We were charged double of what was originally estimated. We asked for what the price would be for pick up at a certain time and returned at a certain time the next day. They sent us an estimate, but when we were charged, everything was double. When you ask what will it cost if I pick up and return the van at a certain time, I expect the estimate to be pretty close. It seems like a sneaky way of operating. Be upfront that the quote you sent is for if you return the van early.
