Never have what I need.

Steal your money at check out and Make the manager count money in front of you go in back to come out and tell you they made the correct change!! Cashiers need to learn how to do math and pay attention when checking people out! It is not the dollar amount that matters it is the principal of the fact that you stole money! Will never return to another Walgreens in my life! Thank God for CVS!!!!

Confused pharmacy staff. I drop my prescription off told it would take 25 / 30 mins. Until ready. With back in 35 minutes through the drive-through to get told we just got this prescription give us 25/30 minutes to get ready . I didnt say anything I just said OK when I came back they said that there was a problem with my insurance they ran it through a couple times and it was being rejected for me to call my insurance company. So I proceeded to go home but on my way home was calling my insurance When I got ahold of my insurance company they said that Walgreens in Brunswick had already been paid for my prescription today. I called the manager or a person by the name of Joe i ask him what had happened he brushed it off like oh yeah its ready for pick up come and get it like nothing about i sorry for what happened. I can give you a gas card or something for your wates gas and time. an hour and half out of my life I drove all the way home which is like a 30 minute drive for me to come back and get my medicine and he acted like that thats OK thats just standard practice. If I were you Id stay away from this Walgreens very incompetent staff.

Horrible customer service!!!! My sister and I went there to find lipstick (mind you they have no testers) so I made a little line on my hand then an older worker there came up to me and said uhm Id ask you to not do that!! I said sorry mam I didnt know she then said well thats great now I have to throw these out! Who knows where your hands have been! I said sorry I wasnt aware I only did it to one lipstick and I will buy it then she rolled her eyes and gave me the lipstick so we went up to the counter and there was a man walking up BEHIND us and she says Ill take that gentleman before YOU PEOPLE not sure what that meant but the guy said no its fine I have to get something I forgot. Needless to say very very rude workers

When I go here to buy stuff they always have everything I need and I have a rewards account so I love the discount

Lady tried to tell me i cant put more than 500 dollars on my chime card in a day when i have done it there multiple times so i guess ill drive 20 minutes to walmart to do another transaction when i dont need to irritating

Nice store,clean, but a little pricey for me.

The clerk at the front register was polite.I went to the pharmacy to get antibiotics for an ear infection. The pharmacist was rude and condescending. I went to the one in Parma for 13years, always polite. Two visits to the Brunswick and pearl location not so good.
