This location is clean and has nice seats. My drink was delicious. I ordered Nitro Cold Brew with HWC. Parking lot is very small which can be an issue if its crowded. Drive up is one of the smallest I have experience at another time. This is not my first visit. Staff very friendly and patient with me in ordering. Bonus: Its right by I-74 which makes it a quick stop for snacks and drinks.

Asked for the largest size (and paid for it) and got the medium size.....my mom asked for a medium and got a medium btw....then when getting up to the girl said you said a large...this is a large.....and i asked about my moms drink what about the medium...its the same size as my large?....and she completely blew me off. She could have offered a refund or remade my drink.....or even double checking would have been appreciated.

Ordered a coffee box at rush this morning and it was super busy. Im sure they werent thrilled but they were kind and I heard the manager(?) calling out encouragement to the team as they struggled to keep up. Great job guys and great example ❤️

Drive thru only had 2 cars, otherwise I usually dont go to Starbucks anymore. Too long of a wait. Love my iced caramel macchiato.

Yum. Always friendly service. They are always fast and they always get my order correct. I love using their app, it makes things run smooth and quick. The rewards are pretty good too.

While the wait in the drive through line was kinda long, we had a great experience. Someone even paid for drinks, so we paid it forward as well.

We all know Starbucks, or at least we should. This location always gets it right! They can get busy and the line may be long, but they do a good job of getting your order and getting you on your way. I personally have never had an order that was not correct, or relatively fast. Keep it going Starbucks crew!

The first time I came to this location, I went through the drive-thru and it took no time at all, but then I came back not long ago about the same time and it took FOREVER...drive-thru was wrapped around the building and the inside only had one person in line, so I went inside. It probably eould have been faster to justvstay in drive-thru but eventually got my coffees that I had ordered.

The place where people go to enjoy their privacy, or enjoy the company of others, or just to enjoy life and a great coffee or tea experience. Of course everyone has their favorites. In my area the Starbucks off of I74 is excellent and never misses the at times weird orders. Always to my tastes. And the Starbucks off off I65 in Lebanon. Perfection has been experienced here also.And one we ran into in Yuma Az. In the Target, in the mall behind the once amazing Shiloh Inn. Still amazing but like most of us has grown older. But even tho we couldnt drove thru we hit this Starbucks every midday. Its the cats meow!

Never know what unwanted flavor shot is going to be in your drink. 3/3 visits an iced latte with an extra shot of espresso has been made wrong. Drive thru desperately needs cones or some kind of guidance.

The parking lot and drive thru at this location are death traps. Ill be avoiding it at all costs.

Worst Starbucks ever. slow and always out of everything

This is mid-size Starbucks with a good amount of seating + some outdoor seating. Staff are friendly, bathrooms are unisex (which is nice for us ladies who are used to waiting).

Two Starbucks 2 blocks apart. Went to the wrong one first for mobile order first. Coffee was good.

Super clean. Kind of inconvenient to get to from the highway, but super easy to get back on especially East Bound. No complaints.

My husband navigated the 30 RV through the parking lot and was able to park without blocking anyones parking spaces! Nice to see a parking lot with a little more space.He went in to get our daughter a grande cold brew with vanilla & oat milk with sweet cream on top and the ladies guessed the drink was for his daughter!! Lol.When he came out with the drink he let us know that was the most friendly Starbucks he has ever visited ‼️💯Thanks for a great start to our traveling day!

Helpful and kind Batistas, but it can take quite a while due to being high in business. They normally dont have seasonal drinks..

The fraps are to die for!! So num num!! My go to in the summer the iced hazelnut Latte, they are always consistantly made to taste the same so Im never disappointed. Im glad they dont really use straws in my latte any more, new lids are great!! Starb7cks is the tried and true always!!

The wait was very long in the drive thru, and when we received our drinks (iced chai and iced Americano) they were 85% ice. It was a lot.

Fast service. Exactly what youd expect from a Starbucks franchise. Employees were polite, prompt, and had protective gear. They handed me my coffee in a Starbucks mug which i thought was a great way to both maintain safety and social distance and promote merchandise. Drive through was less than 5 minutes in and out even with several people in line ahead of me (and the woman in front of me had several coffees and a hot sandwich (i heard her order since i had my window down), so i would have understood if it was a bit longer of a wait).

Good and friendly. Price is the same as every other one. Takes a little time in line but was worth the wait drinks are really good here.

Customer service is outstanding. The small things they do to make you smile makes a quick through something to look forward to.

