Hello I have been with Rental Center for many years and the staff In Brunswick Georgia have been amazing. I have brought many things and really appreciate there services.

If there are any other rent a centers reviewing these reviews. Please help the brunswick manager learn how to manage this store. She cant talk like a professional very rude to customers and her staff disrespecting them in front of potential new customers. Jenni Sanchez need to learn first customer service. She is very confused as to what she is doing. She didnt have my information in the system, and addressed me with she dont have me as a customer, when I have the merchandise in my home and wanted to make payments. This place is going down quickly if they dont get help

This location has always been wonderful to work with. They always are cheerful when I call on the phone and I have never had any problems renting from them. I will definitely use them again!

Awesome staff, very helpful, and I absolutely love my phone I got from them. The price isnt bad at all for it being a rent to own store and they dont harass you for being a day or two late like some places around here do even when Im always pretty good about my payments lol I would definitely recommend to anyone needing some type of electronics or furniture that you cant afford to buy out right!

They suck. That why they cant sell anything. One lady that work here told my brother everything he has to have to get a washer and dryer and then he goes in there today and the manager said we have to have a reference that live 20 miles radius from this store like who know anybody live 20 miles from this crapy store. But it ok though Ill take my money some where else and get a washer and dryer.

The manager at this location is very rude.. Her customer service is horrible..I returned my furniture so that I wouldnt have to deal with her nasty attitude where I spend my money!!!.. The worse experience and the last one with rent a center..never ever again..

Rent-A-Center a very reasonable with their prices and there are wheelchair welcome my mother in-law rented and washing machine from them and it worked great give him a try call them now

Ive bought a washer it didnt work they brought me a loaner that didnt work! !we were going to pay it off in 90 days so my husband put $100 down and I asked if the last one didnt work could we have our money back? Yes yes the manager said if u do it by the 20th....I called today to let them know we were done with it come get this peice of crappie ..said on their way. ..no show .tomorrow is the 20th...theyre closed. ..im posting this for back up weve paid $100 for a down payment on a washer that hasnt worked since day 1 this is our 2nd washer that doesnt work and Ive spent $17 at a laundry mat dryer for clothes that this washer want spin put the water. lets see what they say Monday morning

Purchased dryer outright. Was supposed to be tested before it was given to me, however, what it seems happened is they just turned it on to see if it would do that and not much else. Dryer does not heat at all and my clothes are still wet! Would not repurchase from them again.

Very rude and complicated...24 hours and still no decision on rental agreement which Ive already paid...2 hours ago was told manager was on lunch...what work place do you get 2 hour lunch???smfh
