Got my son an awesome deal for my 12 yr old on Labor Day weekend 2021, on a Full mattress and box spring. We were given a huge discount and ended up saving us about $300. The sales associate (Anthony Convert) was very nice and went above and beyond in pricing and by helping us load our box spring and mattress onto our vehicle even though it looked like he was running the store by himself. Would definitely recommend checking this store out if your shopping for new bedding.

This store has a large selection of mattresses at low prices. They have free delivery. It only took a few minutes to walk in, look at the mattresses, and buy one. Staff was friendly.I highly recommend shopping here.

This is a decent mattress store. We bought a bed frame and mattress here several years and found another nice mattress for our new bed.

Wife & I walked in, asked for best cost-efficient queen size available, and was shown just that. The gentleman this Tues. evening was straight forward and as friendly as can be. We ended up getting a way better mattress for a similar cost within budget limits, and with free delivery/installation(woot). In and out in 15 minutes. Would recommend to anyone needing a nice bed soon. Store was so fresh and so clean.

Had a really good experience! Went in looking for 2 high quality twin mattresses but had a budget. The salesman was awesome! He saw that I liked a certain mattress but it was way above my budget!!! He called his supervisor and was able to lower the price down to what I could afford! That is excellent customer service!!!!

My husband and I had a great experience at this store on Mothers Day 2018. They were having a wonderful sale, and we needed a new King bed for us and a new Twin bed for our 3 year old. The staff were very patient with our boisterous toddler who had a great time bouncing on all the beds.The store room is very clean and has a great selection. The sales associate walked us through the different brands and helped us find one for my picky husband. The manager Anthony was generous and knowledgeable, but I never felt overly pressured. Delivery was free, and they even took away our old mattress! The delivery guys were on time and super fast.Great products, fabulous service, affordable prices. Support your small town store!

She helped me price match a king size mattress that my mom bought a few months previous, and they moved some things around so I could get my mattress delivered early! Interesting lack of return/ refund policy wish I had looked closer before purchase, I dont like the mattress the delivered after 3 1/2 weeks does not feel at all like the showroom piece we choose based on. Call them first week was told give it 3 weeks still not same as showroom piece would prefer to return for refund but that isnt offered. Not just Brownsburg store but appears to be American Mattress Policy. So Im out the money because I have replaced it with a different type bed. Definitely unhappy. We recently purchased a new full size mattress for our son here. We went back and fourth on which one to get and Cynthia was extremely helpful. This is the third mattress we have purchased from American Mattress in Brownsburg and they the only place we go to now. Delivery is always fast, on time and the delivery guys are friendly and helpful.

Our hassle free and very informative salesman Anthony let us try every mattress until we found the perfect one. He was willing to work with us within our budget to make sure we got the one we loved. We have been mattress hunting several times, but are relieved to have our new go to place next time we need a new one!

Absolutely incredible experience. Recently moved to Brownsburg for a new job in Indianapolis and waited until this weekend to check out the Labor Day sales before getting a new bed. After I walked in, I met Dale. What an excellent salesman! This guy is the real deal. It was like shopping with a friend that had expert knowledge on mattresses. Hell even tell you if a mattress youre trying may not be a good fit and could cause back pain just by seeing how your body lines up on the mattress. I spent about an hour and a half there, and there was never any pressure to purchase anything. Very comfortable environment with a salesman that goes above and beyond to help you find the perfect mattress.

Great experience at American Mattress Brownsburg today. Anthony was very helpful in showing us what we asked for, explaining details about the mattresses and giving us good input to consider. We ultimately bought one he pointed out to us (which we liked better than the one we had researched and thought we would buy). ***UPDATE - After posting the review, I was contacted by Daniel who is in charge of their social media. He was able to put me in contact with the correct person and the order was fulfilled that day. I know that the store was transitioning management and it appears that my order was lost in that transition, but I wanted to thank the customer service rep who did end up completing my order.First, I will say we bought and received our mattress fine. The issue is that we also were supposed to receive 4 nobility pillows along with our mattress. It has been over 3 months and we have 1 of our 4 pillows. I have called and stopped by the store multiple times and there is always an excuse. One of the times that I called they supposedly were shipping the pillows to the store and it would take a week. They were also supposed to call when they came in. I waited a week and a day. No call, and when I went into the store they had no idea what I was talking about. They always say that I should call later or come back because they are getting a shipment in the next day. The customer service at this location has been terrible. They either flat out lie to you or they dont understand how inventory works. The last time I stopped by the store they had 1 pillow in stock, but the salesman didnt want to give it to me and said I should wait and get all 3. Always an excuse, never any results.

I went in the store after seeing a sale ad on mattresses on Facebook. My fiancé and I were looking for a king size, affordable mattress, and a great quantity one at that since we are looking for a long term fix. Beforehand we checked many larger stores, as well as stores similar to American mattress. We were constantly disappointed with the service, product knowledge and unwillingness to work with us at other stores in regards to our budget needs. However, Anthony (store manager), listened to our needs, and was able to assist us with everything we could’ve asked for. We left there with our dream bed and didn’t have to fork up 6 months of mortgage payments to get what we needed. Anthony made everything so easy going. I can’t begin to tell you how awesome this guy is. Even if you live on the other side of the city, we highly recommend you make the hike to Brownsburg to speak with this gentlemen.
