Bob, the store manager, couldnt have cared less. If this location is chronically short staffed, theres probably a good reason. Terrible management, low pay? You need to fix it, or close up shop.In all of this bad experience, though, there was a silver lining. One technician, Josh, was fantastic. I explained that we were scheduled to leave town on vacation that night and we needed to take my car. He patched my flat, after the 8PM close time. He was so kind, and stayed late, just to help me out. That is customer service, Bob!I hope that Tires Plus execs see some of these postings and do something about this location. Bob needs management training, customer service training, and Josh should at least be recognized for his commitment to his customers.

Showed up when they opened to get a new tire. 1!!! TIRE!!!! When I asked if it would be done in an hour I was told maybe 2. They had appointments they needed to take care of first. I asked that they call me when they were done because I had to return the vehicle i borrowed to get the tire there. 8 hours later I am told that they havent gotten to it yet. SERIOUSLY!!!!! I borrowed another car so I could get back up there to wait
If as soon as they answer the phone they say Hold please and never come back (I did try answering No once but I know he did not hear me) how do you expect them to get your car back to you on time? If they are not there when you want to buy they sure wont be there when you need service.
I commend everyone at tire plus.We were out of state, Our car broke down on a Sunday afternoon. We needed a new alternator and a battery they took us in right away and knew that we had to go back home that day. They were very friendly very helpful and made us comfortable. And got us back on the road, a big thank you to them!!!

I had 4 new tires installed and the appointment was supposed to take 2 hours but waited 3 1/2. A few days later I had to continue to put air in all tires for 2 weeks. I returned for repair and I was told 1 1/2 hours for free repair. After 2 hours of waiting I looked outside to see my car was moved and finished but nobody notified me until I approached the Mgr. I get ready to leave and see some of the valve stems missing. Simple job not so simple. I DO NOT recommend this place!!!
Had an appointment for two tires and check the front alignment. Two hours later Ive been watching my car sit outside with new tires for over an hour. Asked what was going on, guy from the counter said they were trying to get a sensor hooked up. WTF? Waited another forty five minutes, my car never moved. Asked for my car back, dude had the nerve to ask me if I didnt want a front end alignment? They had another care on the machine, I explained I had been there for hours, I just wanted to go home. He proceed to ring me up and almost charged me for the alignment, I had to correct him. I had them mount some tires for me earlier this year, one tire had the bead halfway seated when I got them back. Once before my wife was stuck here for hours with an appointment. Never an offer to make things better, nothing. Boo, done with this place.
My only reason for the 3 star is due towards the fact each and every appointment I’ve had with them in the morning, they seem to always end up with me getting my car back just before they’re closing time then I’m being either rush or asked will I pick it up tomorrow? Idk it’s some good ppl there and at the same time idk abt the others?
About a month ago I took my car to Tire plus on Greenbay and Brown Deer. I talked to BOB I guest the manager about the problem I was having with my car. I left my car and the next day he called me and told me there was nothing wrong with it. He did tell me I had bad berrian. So I had that fix and then the next week I car was over heating. I took my car back and talked to BOB again. I told him that my car was overheating and he said he would have them look at it. The next day I got a call from BOB and he said there was nothing wrong with my car. I told him that it has to be because its overheating. So I suggested he could be that thermostat. He goes to say maybe it is the thermostat would you like to change it I told him call here and fix it. The next day I got my car back and it was warning fine until 2 days later it overheated again. I took my car back and he said there was nothing wrong with it even though he seemed that it was overheating. So I told them they had to fix it and find out the problem. He being close to call me back and tell me that its the water pop I said fix it. 2 hours later he calls me back until as me theres a crack in my engine that it was going to cost me $3000. Get back kept telling me there was nothing wrong with my car how all of a sudden I get a crack in the engine. I told him your techs must them cracked my engine and Bob wouldnt do nothing about it. They need really needs to do some investigation in that manager so called Bob. The moral of the story is I will never take my car back to that tire plus. It is sad because idiot work on all my cars I ever had until they got their manager main Bob.
I had a scooter wheel that needed a cheater tank/cheetah tank to blast some air into my tires so the tire bead can be seated onto my rims since it needs a little bit of a stretch to it and I couldnt do it without the right tool. I was able to get the tire onto the rim but wasnt able to get it seated/ First, I took it to Southeast Sales Motorcycle shop and they said they wasnt able to get it seated, which I was dissappointed, and looks like they either didnt even touch it or didnt even try hard enough. So I went back to southeast sales to grab my wheel and went straight to tireplus. I did had to wait about a good 10mins since the employee seems quite busy that day. I waited patiently and another employee came out to ask how can they help me with. I told them what I want and NEXT THING you know, I heard the air shots in the back a couple times, and then BOOM! he brought it right out to me (about 10mins estimated that I waited) and handed over my wheel and said I put air and checked everything, you are good to go. I was happy as ever! SEE!!! This is the kind of COMMON SENSE that we need people to do to us customer, Since the employee knew it was something so easy, he took it as a first priority and did not tell me that I can come pick it up later or the next day, he got right onto it with no hesitation. TIRE PLUS SAVE MY DAY! 4 Star for now, I will continue on using tire plus if I need any help with tires and maybe can add another star to make it 5. Because who knows, it might just have been my lucky day or either this place is actually a great place.
This store employs good people who went out of their way to help me when I was in an emergency. I received quick service and a good price on new tires. Highly recommend.

