We went to Mattress Firm in Brownsburg, IN seeking a Tempur-Pedic mattress. Our salesman, Kevin, was very knowledgeable and showed us different options, including less expensive brands. Best of all, he left us alone so we could try out beds without making things awkward like other sales environments. Other customers came into the store while we were there and Kevin handled all of us with professionalism and grace. We purchased our mattress and expect delivery soon with strict orders from Kevin that if something is not right at the time of delivery, to call him immediately while the drivers are still there so any dissatisfaction can be addressed.

This was my first time truly shopping for a mattress instead of getting a cheap one off the internet and these guys made it super easy. They were extremely helpful in guiding us to pick a mattress that matched our needs without pushing us to get the most expensive one possible. It was literally the first place we went and we felt no need to go elsewhere, especially with the labor day sales they had going on!

Kevin, the sales representative, was courteous and informative. He listened to our needs and didnt try to up sell us. We had originally planned to shop around before making a purchase but were so pleased with Kevins help we made our order on the spot and are looking forward to the call that our mattress has arrived.

It’s so easy to just get online and order but I highly recommend going into stores. Emerson from the Brownsburg store was so helpful and got me better deals than what I could’ve got online. He explained everything so well that I left feeling 100% confident in my purchase. Once it’s time for a new bed I won’t second guess where to go.

I have to give this place a high rating because of the guy who took care of me. His name is Emerson Allen. I believe he is the manager. I came in just looking for information about mattress covers/protectors. I left with what I thought was good information. My plan was to take that info, shop around a bit and compare notes with the competition. This is how I usually do things when shopping for items I don’t know that much about. But Emerson’s personality, his people skills, his humor and quick wit won me over. I came back after my shift was over and bought his mattress protector. It is not often you find customer service like this. When you leave a place feeling like, wow that guy was cool as a fan and with a smile on your face. He well deserved the sale. I recommend this place to anybody in the market for bedding. Not because of their product or prices but because you can expect a great sales experience from Mr. Emerson Allen. My family and I moved to brownsburg recently and went to Mattress Firm to buy a new mattress for my wife and I. We paid almost $3,000 for a new mattress and adjustable wireless frame. The delivery date was set when we left the store. We had to adjust work the first delivery date and they called the night prior to cancel the delivery date and set a new delivery date. Fine, frustrating but ok we can adjust, so we rearranged our schedule for work and the kids 1st day of school. They call the night prior and CHANGED the delivery date again to almost 2 weeks later. So now, Mattress Firm has taken our money with no bed rearranged our schedules with work twice and when I contact the mattress firm operator on their website they suggest to return the bed for a full refund and go somewhere else. What!?!?!? I don’t have my bed and your first response is to tell me to return my bed and go to another store????? I will never buy another bed from Mattress Firm again!!!

This is the place you should go to if you need a mattress and live in the Brownsburg area. Right when you walk in you feel welcomed and not bombarded by sales people just trying to sale a mattress to make money. They are genuine and are willing to help you and make sure the mattress you are getting is the right one. They also have a great system where everything is color coded, so you know what mattresses you should look at while shopping.

Kevin at Mattress Firm in Brownsburg is awesome!!! I would highly recommend him and the store. My parents went there a while ago for a mattress for my grandparents and suggested I go today. My fiance and I went today and got what we thought we wanted and there was no pressure from Kevin or trying to sell us something we didnt want. Then I called back because I realized we needed more protectors and Kevin said no problem. Then as we were doing more work at home we realized we needed more, so I went back into the store. Kevin was fabulous to deal with and told me we are family now. He is right it felt like family talking to him. The best part is that Mattress Firm gives to local foster children. I had adopted my children from foster care and will gladly support them for this reason and for the service we received from Kevin and the service my parents received as well. Needed one basic mattress, wasnt shopping for anything fancy. They never called when it arrived; I had to make two phone calls to find out. Computer systems were maxed out due to holiday sales. They helped me get the mattress on top of my vehicle and assisted with my straps which I appreciated. No pressure sales earned them another star.

Mom in law spent $1000 + on a whole new bed set. She had it delivered, made arrangements to have the old mattress removed due in part because she is disabled. Mattress firm refused to take the old mattress stating it was company policy to not take anything with a stain. The store never went over those terms with her other wise she would of went somewhere else. The person at the store even state well I guess youre right when I complained about the policy. The whole reason to buy a new mattress is because the one you have is old and stained. Go to a place thats up front and honest and doesnt leave you hanging
