While I was getting my car serviced here I decided to wait in the sales lounge which was very nice and clean inside and cool. I felt welcomed right away. I had a question about getting tint for my windows which was answered very well even though they do not offer that service. After sitting down I was offered a bottle of water which was very cold! I will definitely be back to this dealership
I buy cars off the Internet several times a year. It may be accurate to call it my hobby. I even shop for friends sometimes. That being said, of all the dealers I have worked with, this dealership may have been the easiest, most honest and transparent, and most responsive I have ever done business with. I was very pleased with the process. They even delivered the docs and vehicle to me without me requesting it. They offered! Five star all the way. Jose and Marcus were the people I worked with, and they made my experience seemeless and enjoyable. Thanks guys.

Walk in service department and was never greeted! Checked on transmission fluid replacement and was told by the gentlemen short blond hair that it would $253 and I said wow that’s a lot. He said that well if it to high then checking around like $253 is not a lot of money but to me it is but to him it’s not. I’m not a rich guy! Guess he is. Well then I get another lady say it’s going to be a lot more due to the type of transmission and it would be $500 plus labor. Ok my truck is a 2014 Dodge Hemi 1500 and they were like confused how much it was going to be. They had the mechanic and three people trying to figure it out. You should have set prices and not keep coming at the customer saying nope it’s going to be more and more and more. The place was not very busy but they acted like it was. Everyone was rude and not professional at all especially the guy that quoted the price in the first place off his sheet he had in front of him. Been to a lot of dealerships and this one has to be the worst! One lady on the phone all she did was complain about is the stress she was under. A lot more training in professionalismneeds to be addressed. I spent a lot of money on my Dodge and deserve better especially from the guy that thinks $253 isn’t a lot of money. He has a bad attitude!