I left my car with them for 5 hours and the still didn’t complete a simple oil change, tire rotation and alignment.Going into the 6th hour they have had my vehicle I explained I had to go. Another 1/2 hour was their unapologetic response.Then I literally walked 5 miles home to get my get dinner and I’m bed. Thanks Tires Plus for proving customer service and reliable companies are dead!Can wait to talk to the high manager they’ll give me a number for!

I took my car in at 9am, I was told no later than 2pm I would have my car back. I called at 4pm asking what happened, they told me to pick it up in 30 minutes. I arrived at 5, and eventually didnt leave the shop until 530pm. They were very nice and friendly and helpful, but when I am given a time, I want that time to be recognized and eventually attained. I would recommend because of the quality of work, just make sure you have all day available to be serviced.
Brian gave me a few different options for tires. He also called me halfway through and told me what they found and what work they needed to perform. When I came to pick up my vehicle he took the time to teach my son about tire tread, wear and tear..etc since its my sons first car and he knows nothing about cars. great service overall.
Shop has gone down hill since Ive started going here. Ive been a customer for over five years now. The time I brought a tire in for repair, by the next afternoon no one called to tell me what the issue was or if I wanted to pay for the repair. At this point I called them to ask about the status. They told me it was done and is ready for pickup.I stopped in that evening after work to pick it up. The tire had a bead leak so they cleaned it, put sealer on it and re-balanced the wheel. When I picked it up they had removed the stick on weights from inside the wheel and replaced them with pound on weights, they should have replaced the weights with the same type they took off.They also either lost or forgot to put the valve steam cover back on after the repair. The tire did not leak after this but the lack of communication, using the wrong wheel weights and sending a tire out without a valve steam cover all seem like mistakes made due to lack of effort and/or work ethic. I think I am going to start looking elsewhere for tire repairs in the future.

Perhaps Ima little more forgiving than others but I took my car in for a 9:00 am appt for an oil change and tire rotation. Got out at 10:20 am. A little too long for me especially with such simple maintenance service. However, they got the job done --- with no surprises -- and they gave me a free tire rotation and honored my discount coupon for an oil change. So not a bad deal at all for a little extra time that they took. Im sure Ill be back.
I took car in for oil change 3 hour wait .. I had asked to have a inspection of the front end I kept hearing noises the ride wasnt smooth anymore. They said it was the struts $1,400 I scheduled a appointment and they had to reschedule because parts never came in. When all was said and done $1,400 later my car is still driving like sh*t and still making the same noises . They clearly didnt fix the problem or know what the problem really was. Smh .....
Was not going to bother with this review, the lady was a condescending jerk. Like I said, was going to leave it be, but then I got back in my car and for some reason the tech saw fit to crank the a/c in my car for the 30 foot drive, and completely change the seat position. Not sure about anyone else out there but I was taught not to mess with anything in a customers vehicle. Fwiw Im at another shop right now and they have no problems doing the work.

If I could give 1/2 a star, I would. Ive had good service at Tires Plus, until today. I had an appt. to get my tires balanced and check to find out why my engine light was on. I had called and explained this problem a few days ago and the customer service rep. told me he understood the problem and it would be taken care of the day of my appt. Well 2 hours later the only thing that was done was balancing my tires and I was told that I needed to make yet another appt. for a diagnostic test for 99.00. Thanks but no thanks! Im not made of money. I will take my business elsewhere.!!

Terrible service... I purchased 2 tires from tires plus, both under warranty, and within 3 weeks I have flat tires: I asked for management, and ended up speaking to a representative. The representative was super rude, not listening to my issue or handling me as a valuable customer. If my tires weren’t under warranty, I would never utilize them to fix anything. They show no concerns for their customers or value time. I hate I ever chose to do business with them.

