Hope that when the new store opens next door the isles get wider. There is better parking and some of the people lose their attitude and become more friendly. Though the prices have already skyrocketed Im sure it will only get worse because we gotta pay them for the wider isles and new parking lot. But whatcha gonna do?

Kroger used to be the place to go for fresh produce in Brownsburg. Unfortunately now almost every time I go their produce looks rotten and quality is just bad (such as bell peppers that are tiny and not ripe). Their bunches of lettuce have always been TINY which was fine back when they charged you per pound for lettuce. Now its per bunch and it will no joke get you only two salads max. Such a rip off. Unfortunately it seems theres no good place to get fresh fruit and vegetables in Brownsburg, so I have to drive to Meijer or fresh thyme is Avon. Only gave two stars instead of one because we do shop there to stock up on certain things when they go on a good sale.

I guess I am just accustomed to bigger krogers stores. This krogers is so crowded. We went to shop Saturday morning and the parking lot is so crowded doesnt matter what time of day. We had to dig out firewood from behind 2 long columns of shopping carts and junk. The aisles are packed full of things. Tried to shop for fresh produce and could not move around due to staff restocking and having bins of produce all over. Wouldnt it make more sense to stock overnights not at peak shopping hours? Why not put produce together? I had to go and hunt down red potatoes because they are not kept with the potatoes but at an end cap of something else. It really is hard to navigate the crowded aisles. Staff is not helpful at all, another customer answered our question as staff was too busy. The best part of our shopping trip was that the self checkout was clear.

Wish they had better variety, as I often have to go to multiple stores to find what I want. there is no easy process to let them know what they are lacking to be able to improve.

No matter what time of day I go in, this store always looks disheveled and picked over. And, more than half the time, they are out of the items that I want. Lets hope this changes with the new store Kroger is building and lets hope for some more healthy, gluten-free, vegan options in the new store too.

I visited recently. What an effing disaster. I was walking down the aisle and all of a sudden in the aisle to my right I heard somebody hacking up a lung. I was shocked because youre not suppose to enter the store if sick. I was even more shocked when I passed by the isle to find that it was an employee that was obviously ill. What kind of place forces minimum wage workers to show up to work sick? During covid times no less.This store should be ashamed, and most likely shut down.If you are worried about becoming ill I would not shop here. Its obvious that they arent taking this seriously

Store has consistently went downhill. Items not priced or priced incorrectly aisles so small two people can hardly fit and then on top of that they put marketing displays in the aisles horrible.

Brisket on sale...smallest cut was $50!!! Ridiculous!

So I Lost my Drivers License and went to get a copy at the bmv! So I have the paper copy until my drivers license comes in the mail! Apparently I cant receive a western union here until my actual I.D comes in the mail! Even tho I had my social, birth certificate and paper drivers license from the bmv! Not to mention i have a account with them if they would have pulled it up they could have saw I get western unions all the time from my mom! We have the same last name and all! This just shows me that they wont be lenient towards shoppers even if you are a daily customer! Now I have to wait 7 business days just to get the money my mom sent 👎👎👎👎

I like this store and generally shop here.... but why does it smell like an open sewage line inside? I just left the store maybe 15 minutes ago (9:30ish 8/22/20) and it was absolutely OFFENSIVE. Nearly vomit worthy sewage smell mainly at the front of the store. Why?

A nice little Kroger considering the limited grocery store options around Brownsburg.Shelves are usually well-stocked but can seem a bit bare during promotions and later in the evenings. The aisles are on the narrow side so it can feel crowded.The plus side is that the front end personnel are pretty nice while the self-checkout lanes move along quickly.I shop on Friday nights so finding a parking spot is never an issue.Recommended.

4/29: not all employees are wearing masks and employees (more than customers dont maintain 6 ft space). Im heading back to Walmart for now3/22: the shelves are bare; all non dairy milk empty, dont see them keeping the store stocked as promised (produce is only section that looks stocked)....what are they doing ?

I was having my usual enjoyable time, shopping at this Kroger store. I experienced health issues and the staff, including the pharmacist, were so helpful! They responded quickly and did everything they could to help me until paramedics arrived. There was also a customer, who is a nurse, who stayed with me and was very supportive.Thank you. I would like to thank the staff who provided stellar support, going above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate the demands of the situation! Thank you all!

Love Kroger! Their pricy but the store is clean and the quality is good for the most part. Staff very friendly and helpful! I buy all my meat, minus our own grass fed/finished beef.

This Kroger has good and bad qualities. The good is that they have a much better selection and higher quality food than surrounding stores. The bad is that the aisles are narrow, crammed, and seem busy even when they arent. I really like the selection here, but I dont go as often due to the feeling of claustrophobia and Im not claustrophobic.

The employees mixed cleaning chemicals in the storage room and made a chemical by mixing bleach and ammonia (used in common bathroom cleaners). Staff are really helpful and the store is always stocked and clean.

A very old Kroger. I couldnt tell the difference, other than how long it didnt take to make a lap around the entire store. Everything I was shopping for was there. It seems like a no nonsense type of grocery store. There were great sale items in every isle. The staff was polite and helpful. My friend and I were in and out fast. Third shift is an ideal time for shopping this grocery if you dont want something specialized. A fine experience.

