Store itself is fine but had to witness the manager publicly berate the cashier in front of about 10 customers just because he left his post when we asked for help with some large boxes. He was gone from the register for maybe a minute or two (still in sight of the register), and when he returned his manager blew up on him immediately saying we didnt know if you would come back. Very embarrassing for everyone around.

Helpful staff. I went in for one item and knew exactly what I wanted, so it was very quick.

I can always find the sheets I love here. The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Erica helped us find the coupons to help us get the best deal!

I needed one more curtain panel to make a set. The young clerk climbed a ladder to look at the stock. The only available panel was the display and told me that can be sold and at a discount. I was very pleased with the courteous customer service while being in compliance with pandemic precautions. It is so nice to be able to shop in a store and interact with live people.

A girl named Barbara works in the Brunswick Maine store and all the Bed, Bath & Beyond stores should have her. She was absolutely wonderful, didn’t put me on hold and answered all my questions. She was the 4th store that I called, the others, all NH put me on hold and didn’t take an extra step. Thanks Barbara

Came in to buy a few household items, they are keeping the store very clean and everyone is maintaining safety protocols. I am glad the store has reopened and will be here in the area. Friendly staff and always a great selection.

Amazing prices and helpful staff

This store smells terrible, like old mold, mildew and dirty bathrooms. The store is packed with a great variety of items across all household needs- kitchen, bed, bath, holiday items, etc. The variety of things is wonderful, but the prices are high. Its best to take a coupon or 2 if you are going to shop there. The people working here are lovely, helpful and I really appreciated the assistance.