Made an appointment online - thought WOW cant believe they can get me in right away! Walked in, customer service was fine, but I asked about how long and was told 1 hour. Great! Did some shopping on my lunch break, came back and my car didnt even budge. I asked the lady if it had been worked on and all she could say was no, we couldnt get it back.1. What is the point of making an appointment if you cant even get it back on the scheduled time?2. Dont tell me an hour when it had to of been extremely clear you were overbooked - every stall was full when I arrived, but I was under the impression they were almost done.3. Would never go back because of this wasted time.

Appointment was 9 for tires and I didn’t get out to 1230 pm. The price I was given and initially signed for was $547.00 then it was time to pay and it increased to $573.00 I didn’t get a good enough explanation as to why and all before this my appointment was cancelled without reason and then I came in and wasn’t scheduled. So LITERALLY I have waited 3weeks for tires and in the end still got played. The team is always “short staffed” just as my patience after 3 long hours smh
Service simply awful. I had an appointment and my car was in for over 1 1/2 hours for a leak around my rim and no recommendations were even looked at. Not to mention tires plus were the same company who sealed the tire in the 1st place.

I had made an appointment for 1:30 to get all my tires changed and an alignment done on my car. I was quoted that it would only take an hour or an hour and a half, tops. 2 hours into me waiting, I checked up front as to what was taking so long. I had then found out that my car hadnt even been started and no one thought that they sould notify me. My car wasnt finished until 4:30. They only offered my $50 off a $550 bill.
Oh Boy, what a mess! Honestly the auto fixing Industry is just trash, Unless you know someone or are best friends with the people fixing your car you are never gonna get it done correctly! Like I drove a half an hour away to get the best deal, and it totally wasnt worth it! Too many morons, way too many..These people really dont know there ass from a hole in the ground. Decent prices but...Dropped car off at 4 pm and arranged for a ride back at 5:30, when I was told car would be ready. At 5:30 car was still on jack with its original tires. I was then told that it would be another 45 mins. 45 mins AFTER that my car was finally ready with no apology or explanation offered.Promised 5:30, done at 7:00.
I went in to replace one slashed tired. I was told that my tires were so worn that i needed to replace all four, otherwise they would burst soon. Of course, this info scared e and i wanted to get it tooken care of. The staff gave me an estimate of $1250, after i refused the cost he knocked the price down to $1000 (seemed odd). After we discussed my options I left to get a second opinion. I was told that my tires were in perfectly good shape and i did not need to replace them. I believe the staff at TiresPlus tried to swindle me to make a bigger sale. I am a young women with not much knowledge about cars, so he took that as an opportunity to get over (or try to get over). Do not go to this place, i repeat DO NOT go to this place. They do not respect you as a person and their main focus is to take you for as much money as they can. Save your money and somewhere else!!!
Feb 2016 Had an appointment. A set of 4 tires took 3 hours to complete. Promised wait time 1 hour. April 2016 one bad tire. Made another appointment... waited 45 minutes while my car sat in the parking lot. Frustrated, I left.. No one called to see why I left LOL Appointments dont matter to these people!! POOR MANAGEMENT!
Was told I needed serpentine belt and sway bar link for right rear. Took to dealer and they said both were fine. Actually looked up records for when belts were changed after visually inspecting and told me that they were excellent. Bad taste in your mouth when someone is trying to beat you.

I honestly would give this place no stars if I could. My family and I have been customers for years. This place has really gone down hill. Ive been there on multiple occasions now, made appointments each time, and the work isnt even started by time they promised.....The last time they put on new tires on my car they mounted them incorrectly. I took time off work to get their mistake fixed and they still didnt have my car ready when they promised. They had my car all day and couldnt even get the work started by time I came in. It was a 30min fix, why it was not done is beyond me.....Each time I have had an issue here they never do anything to try and make the situation better. Not even an apology!!! I could go on and on about the lack of communication but I think Ive said enough....DONT GO HERE FOR ANY CAR WORK. YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Bait and Switch. They quoted me $125 to charge air conditioner on the phone but it turned into $180 as soon as I came to the store. I told them i had quotes of $140 from other places and they suggested that I take my business somewhere else. I was able to get the same service for $65 at another place.

We will never go here again! Whoever schedules appointments does not know what they are doing. So unorganized. First time we got an oil change my husband waited 3 hours and they said they forgot about him and he was sitting right there!!! They ended up giving it to him for free. The second time we scheduled was recently, he put us down for 9am on New Year’s Day and then said that they were not open and had to reschedule. Then he put me down for the next day at 5:30 instead and I agreed. I got there and they said they had me scheduled for New Year’s Day but they weren’t open. Really? Who is the idiot that did the schedule?