If you are going to have Senior hours then make sure you have the staff to check them out. One cashier for at least 40 customers in line. Unacceptable!

Hit or miss with this place. Some of the employees are very helpful and friendly, but others obviously would rather be anyplace other than helping you. They are open 24hrs, but dont plan on doing a major trip to the grocery late at night, only the self checkout lane is open after hours, so you have to scan and bag all your own groceries (and no, they wont give you a discount for doing their work for them).

This was my first time in a Kroger store as Im not from the area. Overall the store was full of all the different options of groceries that Im used to at home. The store was clean & the aisles plenty wide enough. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because Im currently disabled & cant walk long distances. Which leads me to report that there was no bench or seating area for me to rest.

This store is always well stocked and clean with a great selection. The staff is very friendly, my kids always leave with a sticker given to them every time. The downfalls are that aside from Wal-Mart there isnt another grocery store in the area, so its always pretty busy. It can be hard to find a parking spot and check out lanes are usually full. But the cashiers are great and get the job done quickly.

We like Kroger. They have a great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. They also have a good bakery. Its not a huge place but I am always happy to shop at somewhere other than that other big box store.Kroger offers coupons quite regularly.

Last few times I’ve been here, it’s been a madhouse. Was excited to see the old Marsh location become a Kroger brand store. Turns out Kroger mislead the town on multiple occasions and won’t be opening a new store. Can’t do business with liars. Don’t really want to shop at the “old” Kroger based on amount of traffic in the store.

Kroger has improved over the years, checking out is improving I usually have a bagger. I would give a 5 star in if it would be more of a friendly atmosphere. Yes Im asked if Ive found what I needed, but theyre missing a one thing.

Pricing has always been the issue with Kroger.I am a creature of habit ; I buy weekly the same items ( at Walmart ).Today I visit Kroger. Shelves are well stocked.Self serve and teller checkouts are busy. I amA life long Brownsburg resident. I like the choices/ selections of items here.What I cannot get past is the pricing. Do customers not notice - or care ?5 items I did buy, identical to the same I always purchase, were $5.39 MORE than Walmart.I don’t care about the Meat and Fruit selection - comparison to Walmart. ( This I do hear from friends ),.... I’m not bashing Kroger, I just am stating the pricing facts. For me, it’s Walmart routine again!* Does anyone remember the Large grocery store ( chain ), that closed in Brownsburg?What do you believe was the key factor in its demise .......

Its always so busy! They are the only real grocery store in town now so it really doesnt matter when you go, it is only option. They used to have better customer service before they installed all the new U-scans!

I love their bakery goods, but it is impossible to find a parking spot. At cash out 6-8 people deep waiting to cash out. So difficult.

A quick trip to buy a couple of items found the shelves well stocked and orderly. The store was clean and bright.

This is not my usual Kroger. Entering from the north side, there are no shopping carts and its not invitational, as in the shelves are set up at an angle. Everything is here, its a huge store though. Kroger, in general, is my favorite food store.

I drive out of my way to go to this Kroger. the only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because there are times where I go there and they are very low on certain things I need or completely out of stock of it. I guess it might be because of the time of day I go or day of the week. still a great place to shop

Love this store, customer service is always on point, its always stocked when I come in but I normally go at odd ball times, only 2 times I have been in the store and it has been so busy the lines were long but we still got through pretty quickly.. all n all its always a good experience

I asked for 1 pound of smoked turkey at the deli instead it was plain turkey. Not thrilled! I wont make that mistake again. I do not like boarshead lunch meat. They didnt have the kind of mop I wanted or the beer my husband wanted. I will go anywhere else next time. Lesson learned

Been shopping here for years. Typically great prices, the staff almost always offers phenomenal service, and the store is usually well kept. Too many people nonsensically are directing their frustrations with the Marsh situation at store-level employees here that have absolutely nothing to do with those kinds of decisions. If youre really paying attention, you can see the efforts being made to accomodate the increased traffic since the Marsh buyout. Go to Walmart down the road, and with the exception of a few employees, the quality of the service is laughable in comparison to Krogers.

Brownsburg Kroger is the BEST. Well run, friendly and clean. Specials are great and they discount their gas based on points earned in groceries. Their meat and produce is soooo much better than Wally World.

This store has went down hill it disgusting it’s dirty it smells they never have anything stocked it’s horrible nothing to sanitize the carts the outside of the store has trash everywhere it’s absolutely disgusting the smell is horrible my kid was gagging going through the store...

The Brownsburg Kroger is excellent, but they have a serious parking problem with no viable solution in sight with limited space. So be prepared to walk a little. Its worth it.

Produce is heavily overpriced and yet, they are routinely out of some of the rather basic things (e.g. cilantro, ginger root etc.). Essentially this is like a safeway or probably a slightly less expensive Whole foods. The liquor collection is less impressive though. On the bright side it is open 24 hrs.

If you want a cart for your shopping trip, youd better take one in with you from the parking lot. 9 times out of 10, theres not a cart to be found going into the store.

Brownsburg prices are higher than my home town. Hate self checkouts, and the customer assistance did not know his job. Not happy!
