This place was always easy to work with, clean and courteous whenever I needed to interact with them. The facility is awesome and easy to access through the app and keypad and has great units for storage. The only complaint I have is that they close at 10pm every day and are not 24hrs. Aside from that, I HIGHLY recommend this facility for your storage needs!

Fantastic place! I was having trouble trying to find a storage unit to drop our trailer we have to unload goods and leave overnight to be picked up and extra space storage made it happen! The manager was extremely nice and accommodating plus she gave me the Internet rate of first month free and money off on the storage fee. Sign up was quick and easy and she even showed me the unit i would be getting before i signed anything. I highly recommend this place!

We needed a short term rental and Wendy was able to help us assess what was best and get us into a unit quickly. The office is very clean and professional. Our unit is very secure and easily accessed. Great experience overall. We had exactly what we needed in under 30 minutes

Chantel was super professional as well as being very kind. She answered all of my questions and I had quite a few ! This is only the second storage unit I have rented and I am so happy I chose Extra SpaceStorage. The climate control units are a huge plus for my situation. The premises were clean and very well maintained.

Was very easy to work with. When I had a money problem and come to find out I would have to buy a new $16 lock with the new latches, Wendy found a storage so I could use my lock.

Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable about the storage units. We needed two units, one garage and one temperature controlled unit. They were able to get the units close to each other to keep from taking so many trips back and forth to the truck! We are very pleased by our experience! This facility is close to our house to help with the fact we have to take multiple trips back home to get our items. Well done!!!

Easy smooth rental, excellent customer service, many options to choose from.

Employees were very nice and communication was great. Easy access to the facility. The only bad thing was the sites where vehicles are stored were completely flooded so it was miserable to unhitch our trailer.

After they opened, lots of hiccups. A few months later and everything is fine. Was just informed theyre going to add more storage.

Place is in awesome location, seems very safe and secure, very wide gate and drive areas, parking is PULL THRU which is perfect for quick drop and pickup of our RV trailer! Chanele was VERY FRIENDLY and made the experience FANTASTIC, quick and easy. Give her a raise! ;)

Very nice facility. Chanell is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with.The only thing I would change is the hours. All the other storage facilities are open 24/7 which is a major convenience.

Upon meeting the general manager and manager of whom I was very impressed with. I had the opportunity to walk the grounds and inspect several units to see which would suit my needs.I knew I would be using this place to house my items. Although I was just about ready to use a place in Plainfield who offered a bigger unit for less. I decided to go with this outfit because # it’s much closer and newer.I truly needed storage and I am totally pleased with the security layout, the effort and care. Today was my first day of utilizing my unit, and what did I see. The manager was out cleaning windows and sweeping, right in the midst of some construction and landscaping.I was told that I was one of the first to call and use this place. I know it won’t be long before this place will not have any vacancies. Just glad they are so close to my home.Sincerely Grateful

Recently had an issue with my electronic lease and Chanele reached out via text to help me fix the issue. I promptly filled out what I needed and everything was handled electronically.
