I love there hours

I walked into this establishment and I was particularly looking for hair to do a hairstyle. Im an African American female and I wore a gray sweat suite and a black ball cap. I am a reoccurring customer and I have been since they opened 10+ years ago. I walked around and looked at the different types of hair. As I looked at a rack of packed hair, something fell but I didnt pay attention to what fell I just kept looking. So I walked on the other side of the store because I was in the synthetic hair section and that is not what I wanted. I found the Remy packed hair and browsed to look at the different lengths. The owner came over and asked if I need assistance. I told her no, but I did ask her about the virgin hair. She then walked in front of me and said I need to talk to you. I said okay, what about? she then stated Give me the eyelashes, we have you on camera, get out of my store and dont come back. I said Excuse me? I dont have any lashes and I dont know what your talking about! One of her employees stared at me the entire time and said they have me on tape. I then said As I said, I dont have any lashes. I will even dump my purse so you can see. I want to see the tape. As we went over the tape they saw that I never had an eyelash pack in my hand and when I move the hair packs on the rack the empty eyelash pack fell out, in which at that moment I did not pay attention to. They then went to explain why they thought I took them. They apologized to me but this is a very serious accusation. I am completely mortified and embarrassed. Ive spend thousands in this establishment and I never want to go back there. I had only been there for less than 10 minutes when I was accused of theft. If i could leave zero stars I would!

This place doesnt give a discount for barbers/stylist! The woman behind the counter isnt very customer friendly either! I dont go here as often because of these issues either! They usually have what I need when I do go.

They have a wide variety of beauty products. Theyre possibly the best in town, but customer service is lacking. Owners/managers are not very friendly. As a PAYING customer, I like to be valued as such, and not assumed otherwise.

They do not take returns. What company doesnt take returns?! I run my own e-commerce store and even I take returns! They dont mention this when their pushy saleswoman suggests new products you should trys I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Plenty of other options in Brunswick.

The place is huge, but not as big of a selection of hair products comparable to the space. Not as many products I as thought there would be Took some pictures of the few rows I saw. If youre in the market for wigs and such, this place has a plethora of options for you!

This place has an astounding selection of hair products and the prices didnt seem that bad. They had what I needed and they were kind to me.

I was buying lashes, lash glue, and body oils and when the lady at the register rung it up she said it was about $17 so i told her to put it to the side until the person i was buying it for sent the money on cashapp so i finished paying for my stuff and less than 2 minutes she sent the money so i asked her to ring it back up and she said it was $22 so left and i would NOT RECOMMEND this store to anybody they are a rip off