Ordered online Mocha Cookie Crumble there was ZERO. Cookie Crumble in drink no drizzled chocolate and way too much whip cream. Have never had an issue before .. Disappointed

I ordered on the app and it said 10 minutes, but it was 20 minutes instead. It wouldnt have been a big deal but I had the dog in the car which is why I ordered on the app so I could just grab it and go.

This was one of the worst Starbucks I have been in. The employees were rude, they acted as if they had better things to do and were quite bossy. I will NEVER go here again and it makes me not want to give Starbucks any business at all.

Believe it or not, there is a Starbucks across the highway. This is the better of the 2. The other Starbucks used to be a Hardees. This Starbucks used to be a Taco Bell. They tore down Taco Bell and built a new one. They never built another Hardees. I miss that Hardees.

Overall a great place to get your caffeine fix. However, theres been a couple of times where my husband and I ordered refreshers and were given smaller sizes than what we ordered... Its only happened a few times and its typically during the mid day shift, but our drinks are always wonderful other than that!

The service was good and they were very polite. My hazelnut latte didnt have much hazelnut flavor. I have had better drinks from this shop in the past.

Great service but this location needs a better setup for the drive thru. It bleeds into the strip behind it, specifically across a section that says do not block. If you dont block the area, other customers jump ahead of you in line.

The service at this location has been exceptional each time I have visited. The inside is comfortable and the drive thru is convienient. In a hurry, use the App to order ahead so it is ready when you arrive. The coffee is exactly what you expect from Starbucks.

I go through the drive-thru at this Starbucks regularly. I always get great, friendly service. Theyre fast and accurate.

Great indoor and outdoor setting. Lots of places to have a seat for a while to get some work done and the people that work there are tremendous! You can tell they enjoy working there and it just makes it so much better to be there when you know that.

They are always so friendly and helpful. I could probably never work there because I can’t be that happy all the time. I have been to other Starbucks in the area and occasionally have run into someone that’s not quite as friendly as the rest, but never this one. They are always friendly, happy and helpful.

This Starbucks needs some help. Theyve messed up my order so many times I cant keep count! Constantly seem to underfill the cups, then argue with you about it. Limited seating inside, and interior could use a refresh.

Ordered a shaken black tea... was asked if I wanted it sweetened. (That’s the way it’s supposed to be made) so I said, “yes”. By the time I get my straw in it and take a sip to find out it is NOT sweet at ALL, I’m too far away to go back & not to mention they would be closed. Which they now close at 10:30pm!! This happens more times than not. Please make the drink the way it’s supposed to come unless specified otherwise. I sure wish I had tried it before I drove off. You’d think since I was specifically asked if I wanted it sweet that it would be!! Disappointed!!

My family went in, and ordered 3 drinks. Three drinks ordered, only one came out correct. One was the wrong size, but was corrected when pointed out. The third was made incorrectly, but remade when pointed out...and yet was remade incorrectly again. The young man making them was going ttoo fast, and not noticing his errors.

Great place, with great service. I come here every other day to use internet and for business. Staff if always cheerful and drinks are pretty good.

Friendly and upbeat atmosphere with a crew to match. Perfect for a quick break on the way to work or an extended sit and sip on the patio with friends. Music has never been too loud. They have a nice reusable cup selection. Cushioned seating inside and out gives you options and who doesnt like seating options? Even when its busy you can find a seat to chill in. They have umbrella covered tables outside which helps if you want to work on your laptop outside. Parking can get crazy when the drive-thru is busy but theres so much surrounding parking. You can park at the bank next door for a while or the liquor store just behind it. Parking in the liquor store parking lot would make for a swift exit. Everything is so clean. Even saw an employee cleaning the ceiling 💜 love it! The soap in the restrooms is actually kind of pleasant....More pleasing to the nose when trying to sip your coffee than that industrial stuff most places have. Blugh!

Poor training and the manager wont take calls... Cashiers consistently stuff the lemon frosted pound cake frosting side down into the bag, resulting in a very bald pound cake. This has been happening for years now; they never seem to get it right. Parking and traffic flow makes this an overall bad experience.

Rating 2 stars not for quality of food but for the employee who decided to argue with me regarding my request for a strawberry only smoothie. I completely understand it isnt whats on your menu. I complelty understand the charge Im being charged for my request. Its been done for me several times in the past. Why, why would you continue to argue with me about something you can just make and go on your day about? Poor customer service from that girl.
